    Several restaurants and bars. We can only the breakfast rate: the ham was wobbly. There was sparkling wine, freshly prepared eggs, two types of salmon, and so on. The restaurant was very clean. Pleasant atmosphere in a modern ambience.

We have a star hotel expected more. There was not the promised upgrade of the room. Rooms are very well arranged and a small bathroom. The cleanliness not five stars level (dust, dirty carpet, toilet not clean, stains on pillow and so on). Our previously announced desires were not running, only after repeated requests. Without gluten breakfast was very bad. Despite repeated previous announcement the hotel was not prepared. On bread we had to wait eternally. No instruction in the buffet. At the end remained only Nutella! There were two tiny bread rolls an adult serves. From the staff the ... question, whether you really no different bread food?! Staff not trained and so you feel bad repealed, because the person then also no idea about the issue has. At the end suddenly became a higher price for the room as when booking before confirmed. So again clarification so i wouldn't recommend the hotel and also not again book. The money is it definitely not worth. Only good was the location and it was very quiet in the room. read more

The hotel is located absolutely central, close to Ku-Damm. Taxi from the airport (tegel ) circa 18 Euro. My request for a iron in the room were immediately met. A kettle in the room was broken. A phone call and 10 minutes later was a new kettle there. Perfect. It is the entrance area not 'grand', but inside the hotel makes a very good impression. Gladly again. The gastronomy i'm not, because of the shortage of time unfortunately the breakfast didn't use. Evenings in countless pub around the hotel to stay a. There is also in the hotel restaurants, but ... i did not try. read more

We have the night in the Steigenberger Berlin very much. Our room was very nice and clean. It was even a kettle for tea/coffee available. Only the bathroom was a bit small, no tub, but only a shower, they on the ground floor. The dinner in the restaurant (buffet ) we can't recommend, the pots were all open, therefore, everything was lukewarm or even coldly, the selection was nothing special large. We also missed labels, it was not clear what you got. When entering of the restaurant no one took care of us, we had to find someone and after ... a table issues. There was the service but then it was good. The breakfast was excellent, a wide selection available. read more

We were at the end of january in the Steigenberger! I can only say a really great hotel. The rooms are modernly furnished. There is free wi-fi, unfortunately is the connection not so good. We had a bath with a bath and it was enough shelf space, but the best was of course the one in the bathroom tv could hear, as i have nowhere seen \u263a For breakfast should actually be something for everyone, the choice was really huge! I can lots of negative reviews for the waiters from the breakfast not at all understand. We were really very ... pleasant served! The location the hotels is simply brilliant, you are on best location, but it is in a quiet, because the hotel not on the main street is. Directly in front of the hotel there is a taxi station, in case you don't the public transport would like to take. read more

Our stay in the Steigenberger Hotel was extremely pleasant. The staff at reception were very friendly and were willing to help. The location of the hotel is for a city trip great! Pool and sauna were rather small, but it isn't a wellness-hotel. A round to swim, it was wholeheartedly. For breakfast i would have liked a better labelling of sausage be (i eat no meat). Also, i my turkish channels missed. Otherwise everything perfect! read more

It is a medium-sized, very centrally located town hotel. The hotel is well-kept and clean, however, not hide, that it is a bit outdated. The comparison with other berlin 5 star hotel is the Steigenberger not in my opinion. I would rather have a sound star hotel compare. The guests are varied. All ages are represented and the guests %blank% from all over the world. read more

    Our room was relatively small, but in most hotels that is. We had a shower in the bathroom. The room was located in the direction los-angeles-platz and had therefore a nice view and was very quiet. The furnishing is functional and modern (bed, desk, two armchairs with a table, closet). On request is free wi-fi available, but we had in our room unfortunately on any of our devices front desk. Our well-known it was in your room as well. In the room we had a nice flat screen tv. There is also the possibility, sky to see. But costs around the 14 Euro, what i then nevertheless somewhat think overpriced. The bed is very comfortable. Especially it was good that per person two large pillows were. Finally a hotel, not with the pillows was stingy. A balcony we had not. Minibar was available, but it was not used. Safety deposit box was available. There was a kettle with a selection of teas, coffee and choco. The room was very clean. Unfortunately worked the ventilation in the bathroom not, what a night you have to bear, me for a longer stay but didn't bother.

