In order to understand, what I just to the room write will, I would like to begin by saying, that we when booking in the travel agency to a quiet room had asked. This was the hotel via email by the travel agency communicated. We got a room - nearby the lobby, - directly at the pool, - opposite of the pool bar, - diagonally over the disco. Original soundtrack front desk: ' there is no other room, but it was very nice.' The consequences were, that we in the morning at o'clock of disco music and whistles of the water-aerobics were waked, then from to o'clock of the pool bar-music listen and then until about 1 hours from the noise of the guests at the tables in front of the disco were entertained.

In the main restaurant it is cramped and noisy. The tischabstand is proud 15 centimeter, so you inevitably the neighbors on the plates looks and their conversations always live in. Evenings there are two layers, one of 18 until: o'clock, one of 20 until: o'clock. One must on the first day decide and then always in ' its' layer and at a fixed table food. In the morning, and for lunch there were free time-and toss-up. It is comfortable, but the consequence, that it at the buffet long queues returns. The breakfast is good and there is plenty of choice, the lunch has cafeteria level and is in terms of choice approximately 20% reduction, the dinner is then again rich and tasted good. Unfortunately it is little varied, there was for example circa 80% herring as fish.

Up to the barkeepers were all employees very friendly. Unfortunately is not much, if your work not properly. Our room was during the 2 weeks not a only really clean: - on second day I in the bathroom sand from the shoes spread out, the lag on the day of departure yet exactly around. - A used glass with the same cloth cleaned as before the table and smelled also accordingly. - not eaten brgrüßungsobst was also not cleared, than half moldy and rotten was. That the maid the hallways every morning at o'clock(!) vacuum we have nowhere different have to experience.

Good was, that the entertainment not pushy. Was bad, that some entertainers their job visible unmotivated and bored closed, so you not any wanted got to join in. The pool was beautiful, but heat and cold. It was in the two weeks almost nobody in it except for the sport. With the access to the internet one noticed once again, that the hotel actually gladly money for it to have would like, although with free access as advertised: the connection is itself in the lobby bad and broke often from. You report that, you get to hear, that you like in the room internet for a fee could make use of.

First the positive thing: the hotel and also the outside facilities are clean. Now the rest: 'clean' closes unfortunately not from, that it everywhere in the hotel unpleasant fish smells. We booked through a week needed, to this unpleasant odor to get used to. The hotel offers ' all inclusive' at. But constantly the impression, get request nevertheless something for the offers performance pay should (see also location and environment'): - the mini bar is only for a fee refilled (also water!). At the same time it is prohibited, from outside food & drink to the hotel to bring. - the lobby-bar is from inexplicable reasons from the all inclusive excluded, although (, because?!) there almost always people sit and the Wi-Fi or, while awaiting their journey. - same goes for the beach bar ( see also location and environment'). - at every bar and in the restaurants you will find also a map, in the beverages cost money. If you are not careful and the 'bottle' ordered, may are charged. - internet: see ' sport, entertainment and pool'. What the guests concerned: as previously feared (but the travel agency contested ) the hotel was to 90% in Russian hand, and unfortunately the (before) judgments about this guests right. They were loud and behaved as if you the hotel belong.

The hotel lies behind its sister hotel 'Helena Sands' in a park-like complex, like the name suggests. One goes through the park around the 'sand' around (or, in case the negative views of staff and guests no matter are, through the 'sand' round), cross the bank promenade (pedestrian only, good solution) and is at the beach. There is first angry, that of the approximately 150 meters broad beach section only approximately 30 meters free of charge for the hotel guests are available. On the rest of the Areal must one pay. That the entire section to the hotels heard must, one can very beautifully at the architecture the beach bar, the wall, the entrances and at each entrance existing signs see. These signs were subsequently arrows added, the free section instructions. We suspect, that here the guests extra be asked to pay are - in the peak season rich the loungers in any case by far not. Also 'nice': right next to the free section is a supplier of water sports, and paragliding. The park not only its pedal boats completely impudently on the already small hotel beach, no, the paraglider stripes on the landing a umbrella or directly between the chairs down. Oh, logically the tretbootet the from and landing right through the locked swimming area. The beach itself and the sea are however nice...

Our apartment had next to the large living room area with a large bedroom and a normal bathroom with bathtub. Refrigerator was available and on demand with drinks refilled. Safe could be rented. In both rooms have a tv and separate air conditioning. Small signs of use after seven years certainly not avoid, we have in our house but also. Free w-lan _zugang unfortunately often limited, probably by congestion.

Restaurant made to us a good impression, the food offered on the service staff to cleanliness. The leisure time facilities at the hotel were mixed; including vonthemenabenden. So actually something there for every taste. Good fruit offer. In the evening two different soups, various salads, cold dishes; wide the offer for warm dishes. Not nice we found, that some guests probably 'all-inclusive' understood, that early their water bottles for the beach filled and plentiful with fruit and so on for the beach supplied. It was asked, not to do this.

