Hotel Ritzenhof^{(4.5 stars)}

Our room had a half separate bathing area and separate toilet. It was very tastefully decorated. A special feature of the hotel, we would like to mention, that really good mattresses in bed are available (we know that also differently). Our room had a small balcony with view to the mountains.

In the hotel there are a restaurant with two smaller adjoining rooms. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired. From freshly squeezed orange juice, warm dishes, süßspreisen, cold meats and cheese platters, various coffees and teas and a variety of breads and rolls really something for everyone. In the evening, between two starters, two soups, three main dishes (including vegetarian) and two desserts be selected. The food tasted super to us. Furthermore, there was every evening a salad bar and cheese platter. Also the consultation and selection of wines is really great. Alone because of the very good food is worthwhile a stay at this hotel! There is also a hotel bar in the afternoon cakes is served (just as plentifully selection) and one in the evening in a nice atmosphere for a nightcap or a cocktail to drink can.

As already described above, is the friendliness and warmth of the staff really something special in this hotel. It feels like 'come home'! The service for the guests everywhere is' important '. We have for example on the day of arrival a snack gotten, because we arrived at shortly before 23 hours arrived. What also very well organised, the shuttle service to the ski resorts of leogang or Maria Alm. You must only in the evening previously tell, when the next day and again would like to be fetched. One day we at short notice our pickup a rate move. This was also at all not a problem and something is what i call service!

We were for the skiing in the ski area leogang or saalbach / Hinterglemm. With the hotel's shuttle service to reach about minutes the gondola station. After skiing we have every evening the large wellnessbereich used. There are saunas, a steam bath, an infrared cabin, and a a pool. Everything really clean. In the various relaxation areas is possible enough chairs, blankets and towels available. A small bar can be as much as fizzy drinks, tea, fruits and nuts get, much as you would like. We have also the offer at massages used. Really very qualified staff and a very relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel was 3 years completely renovated and extended. Accordingly both our room as well as the spa, restaurant and bar in a excellent, condition. But this hotel particularly benefits is the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff. The value for money is more than fulfilled and we felt as guests very, very comfortable and well taken care of. Here is service not only an advertising slogan, but really lived! That was certainly not our last visited here!

We travelled there by car. Distance from autobhan a8 is about 1 hour drive. In saalfelden there are some smaller shops. As' shopping holiday ' would not worth it! The hotel is located on a small lake on the edge of town from saalfelden. The peaceful location is excellent for wellness and relaxing retreat or an activity break.
