Unfriendly owner/ tenant, hardly any knowledge of German. No entertainment, from 22:00 mostly dead silence.

Never again ÖZGÜRHAN! Staff ( especially, the 2 guys from the bar) in need of replacement, at least you need to be a proper briefing in service ( bar, glasses rinse, tables clearing, outside Appearance!) receive. The 2 chefs they have given their best, at least the Einbruck ( even if always something was missing-butter, cheese...). Front desk was OK-at least effort. read more

The hotel looks from the outside really nice from, but as soon as you enter you want to again move backwards. The get at least the 3 day with. We are really very modest and unassuming, but it was comparable with a eineryouth hostel. The room was not clean, and the bed linen and the towels were not changed. After a week you had on its own bed looking forward to it, because there were these so hard, that one back pain included had. The music was always too loud, often has the staff only waited the all the guests ... walk around the music right turn. Mostly it was until 1 am. The food was OK, but the hot food for dinner one was not allowed to take, but were allocated, if you don't exactly at 20:00 o'clock came the food was cold or already empty. Although one until 21:30 o'clock but have time. For breakfast there was mostly old bread, what the birds already picked had. The beach is very beautiful, but on foot difficult to reach, you can take a shuttle bus around 10, and 11:00 A. M. but arrive. There are all loungers free of charge. There, there are also delicious lunch. The pool is oK, but after a few days left the cleanliness after. Breakfast is miserable (extremely dry bread, butter 2 marmelade, honey) tomatoes, cucumber. Drinks can begging to be. Lunch: vegetarian, even with dessert! Dinner not to get full food. Very economical all inclusive. The employees work 7 days the week by 7a all the guests disappeared. Rigid strict hierachien under the very proud Turkish fellow citizens.
4 room changing for 5 nights necessary because of defective air conditioning, not lockable doors, flooded rooms, broken furniture, etc.
In short:
It is doubtful, whether the 3. star really for most existing hair dryer justified is, all inclusive sounds rather ridiculous, the food should ... rather otherwise be taken, unless, you spared no infectious disease. read more

we had this hotel unfortunately not any Lucky, we arrived at night and it smelled like a zoo, the room was very small and dirty particularly the bathroom. The bed sheets, which are used as a tablecloth could, as well as the towels were within a week not changed. There was every other day the same food and the breakfast was a joke rolls, Butter and sausage unfortunately as lots of things Fehalanzeige. A few German guests, depending on the understanding was more than bad the staff no English spoken has. read more

My boyfriend and I have made the first holiday in Turkey and we are really happy with the choice of our hotel, as it is located in a residential area and not too much hustle and bustle. The owners of the hotel were all very friendly and the staff attentive and polite. The manager of the hotel speaks perfect German, with the others could one on English, little German language understood. Our room was completely sufficient and clean. Every day it was cleaned. The pool was kept clean. There was a little few beach chairs, since many other guests (as ... the hotel after a few days was well occupied) already at eight in the morning to the breakfast time to put their towels on the beach chairs and a place reserved. But the everywhere. The food was good and sufficient, much kofta (lunch, dinner). In the evening there was spit all kebabs, and on the last night before we left, fish. Every day there was a variety of delicious salads, different sorts of bread. The desserts (jam, honey, potato balls (?) in honey) were very sweet but they are eaten in this country like. We are definitely didn't go hungry! The hotel has a bar open until 22 hours (all inclusive) which we have fully exploited. Especially we liked the raki ☺ The hotel is run by a family, where hospitality is important to them. If we wanted to party, it was in the center (harbor, Promenade), kumköy was not so far. In a pinch we drove by taxi or dolmus. Direction about 15 minutes walk from the Promenade. We want to come back next year but for two weeks! read more

First of all I would like to commend the employees of the hotel for its nice helpful and family type. The bad reviews should you didn't notice. You should make your own picture first bearing in mind, that it is a three star hotel and not a six star luxury resort. We felt very comfortable in the hotel. The beach is about one and a half kilometer away and we often there are added. Of course, for the guests a couple of times a day there is a shuttle available. And even free of charge! Info on the tours but ... you should be careful, the prices are 20 €per ride sometimes. So before you compare guide at the bay. (27-35 years) we decided spontaneously (4T) on a short break and booked the hotel Özgürhan. We are positive surprised, how much better the hotel was, as described in the catalog. All are very willing to make an effort, it is a good and you can relax! Very friendly, helpful and clean. Food was varied, native and delicious. The garden was small but nice and the pool was clean and intackt! (No broken tiles!) It is a small family hotel, which we recommend. In the city it is within walking distance, about 15 minutes and to the clean beach, where beach ... chairs and umbrellas were free, runs a shuttle service. We felt very comfortable, with nice service ☺ read more

The bad evaluation, we couldn't understand. Location:
Hotel is situated in a quiet location without evening programme. The beach is one-and-a-half kilometer minutes far away and the shuttle runs only 9.10 and 14 o'clock. There is a market nearby but other shopping possibilities were only in the city (with the bus reachable)
Food:
All inclusive was very bad. Beverages in bottles (water, juice, ice tea) cost extra. Just as hard alcohol. All inclusive is limited so just drinks in glasses. Ice cream or other cost extra. Between the meals (9-10 o 'clock breakfast, lunch 13-14 o' clock, 19.30.21.30 o'clock dinner) there are ... no places to eat.
Pool:
The pool is rather small, but clean. To relax, it is quite good. There is even a small slide but rather for children. There is also a children pool was not so deep.
Rooms:
The rooms are very clean and the size is okay. Air-conditioning worked perfectly, but smelled a little bit at the beginning. Tv with sat 1 and per 7 was also available.
Unfortunately, our toilet was broken since the beginning and was not fixed despite information.
Staff:
Very nice staff. Most of the staff spoke English.
Activities:
The hotel has unfortunately a little entertainment. The songs are always the same and walk 100 times per day. In the evening there are often a few dance deposits of the staff. read more

I had a week with cold water showers, because you're not lukewarm. The hotel was really full, and so is the staff not at all clear. Constantly had to be improvised. Sometimes you had to wait at the food on plates. At the pool you could only open from early morning until evening o 'clock 20 o' clock nine-which I also a joke-could so after dinner no longer to cool off in the pool. We review this hotel, because we are of the opinion that it is better than the negative criticism. If you want peace and quiet and no stress of activities in this hotel feel right at home. You can express your wishes and always find an ear opened. The rushotel is 3.5 star absolutely not to be recommended. Every day rice and there was only 1 hot dish without meat! Buffet was very poor and was not refilled. Staff incompetent and unfriendly. The family-run hotel has a very, very small pool, the quality of the beach was never on time. read more
