After a 7-day Nile-cruise we had no other selection as the seagull. The loungers at the beach are broken nearly all, the hotel in general is not in a good condition. Strong in need of renovation. The food as expected not in the best quality, it followed vomiting and diarrhea, the chef organized on our complaint medicines, which we didn't pay and immediately worked. Excellent location in the Centre of Hurghada, very friendly staff, great service, two beautiful wide beaches. Entertainment programs throughout the day, excellent animation team. We stayed for 2 weeks so i would call that not Hurghada, but Moskau there are terrible lots of russians there were initially we the only german in the hotel until a wochje later 3 german people traveled the entertainers the staff simply all spoke better russian than english so a russian course required \u263a and pregnant women i recommend not go on vacation there drive then rather someplace else where the hygiene is better. The food was every day there is no all inclusive we were already from and to outside from the hotel eat out because we the ... food in the hotel not more could see constantly rice row and so on for breakfast, there is only milk rolls bread to cheese jams and honey if you sausage to stay you have the metro opposite buy all together for us it was a total letdown there is in Hurghada much better hotels read more

Lot of Russian. Unhelpful staff. Not various food. Nobody kind. No towels in the bathroom. The housekeeping works late afternoon!!!!! The pancake was fantastic and the churros :) nothing else. read more

Hotel is located in center, where u have many possibilities to have fun and to shop. But more than this is important that also in hotel u can find a lot of fun!!! very nice and big territory with many rooms,lot of young couples and also older families with grandchildren. Hotel is not new, but had few reconstructions,so everything is all right. very nice clean beaches, many pools, aqua park! They offer only 24 hours all inclusive, so u have no possibility to became thirsty) most of the guests are Russians, so bar was always full. but ... otherwise they are not disturbing much. read more

The value for money is ok. The hotel was fully booked, however all the guests and also the staff were friendly. Most of the time we were at the beach, the in good condition is, but the pushyness of the people, the a some wellness -program and excursions want to sell, is partially very annoying %BLANK%. It would be recommendable excursions already before to book and certainly happen, that German or at least English spoken is. And caution with buying, partly the purest rip-off. I recommend the hotel not further, because I not again spend my holiday would like. read more

The hotel is very beautiful and the rooms are also quite modern. The staff is really really friendly ( especially, because we the only German were the English)! The many russians me personally didn't bother us at all, as you are actually right reserved were. Quite in contrast to this the German in an african country behave as if they in Europa and can therefore european standards expected. The only what was lacking was, the food was. I am not picky but I could a week long only noodles food. Apart from that it was really a lovely vacation! read more