    As a part of an offer by visit Berlin we had dinner and breakfast in the form of buffets included. Here you have to say, that the breakfast clearly was better than the dinner. The dinner was in belonging to the hotel local berliner stube restaurant. The restaurant serves good traditional cuisine at reasonable prices (as far as i with insight in the menu to judge can). We ate however not à-la-carte, but in buffet form. There were some salads, as well as a (very delicious) champignoncremesuppe as a starter offered. As a main entrance there was fish or tafelspitz with various vegetables (potatoes, carrots, brussels sprouts, green asparagus). As a dessert you had the choice of kokoseis, tiramisu, apple strudel with custard and other desserts. The hors-d'oeuvre and dessertangebot i can't complain about anything there. But the perch in the main course so dry, that it hardly herunterbekam. We were given with, that we do not the only were, that to criticize had. The vegetables was in my opinion ok, but said my friend, the brussels sprouts not tasted. Since i didn't even get to try, i can't judge. Otherwise the restaurant was very clean and the atmosphere was comfortable. The waiters were very friendly and helpful. The dishes were immediately cleared away and constantly asked, whether one some more would be would need. The wine list in the restaurant was very extensive. The prices for the drinks are slightly upscale. A glass of wine from circa 7 Euro (0,2 liter). The breakfast buffet found in the breakfast room on the 1. floor instead of. The choice was very plentiful. Different bread rolls, pastries, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, sausages etc. , cereal, yogurt, fresh vegetables, various meats. There was something for every taste and we didn't miss anything. Also a large the offer for organic (organic jam, organic yogurt, etc.). There were different juices available, even sparkling wine. With the staff you could coffee, tea or coffee specialities, such as Latte Macchiato order, which included were. Also here was the waiters very friendly.

    The service i absolutely nothing suspend. The staff is consistently very accommodating and friendly. Wishes and requests were immediately reacted. The room was clean and it was nothing to fault.

    In the hotel there was a spa area with a pool, sauna and beauty/massage. Compared with other hotels i do with the concept of 'spa' here a bit hard, as i have found in many 4 star hotels far nicer wellnessbereiche seen. The pool is relatively small (approximately, maximum 15 metres radius). From there leads to a separate sauna area, which two showers, a waterfall shower, and a kaltwassereimer and medium-sized finnish sauna is. There is a tiny vestibule with two chairs, which however not really for relaxing invite, as the room also in the passage to the sauna. For relaxation must one therefore the loungers in the pool area use (which because of the variety of the guests about). I think, the spa a average gyms can problem-free with the Steigenberger compete. In addition one must here are some things find fault with, which i personally not find bad, but in a star hotel 't expect: the color in the shower in the sauna area, at the ceiling from, a towel hooks was loose, the clock in the sauna a hour before, the dome over the pool had unpleasant, green deposits on. A gym is there in the hotel not, but there is a cooperation with a studio nearby. Further information i however not. Otherwise there is for the evenings a very nice and cosy piano bar, which on the weekends offers live music. Very recommendable. Cocktails cost from circa 10 Euro. The punktevergabe i do a little hard. In fact, i would 3.5 suns, am but because of the slightly lack of spa and sports facilities for 3 stars.

    The hotel is very centrally located in the direct vicinity of the kurfuerstendamm. The church is about 1 minute. The kadewe is in the immediate proximity. Nevertheless the hotel lies very quiet right next to los-angeles-platz. The binding to the public transportation network is perfect. Underground and S-Bahn drive almost on the doorstep. Particularly for a city trip the hotel is perfect. A small downside for the arrival by car: parking in the immediate area are rare and you have to pay for parking. The hotel offers parking for 18,50 Euro per day at, what in my eyes smooth usury is. So, either a corresponding footpath or better without a car journeys.

This hotel is absolutely recommendable. It is in some places in the room really easy worn (for example klo, etc.) However this is no reason the hotel devalue. The 5 stars it is in any case fair. These are the staff at the reception, as well as the cleaning staff. Everyone was very accommodating and always polite. The pool and sauna area can only to everyone to the heart and the massages, the from us furthermore used, are very recommendable. The hotel is in a very good location! Directly on the Ku-Damm, with sämltichen purchase-, food and drinking options. ... The kadewe department store is a linear distance about 800 meters away and can thus also times only to quick trip can be used. Traffic connection is also very good. One has about 8 minutes' walk to the train station-zoo from where you in every direction with the S-Bahn, subway and the buses comes! The only problem is daily for the underground car park (18,50 Euro). Unfortunately, this is not a little cheaper. read more

I was for the 2. time in the Steigenberger Hotel Berlin and was again very pleased. Apart from the perfect location in a quiet side street between Kudamm and tauentzienstraße (i could with an open window without ear plugs sleep) i feel in the very tastefully and modernly furnished rooms and with the extremely rich breakfast buffet exceptionally well. It is particularly gratifying for me very friendly and accommodating staff. When i return from official reasons already at 6:30 o'clock for breakfast seemed, i was there in spite of the early hour with a radiant smile, good mood and ... a quick and great service welcomes. Such a start to the day is fun! Also at the front desk i only friendly and helpful staff and felt there competently care. I am already looking forward to the next visit. read more

Hotel in the old centre, 5 minutes' walk from the train station zoo. Kadewe, Kudamm, tiergarten right on the doorstep. Even the Potsdamer Platz you can have a nice with the tiergarten park walk. The hotel is very peaceful in a side street. The rooms are spacious and big. The bar offers on fridays live music, and a cigar lounge is also available. What more do you need ☺ read more

Great hotel, great location! I personally in the executive room a nice shower was missing (all executive rooms have bath tub with showering possibility) and for breakfast i found the aufschnittwaren not high quality enough (ham after nothing tasted). For the price i would have for example roastbeef expected. read more
