Nice staff, always friendly. Swimming pool clean water questionable, watteschlieren can swim in the water. Hygiene in the restaurant badly, sticky leftovers and fingerprints on all the glasses. Washing by hand from, people who walk through with rubber boots geschirrspülen restaurant. Food almost every day the same, hardly any fish! (only against surcharge for example, lobster 50 Euro) beach location great, broken wooden pool chairs with missing afford, outstanding nails. Only two towels for showering per day. Very nice hotel great beach. Unfortunately, the quality of food to be desired. Breakfast was for the region in order otherwise one could unfortunately only eat salad. read hotel review

Maritius is worth a trip. Nevertheless should the expectations to the reality be adapted. The staff in the hotel were very accommodating. They speak english or french. The sparrows belong with the restaurant. Carpets etc. You should not to buy, as the german in strong tallages requires. For my two carpets with deliveryid €1,900 i circa 500 Euro import sales tax and duty paid. So you can preisnachläße locally neglect. The hotel was really as in the brochure: palm trees, sage sand, blue sea and louder friendly people. Also the other guests from France and britain were pleasant. The ... children the south africans were unfortunately noisy and rude. Special greetings, i appeal to the taxi driver from the hotel, the us the island showed and reported. read hotel review

Island is beautiful, but still lots to do. Environment around the hotel where individual users are-as in the southern countries, a lot of trash and debris. The complex is magical, the staff very nice, the gastronomy in my travel time a total catastrophe. The beach is a absolute snorkeling beach, to the plantschen rather unsuitable, since very many corals, often mountains of which lie about, bathing shoe for the water definitely pack up. Nice, that one even a little 'dog friendly' is (for the animal lovers of US). Cleanliness in the room or on the complex was totally OK. And ... with a few brought ' Kindergeschenken ' you get hinreissende Bettfiguren from the housekeeping staff prepared. If the island more well maintained, it would be really a small 'paradise au Earth'! read hotel review

Small hotel complex with one-storey small house in wonderful palm trees garden. The entrance area with bar and front desk was a pleasant atmosphere. The ' man at the bar' was Topp! We had a room on the first floor without view of the sea, but on wonderful Palm trees. A balcony, in the afternoon without the sun, thus super available! Beach with sun beds and umbrellas without extra charge, simply super. All inclusive the partially ' weak kitchen' level. It was difficult with the animal friendly. Sparrows on the breakfst tables and night barking dogs were onerous. All together ... we were with the value for money to peace. read hotel review

We had room 221, which was a direct view of the see has. It was therefore, for us, easy on other smaller flaws to see. The service and the employees are really friendly and very helpful. The always present yet manager speaks with its employees in a quiet and friendly Tone and we had the feeling, that the staff in sufficient number available, as well as very motivated was. In the hotel almost only English or French spoken. The majority of the guests came from France, some from Germany and some from Russia. All behaved and there were no extreme ... strenuous tourist for everyone. Shortcomings were: -the little choice of food and too few Salt -Early and lunch were the sparrows in the food area (evening it is already dark because one has its peace) -low evening entertainment The hotel power for dinner always theme evenings. However differ only low of Standartessen. Exception on 12 March (national holiday) there the grill actuated and one has really good meal. As it was so, as one it would wish itself! The sparrows left for breakfast and lunch unfortunately not the staff long-term sell. It was 3 times the week a small evening entertainment offered, which about 30 minutes took. Almost every evening a stall by various vendors in the lobby set up, where you find diverse goods of any kind to acquire can. We found that good, because the sale not pushy took place. Who unhitch want and peace and nothing against a cheap price-performance has, is in the right place here. Mauritius is in general very expensive. ( excursions, Souvenirs, clothes, etc.) Excursions we 1 times and 3 times organized. The public bus 2-times the rate and the you have to have experienced this. The was a lot of fun and costs little money. Taxi whereas only worth it if you the whole day rents. There is always enough chairs on the beach and by the pool even if the hotel once fully unmanned. The quality of the water was super. Only two to three strokes and you can take a snorkel the rich fish. Greeted by the manager of the hotel about the operations and the bellboy, the US with our check out in the middle of the night the snack and coffee prepared has and so on -the staff they spoke English and French -daily cleaning of the rooms and change of towels, laundry has reinbungslos and fast -our complaint about a not 100% air conditioning was immediately met and the thing so well it went repaired, a proposed room changing on the part of the management to the complex exchange we rejected, since us with the still existing faults the plant arranged had. -even a small kitchen a candle was for my birthday

    the rooms were big enough, however already a bit shabby. We stayed at the beds extremely bad nights sleep. the air conditioning worked, if one which failed, then it was just repaired.

