Altogether nice hotel, our room was rather newly renovated and large enough for four with a sofa bed, the however not very comfortable for sleeping is (hard, the kopfpolstern were hard and ' bulky '), only drawback: only a armchair in the room (for 4 people). The 'box' niche for the clothes is large enough and with enough hangers equipped bathroom with lots of shelf space and sufficient bathing and towels;
The house is not really new, which one for example at the toilets in the basement (in the wellness area) see-these are about 80. style, this blind stains at ... the mirror, in certain places peeling color on the walls from, the ski cellar is rather chaotic, small and not inviting-but well, not everything can permanently new and remain.
The food - breakfast buffet, as well as dinner - was plentiful and delicious, especially the desserts; special appeal found the delicious bread and pastries, with a stained tablecloth during dinner (unique slip-up) can be overlooked service in the dining room was inconspicuous hard and speedy

For us it was a very nice and stress-free vacation. The staff were very nice and competent. The valley has even if you not ski runs much to offer. With up to half an hour drive you can achieve something. The nearby lying winter sports region goldeck offers top of groomed slopes at all levels of difficulty. read more

In january we were for 5 nights with all inclusive in the hotel laurenzhof in the skiing vacation. We were there very warmly welcomed and we were also immediately the hotel with a small lead shown. So what is not always of course! Our room was very nice and spacious, toilet and bath were two separate rooms. The tv not on the newest conditions is did not bother us, after all, we didn't go on vacation to the tv look!
The view with the mountains was easy brilliant, one could with the binoculars even the ski area goldeck see the ... only 10 minutes away by car is. The prices in the winter sports region were also human (35 Euro ski pass/day).
We didn't live directly about the hotel booked, but on a other tour operator.
Every evening we had a 4-course menu offered, with salad, soup, main course and dessert. The quality of the food was absolutely amazing. Highlight was the apfelmostbraten and the rinderhüftsteak. We have rarely had such a tender meat eaten. Our enthusiasm during dinner levelled off also not from, but was rather again and again exceeded!
Soft drinks you could drink as much as you wanted. The prices the alcoholic beverages were normal. For breakfast there was a buffet what left no wishes unfulfilled. At the table you could on a note record, whether one lunch want to take. The needed we only once, since we were always traveling. This was of course completely reasonable and delicious (is only a 'snack' his)
To the coffee there was always fresh baked cakes and homemade shakes!
After a tiring day on the piste you could perfectly in the wellness area relaxation. ( 3 saunas, 1 pool and relaxation area) you could also at the hotel wellness area massages and other treatments book.
We were so sad the we after 5 days again go home had to, that we directly for the next year have already booked, but since the same for 7 nights. The value for money it cannot be topped.
At home arrived we were shocked when we the reviews from other guests read, because a completely perfect holiday experienced. We cannot imagine, why visted is. We cannot erinnen ever in a hotel so good to have eaten, and find it annoying if there is written with finished products cooked, because this kitchen is perfect. We can very well say, since we had in the food area operate.

Had a tour operator booked; unfortunately not the booked room received.
In case of a complaint there was only delaying tactics. In the older wing of the hotel the rooms are not very big and dement -speaking furnished. Bathroom was very calcified.
Swimming pool and sauna had already seen better days.
Restaurant and service were however excellent respectively very accommodating. read more

Were 2 days as a couple there - rooms are in need of renovation, it smells of old wood, the curtains are dirty and old, the tv is no longer contemporary, the remote control worked only for/toggle channels, however not to turn on! Safe there are in the room no, it was dirty and the flies and spiders in the room are very unpleasant. Apart from that is the room very small kept.
Sauna was very ok, the swimming pool is not heated, so in the cold season not recommendable.
The food was good, you can't complain, the portions within ... limits, selection, there are so far enough, only the lunch leaves much to be desired, of which there could have been a bit more variety!.
All together heared the hotel immediately reconditioned and earned no 4 stars!
Because under 4 stars in Austria I understand something else!. read more

Were to the third time in this hotel and again very pleased. Room and food very good, staff very friendly and the know what they are doing. Hiking and tips for excursions very helpful and we felt really comfortable, evenings nice entertainment at the bar, the cozy and very entertaining is. Einzuiges shortcoming: smoke in the bar, we are in Germany not more. But otherwise the hotel we can absolutely recommend and become surely again drive.

When we arrived, we had a nice large room received. But unfortunately were already hair in bed.
After complaint at the front desk this lack was fixed. Unfortunately are also again and again hair on the towels been, but could not be determined, whether the towels just hung up again or really were exchanged.
The all inclusive dinner was quite good. However the German groups of pensioners always punctually around 18:30 the starters buffet cleared.
The staff were nice and hard-working.

We have the vacation in the hotel as a family very much. Already at the front desk we felt really good. The whole week over we could the variety of the dishes enjoy, a compliment to the kitchen. The rooms, as well as the whole hotel can gladly to stay a while. The pool was for our son a ideal Pastime, while we are on the beautiful sunbathing lawn relaxation could. Our room was very small and not as in the image description which we sent got. I do not have the journey my friend to the birthday to him doing something good but what we experienced were a cheek. I can't understand why many wrote that the food was so good? Cooks your at home itself or you can eat there also rather nonsense? On the menu was' variations '. I looking forward in fact, to eat it all possible types of salad from the can ( which some salads different E is not for example beans) but then please ... with self-made marinade. From the' rich' breakfast we want to not at all talk. The types of sausage were just from the packing taken and on the plate. Is good something else.
The rooms were dirty, there were dead animals on the wall, a large lively spider in the room, the disks from the balcony were dirty, we (non-smoking) had a balcony next to smokers that was not pleasant.
The night sleep was not complied with, our balcony was equal to the first next to the entrance on the first floor below sat the guests and drank even the manager sat there and at: o'clock it was always loud, even if you vacation can you eighth there other guests yes also to sleep want!
The pool is a joke, in the photo look at the larger, the garden is huge but not well-kept, loungers beach chairs around the but moldy and dirty, in 2. part of the garden there is a mini sand pit, and a schaukelgestell (was supposed to be the offer for children otherwise we saw nothing).
The area itself is nice and quiet, there are many possibilities for hiking, we are then simply after millstatt baden and spittal looked at the was also really beautiful,
We will the hotel definitely not recommend I am very disappointed stayed for 2 nights tight 200 €paid and regret the very. \u263a everything is way too dark, it is part of something renovated and bright made and above all fresh kitchen!