Very friendly front desk and information the end. Everything was in good to very good german; also with the waiters in the restaurant no problems communicating. Currency exchange possible at reception. Room cleaning good, especially nice was the decoration of the bed with the towels in the form of a standing schwanenpaares (can but also as heart interpreted. Our reference to the broken hair dryer was within 10 (!) Minutes by house craftsmen taken care of. Great.

Entertainment was offered, however hardly used. Mostly older tourists at this time. The pool was very clean, beach chairs available, mattresses and towels rental at hotel available. Directly at the pool you could get by ' all-inclusive ' with drinks, ice cream and snacks Free supply. We didn't use, since we by car the area and different cities have seen

We had an apartment booked, two balconies with a view of the black sea and pool area. All inclusive supply. To the time of travel in the late season it was in the area/beach a bit quieter. In the high season more something for 'party-joyful', would be not our cup of tea. Unfortunately, the 'Sonnenstrand' until to Nessebar more and more with resorts built up. Mixed nationalities, german-russian-english-speaking.

Hotel-owned beach with free beach chairs and umbrellas, no 5 minutes away from the hotel. At the beach coffee bar; showers. Beach. Volleyball court at a charge usable. Pedal boats, the well-known 'banana' and paraglider behind motorboat right next to beach. At the seafront many purchase possibilities; stands of different industries, rental of elektrorollern, several gambling, bars. Good bus connection after messebar. We had however to explore in the area already in Germany a rental car/hertz booked.

Was really nice, enough room, safe for 2 weeks costs circa 25 Euro Cleanliness was also ok, whoever wanted a super picky should never on vacation drive, or even cleaning

Little choice, the restaurant and the bars are only with 4 stars marked, only the hotel has 5 stars! The food was lukewarm to cold, little choice, nothing special, food were in large quantities processed or begraten, so that all long in the bowl was, pasta and so swam still in the pot, sauces too watery or oily Drinks at the bar were okay, What i ridiculous found was the hot drinks from the vending machines, cups and even to tap, like in a cafeteria! Lunch especially the snacks were really ridiculous!

The staff at the reception was very nice, german and courteous, the rest of the staff, especially in the restaurant were very antriebsarm, scared and only the necessary stuff, have our drinks partly even in/out privileges, it's a pity Tho there was not, after the motto do not look that says the also nothing The only positive we had an assigned table!

Entertainment was almost every evening, but through the entertainment team presented and partly really to foreign be ashamed! During the day ok, pool nice

Large, nice and well-kept complex In the low season lots of old people, there were also many germans since, but also ukrainians and so forth

Beach directly in front of the hotel, chairs and umbrellas free, were also always enough free beach chairs Shops and bars close to the october slow

The rooms were big enough and we had a great view over the complex ( superior room). The safe costs 50 leva for fourteen days ( about 25 €). The condition the room was excellent, on the plasma tv you could also different German program welcome.

There was a main restaurant in the hotel and one could additionally a night in the restaurant 'blue lagoon' food, there were-course menus at different occasions serves. The quality of the dishes was really great, everyone found something to eat, because there is a wide variety of meat, salads and also side dishes. The dinner ran in two parts (18:00 until: o'clock and 20:00 until: o'clock), on the day of the trip there one between the two times choose. Breakfast there was always from to and lunch from to, in between one had in addition the possibility at the pool bar a snack.

The service was really excellent. During dinner we always had the same waitress, the us eventually already automatically the beverages to our table brought without the we instructions had. The staff at the hotel is always friendly and accommodating. The cleaning of the rooms was immaculate.

The pools were really very nice, but the water very, very cold. At this time of the year it is pleasant swim in the sea, which is only about 5-minute walk away and the beach, as well as the sun screens stood included on the hotel's own beach section available. The entertainment team was always friendly and made a huge effort, they were pushy at any time. Disappointed we were however from the animation ideas in the evening, but this is probably matter of taste. The hotel offers also a gym and a spa included sauna, what really recommendable is.

The hotel is a very good state, the complex spread over 2 hotels Helena park and Helena Sands. The staff at the hotel was hard the complex included pool always clean to keep. I have ever had in any hotel experienced, that so much was cleaned everyday and the whole day away. The average age the hotel holiday-makers was between and years, and while we were there, there were mostly German in the hotel, but also English and russians. The waiters at the front desk speaks outstanding German, one has at all no problems communicating. As welcome got each a glass of sparkling wine and a full punnets in the room.

The hotel lies at the end of the sun beach and is approximately 40 minutes out from Burgas airport. Opposite is a supermarket, but also on the promenade, the in a short period of time to reach there very good shops, the partial 24 hours long open. The possibilities for outings are different depending on tour operators, however are excursions very recommendable to the culture of the country to meet.