    the quality of the dishes was extremely moderate and monotonous. One was full! It is only a 3 star hotel, but it should still be a reason almost every day the same food on the table! Once you'have been to the market was just wondering why the cheap prices no variety gave. the hygiene was poor, since a Spatzenbande for every meal time buffet and tables pillaged and naturally also times manure dropped.     we had a family room noisy brochure. The two rooms were contrary to the description however not separated by a door. A bedside lamp was the umbrella very unsteadythe attempt by this. Problem I first visisted with mauritianischem to solve the grid. The second we did when it was raining. As noticed in the minutes from the power, which is also not surprising was. The hotel is struggling with the poison the mace cockroaches -losing the battle but apparently regularly. our air conditioning didn't work-and as the outdoor equipment other room appeared I should like, this problem in other rooms is.     The quality and quantity the food was in some reviews already a great deal of criticism. And the criticism is really justified. The food is terribly bad. on the third night (from 4) 3 family members the food (violent vomiting) ill. We, then, together with other guests the beef, curry to be identified.     the staff are totally overwhelmed (as understaffed), indifferent and unmotivated. The 2 waiters usually in the restaurant orders for drinks only against if you asked several times (also in advance tips didn't help...). That would be a older Mr the doom became... the cleaning of the rooms was very superficial, and the bed sheets after 10 nights (after 3 maliger complaint) for the first time changed. the air conditioning in our the room worked since the first day. We have the problem daily at the front desk deposited.     In our opinion, the only positive. The hotel lies a bit more than 1 hour from the airport away, directly at a beautiful beach section trou D Douce between and palmar in the eastern part of the island. However there are no significant entertainment/infrastructure nearby.

Small however fine hotel - the rooms 220, 221 and 222 are probably the best rooms as you direct view of the sea have :-) the rooms are are functional and very cleanwith all inclusive you have a favorite package without any worries-something we would recommend in Mauritius because the additional costs are our opinion even more expensive than here in Germany read hotel review

    our room 220 was large and had view of the sea:-) the furniture-Oh well-a closet the somewhat smells but in the everything you hineinbekommt . the bathroom you could once again redevelop but apart from that clean and tidy (no mold as it often in urlauborten to find)

    there is entertainment luckily not :-) loungers are abundant by the pool and at the beach as well as sun screens. the beach is great not quite as nice as in Belle mare was absolutely great white and fine sand

    hotel lies directly at the beach and the next Village/town only few minutes on foot. we had the whole island and would definitely stay again eastern coast go and to this hotel again!

Small, clean hotel with very friendly, attentive and helpful staff. The choice of food was not that of a 1000 beds house but there is always something for everyone. The beach and facilities on the beach (beach chairs, sunshades) perfect. The only thing that was really annoying were the birds (sparrows) in the restaurant. read hotel review

Biggest criticism of the hotel itself was the food and the condition of the Speißeraums. The selection of food was very poor and the taste of the dishes, whether fish, chicken or a different sort of meat of the same. These were accompanied by steamed vegetables without much taste, rice or potatoes. In the morning there was for example one sort of cheese, one sort of jam, no meat, pastries, you had to fight the Urlaubsanfang. They were all, a few particles were refilled. Since then several other guests waited for it then maybe you got. Was the dessert buffet ... one (every day the same fruit and cakes) was empty it is only partially valid again filled up. Really bad was the birds in the dining room, specifically as it uses with its leftovers was handled. Tables and chairs were dirty with mud. You have the staff attentive made happened yet nothing. We watched the cook leftovers from your pan for the sparrows on the floor emptied and that was really annoying. Open restaurants designed we know that from other holidays and birds and the food picks etc. is normally want, not only that none of the faeces away. The location of the hotel on the beach was very nice, but was in the immediate vicinity only a possibility for shopping, restaurants or bars one searched in vain. We wanted to eat outside of the hotel we had to go the quality and taste of the food as no bus or public taxi to get and it was pure rip-off! Public taxis cost half, but they were hard to get because they are not allowed in our hotel as long as there is the hotel's own taxi was available! Would not recommend this hotel because the many things not fit so can not excuse it was cheap or three star standard. Of course if you like to just lie on the beach, to drink cocktails and attaches a great deal of importance to what he eats or how it was just right. read hotel review

Nice, clean hotel with excellent beach, swimming pool, friendly service. Food from the buffet was OK, many good cocktails and good wines in 'all inclusive' with costs, thus absolutely book all inclusive, otherwise it is much more expensive! Guests without english or french knowledge in this hotel were quite lost, it is quite simply no German labels and also no German-speaking staff. Hotel has own fleet new cars and friendly drivers. Recommended is the market in FLAC Wednesday above average and at the read hotel review

In this hotel the price-performance Verhältins in any case. A really nice little hotel in a fantastic location. Ideal for long walks on the beach. One can snorkel super. But you should bring beach shoes, the water there are some stones, shells and corals. The hotel staff is super-friendly and quite young. We did all excursions with the taxi made, worked great. Our driver called Sam. About the food we can only good things to say. We had twice in the 14 days surprise menu, just great! read hotel review
