On the whole all great, staff always friendly, room and bathroom always very clean.
Food and catering very satisfying.
Only a sauna and hammam not recommendable. If the hamam application of a so-called 'lifeguard' was made, was always the door wide open, which led that, the bathroom completely cool. The result was, that we in the hamam get cold. In the sauna no apology made, it was no possibility given itself to make.
Sauna and hammam not recommendable, that was an isolence.

We were there at the beginning of december here. We wanted a small 5 star hotel try, which we not really be. It was by far the worst 5 star hotel what we have ever had. We really liked the hotel. The food was very good, the rooms and the complex very clean and reasonable, the beach promenade was directly in front of the hotel and the guests in the hotel - mostly germans and austrians – very pleasant. We can recommend the hotel and would choose it again. You can Manavgat and side very well with the Dolmuş visit and Kumköy is good on foot (about 4 kilometer at the beach) to reach. A very nice excursion tip is sapadere, which was offered. Sapadere is a valley, the circa 40 kilometer behind Alanya in the ... direction east and north into the mountains is. There are beautiful waterfalls, steep gebirgswände etc. To see and the way is very good developed. This tourist attraction is only since recently open. read more

Except the entertainment if at the 2. the basement took place, where it still was cold.
In the lobby bar was twice per week dance with a very bad bands.
Furthermore ran the tv from the morning until the evening what very annoying was.

The hotel is really recommendable. German and very friendly staff. The whole hotel complex is clean and tidy laid out. The rooms with a partial ocean view big enough.
Beds were very good. The full inclusive service is in my opinion not to beat. The christmas and new year's eve celebrations were very successful. Better do not really want. read more

We stayed over christmas and new year's eve the 1st x in this hotel and were very satisfied. The 1st week was including the christmas party appreciated-, the new year's eve party was great, better you can not make! The 8 course menu was great and hard to handle. However in the 2. week due to the closure to the 5.1.13, the staff very reduced and this was unfortunately very to feel -the service was not more 100% -a shame! But overall we felt comfortable cuisine was diverse and always tasty, something for everyone. Waiters were nice and ... friendly -Annika, haysel, kasim and and. -a big thanks to our supervisor of the guests Aylin, always an open for us. Conclusion a very lovely vacation! read more

Are already returning guests. The small and fine hotel pleases us still very good. The spa area is however clearly fallen off. Since this is the main reason for our trip was, is to consider, is next time for an alternative look elsewhere. read more

Great hotel with very friendly staff. Special thanks at Mehmet, Ali, Annika and ismäl \u263a the new year's eve party was perfect the food brilliant. Also the massages the spa and the service are very recommendable. Were unfortunately only a week there we would have stayed longer. The hotel is also very suitable for children joshua was very comfortable. On the day of departure you get a special table with a lot of love decorated is, what really has failed. The rooms were always clean and creatively decorated. You can tell the special atmosphere among the staff and feels like ... in a family. We will come again and are all looking forward to all to see.

Were at the end of december and on new year's eve in this complex and are very satisfied been. Staff were super nice especially also to the small children always very friendly and have made a lot of jokes, food was also always a massive selection and you always found something thus verhungern will not become one this year definitely return. read more

The hotel is very beautiful and built interesting. It looks from the huge hotels rather small. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Better and more extensive food you can't find.
The weather was in december pleasantly warm. Families with children are little represented and that's why the children/ jugendangebot not available. A shame.
Unfortunately one Bowling and billiards expensive.
The sauna and hammam is recommendable.
The hotel is very good and we will the value for money definitely come again. read more

Hotel not too big, room good size (family rooms ) staff are very friendly, excellent food.
In the spa, i must unfortunately minus points, because there are better and nicer.
And the 'massages, pedicure, manicure', na, yes the money i can save, so you can consolidate. This should now only constructive criticism!.

Beautiful, not too large and very clean hotel/area, directly at the beach. After a short time turned a familial relationship to guests and staff, very pleasant.

Whether food (in variety and taste), rooms (in size and cleanliness, etc.), there is nothing to complain about.
There centrally located, are Kumk��y, side and gündogdu on foot as well as with the Dolmuş easy to reach.
Dolmus station about 100 meters away from the hotel.
Basically i will recommend this hotel and also book to stay here again. But i am of the opinion, that it is ... a very good 4 star hotel. Other 5 star hotels, i have stayed in, i would otherwise do wrong.

The hotel itself is in good condition and looks from the inside and the outside very plush and well maintained. In the lobby one had in addition around the hour free access via cell phone or computer via wi-fi.
We were for christmas since, we were from other guests told the to this hotel about 550 guests fit and for christmas about 350 guests suburb were, so it was not crowded and very pleasant.
It was a rather older audience would roughly estimate the 80% on 60 years were, and the rest were younger couples or families with children.
In ... the hotel there is a spa area with different applications, we can recommend this however unfortunately not ☺ even if we first very impressed were.
Every guest got a 15-one-minute massage free and could for the next day an appointment made, this massage was then many said the all stiff and you should be a 5 hours package for about 175 €buy and then if all stiff again, some have persuade and make then with the massages are not very satisfied. We have a one hour full body massage make let for 35 €per person.
My mom made the manicure and pedicure kit for 20 Euro. The price in the first moment extremely ham but the hygiene was unfortunately not alright, used fußraspel in fußwasser roughly for the next guests soaked.
Unfortunately the staff is in my opinion not trained, instead of a relaxation to offer, was only with force worked so that you often the teeth biting had around the pain to be borne and i have to say, we are no small people in so sensitive. That was a real pity even if the atmosphere in the spa area was beautiful. The indoor pool is unfortunately part of the spa area and at the at 19 o'clock closed, otherwise it was ok.
Then there is also a hairdresser. It is reasonable value for money, since you can't complain, in Germany we would have at least twice the price.
Short hair cut and washed and dryed for about 15€
Long hair washed and dryed for 10€
But also here it was unfortunately not very professional, we even had the impression the cosmetic stuff like hair spray or shampoo was used, which the majority of the guests for the return trip in the room let stand.
