I don't want to all the same bad make it was probably state of emergency on the day of our arrival the one said to us already directly during dinner today there is only Gulasch since 200 arrivals.
Ok, the service had all hands fully to do it was hectic the bowls and bowls emptied and only laboriously came the staff afterwards. Next day relaxed the whole towabou a bit, but lost one the feeling not so a kind of mass backdrop. Ok big hotel a lot of people.
But it should not happen, the such things as run-down toilet ... seat old shower attachments or even dirty bedside tables unclean terrace to the rule. A great shame hotel with charm built in 1976. Our expectations were rather simple because of the read bad reviews. We must however say, that we with our vacation very satisfied were. For sure the hotel is not the newest and most modern, but if you the value for money see, you can more than satisfied his. The rooms were clean and tidy, the bathroom a bit small however everything available. The staff were always
Friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was always abundant, drinks also. Three dinner to choose from, something for everyone. Pool and sauna were also satisfactory. We would come back to this hotel again at any time. read more

On the day of arrival chaos, 200 persons too much, for the few staff. Quality of the dishes rather bad, the food every day lukewarm, daily the same salads uncooled. Beware mayonnaisesalaten!
Breakfast, every day right, sausage and cheese carelessly without style on the plate slammed, no choice of different rolls for example poppy seeds, grains and so on or perhaps, because we in Bayern were a lye pastry? Daily hunt for drinks, salad, soup, really annoying! The first room small and a catastrophe, bedside tables dusty and dark as in the basement, after complaining with the tour operator, we ... have a renovated large room as described received. For this hotel the question arises, how it three stars klassiefieziert was.
The rooms are old and run-down. This would have been tolerable, if you at least reasonably cleaned were. Cobwebs the on the day of the trip there on the wall were, were the day of departure still same body. The beds were just refolded, it was not a sheets addressed, let alone changed. The only beautiful the bathroom was, but this is also not better, if it wasn't well-kept. Towels stained and useless and cleaned superficially.
The quality of the dinner leaves much to be desired. The breakfast ... buffet is plentiful, but because mass tourism for the staff, what really tried hard not to create. Furthermore way too narrow set up in order to be reasonable food to to may. Here is true the spruch'die battle at the cold buffet. But this is nothing against the so-called wellness area. A old pool, old sauna, resting room of the sauna boxroom with old gardenliegen, but the table tennis or games room for kids is the summit. Our very late arrival at 22:30 hours (we booked half board) a large cold plate serves, as the dinner already past was. The formalities of the application taken place uncomplicatedly on the next day. The hotel lies at the highway Berchtesgaden-Salzburg and is ideal starting point for all kinds of excursions by car in every direction. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are equipped to meet the price-performance ratio with daily housekeeping. Only one trash can, we have missed. The view of the watzmann and kehlstein from the balcony (pre-bookable) the relegated. The existing elevator we ... found for the luggage very helpful. The table decoration was lovely. Travel time 21-12-2012 until 23-12-2012
Because of the lots of negative reviews we wanted already page and another hotel book. Good that we have left, because we were with the hotel satisfied. The rooms were newly renovated and also by the size reasonable. The bathrooms are for sure very small, but we wanted to also not dance, it was ok for us.

The hotel is for small expectations perfectly adequate. It is relatively clean and the staff are very nice and helpful. The hotel is very centrally located. In the room is located no safety deposit box, or air conditioning, but it is large.
We were very satisfied with the hotel and could imagine again the alpensporthotel seimler spend your holiday. read more

With arrival 2:30 P. M. was our room not yet arranged and cleaned. Carpet not vacuumed.
Beds are great but recommendable are mattress covers very dirty are, as well as pillows. Apart from that you can sleep very good in bed feast and deep.
Are hotel again, no thing, but other room, it would initially first visit. If all great is, is also a couple of days we could have stayed longer.

We thought three stars are in Germany ok. However the hotel is very dated. There is no real family room. The room was in need of renovation and the bathroom was a catastrophe. Air ventilation did not work. Toilet was unacceptable. The furnishings the public toilets in the town are better! Also the breakfast did not lots to offer. Only old board rolls. We are a day earlier, because the condition of the room no longer could bear. For the return trip wasn't even inquired why we leave early. The hotel has does not deserve a star and is not ... times for one night recommendable. read more

Front desk very friendly, staff very friendly and hard-working.
Room: old, run-down, nevertheless clean. Small TV with poor reception. Our room 202 lAG from the front, with a balcony, great view to watzmann and Obersalzberg. However with much traffic main street 30 meters in front of the hotel. From half six was the night's sleep ended. It was very warm, we left therefore window and balcony door open. Almost all rooms had shutters, not ours, he was rausgebaut. Bathroom very small, hardly place on the toilet ( right bath tub, left wall). Not even a toilet paper holder was possible. ...
Food: breakfast - quantity instead of quality. Of all enough there, but was unneatly presented. Scrambled egg with gray stains, juices ( at best 50% fruchtanteil). Even the ham smelled and tasted stichig.
Dinner - at the vortag choice of three main courses for the next evening. The taste reminded rather of Konservennahrung, Noodles oiled, potatoes with strange taste. Cauliflower with bite, absolutely without any taste, only the salt cooking tasted one. Once there was Gulasch, this tasted like from the can. Noddle salad = noodles and mayonnaise! Not recommendable!
Sport: indoor pool nice (didn't use it ), pool not possible (old and not playable). Children's playground not reasonable.
Wi-Fi only in the lobby possible and overpriced. Not more of current time.

The house is sanierungsbed. And not worth 3 stars. The rooms, disaster too small, musty, dirty. The bathroom an impertinence (hygiene = 0, maximum 1 meter² beach, Deduction definitely) Bedding dirty, hair and blood stains. In the basement( bowling alley and pool) it smells musty and damp, not to be used actually. Everything is mass processing for trip-buses. Front desk not kritikfähig. Every day the same food( cheap and quickly). This is not a sports hotel, every campground sanitary moderately better. Location bad, since directly on the street( Loud).
