It was again a nice, relaxing vacation in tianes. You feels from the first moment onwards welcome. Nice atmosphere from the 1. day of vacation at. The hosts are always hard the guests to fulfill every wish. Our daughter as of course to Seiser Alm and picked up again. The staff always friendly and very hard to every guest. Wellness area is inviting after a day of skiing for relaxing. Tea, water everything is ready. The food varied and perfect. Unfortunately was the week way too quickly over. Positive : very nice hotel with wonderful view, beautiful pool, sauna area also very nice, easy access to the Seiser Alm or in St. Ullrich, rooms were super, staff were all friendly. Negative : massage was not possible, because front desk did not know when the lady or gentleman comes. We are what the food regards very delicate and starters buffet or desserts buffet but really missed, at the bar was hardly anything going on and there was also no evening with music and dance. read more

The hotel was first in december 2010 newly opened and has 30 rooms and suites. Everything seems to be attractive, clean and new. The construction was very on details and modern technology respected (contemporary room cards). The guests mostly came from Germany, but also from Italy, Poland, Bulgaria and the Netherlands. The average age was about 30, but a few families with children were present, but few older guests. The internet connection is in the hotel relatively expensive (4 €per hour). read more

    The rooms are pretty huge and spacious with large windows and a beautiful balcony. One has always a fantastic view of the mountains. Habituation needy is the open bathroom (toilet separate). In the room there is a large safe, a minibar and lcd tv. A deduction for the lack of room cleaning. It was sometimes forget, the curtains with, the glasses to wash, the table to clean or new towels to put down. This should in a hotel this standards not happen!

    %blank% the breakfast, as well as the dinner is from first-class quality. For breakfast are various cheese and sausage to choose from. You can fresh carrots or apple juice press. Furthermore there is always fresh fruits. Eggs you can take the waiter or directly with the cook to order. These are then freshly prepared dishes. The dinner consists of 5-6 courses including salad buffet. It can consist of two starters, two zwischengängen and three main courses be selected. All courses were of a very good quality. Particularly to praise is the extensive dessert buffet one evening. Be improved the dealing with amending for the menu in the evening. They must at the front desk be specified. However, with both paint the amendments not the kitchen communicates. Simple for the guest it would, if you the wishes amending immediately the frühstückkellner indicate could.

    Flagship of the hotel: perfect service (with small exception of the charwoman p. room). From the friendly and personal welcome at the front desk, to the pleasant professional nature of the staff at mealtimes, perfect. As a small improvement, i would put in place, that the guests personally brought to the room, but at the same time the modern heating technology to be explained could.

    The spa is another highlight in the hotel. He consists of the pool area (indoor and outdoor pool 7-19 hours) and the sauna area (from 16, 15-19 hours and on request). There are two large relaxation room with a fantastic view the surrounding mountains and an unforgettable sunset. There is a biosaunna, a log sauna outdoors with large panoramascheibe and a steam bath. A samovar, and water for the guests available. Bathrobe and sauna towels there is in the room.

    The location shortly before Kastelruth (from grödnertal coming) is very quiet. The hotel is only by its own, very narrow access road to reach. Around is pure nature. On the main street (500 meters from the hotel) there are a bus stop. By bus you can then quickly Kastelruth or St. Ulrich reach. Furthermore the hotel offers a free shuttle to the ski areas by seis and St. Ulrich. The next shopping possibilities are in Kastelruth (several small markets, bakery, rentals and so on)

That brought dogs per day 10,00 Euro Costs we find something exaggerated, but we find it really great, that we will a four-star hotel bring Must. The hotel has approximately 30 rooms, all nicely decorated and brand new are. The hotel complex is beautifully located in the midst of a weideplateaus embedded. The carvings of the senior partners are enizigartig and round the perfect designed and to be comfortable furnished house. The wellness area is as well as beautiful and leaves nothing to the imagination. That everything spotlessly clean is goes without saying. Culinary seen there is nothing, which does not give it. Ebgenso be singled out the extensive wine list to really reasonable prices. read more

    The hotel is located really peaceful - you can hear no noise. The way on footh to Kastelruth is really recommendable and beautiful-walk about 30 minutes.

Beautiful new hotel in a very peaceful location with friendly staff. The rooms are well equipped and very spacious ( we had however a suite!) The wellness area is outstanding, has well kept pool, saunas and quiet areas ( no 2-man sauna with 2 times 2 meters pool as we had in other hotels experienced). We had three-quarters guest house and both breakfast, the afternoon coffee and dinner were varied and sufficient. The wines we do something overpriced. We had to but also in winepresses and other places in South Tyrol find. Ideal starting point for walks on the Seiser ... Alm and environment. However no direct access to the trails. You are on car or bus rely on. We find it reasonable, dogs in the dining room are not allowed. read more

Me and my 18-year old daughter loved it and we will come again. We were served and had a wonderful room. We could really relax and unhitch. In the warmed pool we could even in October still bathe and the weather was also sunny and warm. The entire area was perfect. I am in the morning woke up and when I the eyes opened I saw green meadows and cows and sheep pastures, the view from bed was the best!-) The frontdesk was very friendly and nice and the service at the table also. The relatively new very good hotel pleased. As mentioned above the staff were always accommodating, friendly and patient, the room like all other rooms also clean and tidy, the food rich, varied and brilliantly prepared. One should definitely the offered guided mountain hikes, the generally the senior carried out will (an experience in itself). read more

We were satisfied all around and we felt very comfortable! Chalet Tianes was our 'homebase' for excursions in the wonderful environment. Definitely again! ( small) potential for Optimization: The pool is after 19:00 not more open; sauna after 19:00 only on request. Evenings we would have liked to stay in the beautiful wellness area relaxed. read more