The rooms were large enough, with a relatively big balcony ( our room was to the street, what you however nothing could be heard). The bathroom was large enough and clean-you should however its own hair dryer bring your own, as the insterlierte hair dryer hardly power has. A mini bar is available, is however only after asking filled - apart from that remains place for the own bottle of water. The safe we have 45 leva rented. General the rooms are in good condition and rich quite from!

In this respect, I must ( unfortunately) directly say: we loved it unfortunately often not tasty. I am not saying, that the food fundamentally bad was, our taste but it just didn't meet, so that we also often ventured out to a restaurant (what but also no leg break was - drinks& food 2 persons for about 15 €). The restaurant was however also very clean. The cuisine was a mix of Russian, English, German and bulgarian kitchen. Which I but unfortunately especially in the restaurant the one negative was, was the obvious' angammeln ' after tip. I admit some tip, if the food is good, the waiters friendly and the service is true, but I found it to be very pushy. I realize, of course, that the staff definitely not the world earn and some where appropriate also on tip are dependent on, but then was enough a small box at the entrance/ exit of the restaurant instead of one of each possible body.

The staff is really very friendly and always have a funny lyric ready. They are but not pushy. The German language almost all of the staff, apart from that helps however basic English. As already described there was at the cleaning of the rooms nothing to complain about. Really top!

It were enough chairs and sun screens by the pool, as well as on its own beach section of the Helena resorts available ( what however certainly also due to the fact, that the Helena park and Helena Sands at the time of our vacation were not booked out). So you but always found a spot. The pool is large enough and clean, however the water is very cold ( the sea is definitely warmer). Positive me the cleanliness at the beach, as also at the entire promenade, surprised. The entertainment found 2a 3 times daily, where always different games were. But also here the staff were not pushy. If you didn't want, you will left alone.

We found the hotel great. Unfortunately is the exact number of rooms is not known, but the Helena park is no massive bunker as some other hotels on Sonnenstrand. Furthermore it is situated in 2. Row, which is an advantage. The cleanliness in the hotel was simply brilliant! Rooms were cleaned each day and even towels were exchanged, although we didn't on the floor. At the beginning of our vacation were very lots of russians in the hotel, whereby one must say to it, that it is mostly around families was. Also English and German stayed in same shares represented. At the end our vacation it was however almost only German guests.

To the beach it is from the Helena park really just a stone's throw ( maximum 2 minutes). So you can calm the day by the pool relaxation and in between just to the sea go. The airport is approximately 30 to 40 minutes away. The promenade of the sun beach offers definitely enough variety. Everyone should stay a little find ( for example shops for shopping, mini golf, casino, and so on)

Our room on the 4. floor had view of the pool and the garden, but also on the sea. It was very big, the furnishing somewhat dated, but nevertheless well equipped. The bathtub is a bit high, so for old people probably rather unsuitable for a in and out. The air conditioning should better stay, because both my friend, as well as i have bronchitis of which is carried and the air conditioning in the restaurant and lobby the immune system already.

In the main restaurant, moby dick gives it in the morning, afternoons and evenings plenty of food in buffet form. The dinner was served in two shifts. The food was - at least the first week long-very good. However fell us already after a few days, that it hardly alternation gave, some things (especially for breakfast and the side dishes during dinner) were always offered and only little had changed. Otherwise also in the restaurant a lot of emphasis on service and cleanliness, as is nothing to fault. The dining room is however unfortunately little inviting, the tables are way too far together, so that one's neighbours literally understands and if you the back sits, you hardly through.

We were already on arrival very pleasant at the front desk welcome, here one speaks excellent german and with every conceivable question or problem they immediately very well was helped. The housekeeping staff spoke no german or english, was but also unnecessary. The rooms were so and so always clean and tidy. My friend had unfortunately at the end of the vacation due to bronchitis the hotelärztin preoccupy, but calculated you 60 Euro plus cost for antibiotic (23 Euro) and nasal spray (9 Euro).

Pool was too cold, entertainment was very nice, we did not do sports. However: in the morning from 10 o'clock very loud until at night at 23 o'clock - that was however probably especially at the location the bar parlours, where the evening entertainment takes place : directly at the pool, the ja centre the hotel is.

My friend and i wanted to 12 days long distance from the everyday life stress to take. The hotel was relatively easy to find, because our criteria were clear: stay at the end of september, all-inclusive, at least star hotel, not too expensive, good reviews. The hotel Helena Park is clean and tidy, here both german, but also british and russians probably. While we were there, there were especially retirees or at least people in advanced age in place, however there were also a few young couples.

Sonnenstrand is purely touristy-no sights or historic places. Even if you the radius increases, we encounter no huge number of excursion possibilities. Old -Nessebar has perhaps one or another nice house, but it is also here totally crowded, and through the tourism sploit. Sozopol is already cosy and idyllic, but somewhat further away. The barrow in pomorie is interesting, if you speak russian and one thereby the statements of kassierers at the entrance can understand. Otherwise is worthwhile the drive there and the 2 leva admission hardly.
