The hotel is very beautiful. Particularly the outdoor area we liked. The rooms are Tastefully decorated and the kitchen was very much attention at work. Just great. Too many french guests. The entertainment hence in French, but you can Communicate. All in all a successful vacation. read more

The weather was excellent, 30 degrees in October, but you'll by the Meereswind not as annoying, but than pleasant. The staff were very friendly, but could hardly speak German, but very good French. The food was very tastefully and varied. The cleanliness was good. I would spend another vacation there. read more

A very big complex, the rooms are very small but clean. I had booked all inclusive ( not contained in it is Alltours: the safe, the beach cloths, can be bought on site, per piece 7,- Euro, the cleaning costs 1,- Euro the safe is not all inclusive and the mini bar in the room also not). About the guest structure to say is this: since we are talking here about a french chain acts, are the guests to 95% french. The entertainment takes place unfortunately the whole day around the hour ( evenings everything only in french) ..., and there are unfortunately no possibilities to retreat. Neither in the garden yet at the beach, the complex is so turned on, that you nowhere peace finds. In my opinion is this hotel rather something for a very young clientèle (20 years), the whole day halli -Galli need. read more

    The room is very small, but clean. The air conditioning does not work properly. The mini bar is available but not all inclusive safe is available ( at a charge), also a telephone. No coffee machine available. A small balcony with a table and 2 chairs available, I had a' disco-room' and was permanently of the pool and the evening entertainment to death boomed.

    There is a large main restaurant ( the 2. was unfortunately closed). A stand is available, here there is for lunch pizza and fries, from 4:30 P. M. ice and pancakes. A turkish stand ( thank god) is also available, here one receives the typically turkish bread and Adana Kebab. The food repeated always. In the morning, at noon, evenings, it is basically always the same. Wide selection of vegetables, meat is expensive and therefore rare find. Atmosphere in the main building: by the size and the swarm of thousand people very impersonal and noisy, like in a station concourse. In the main building brings also nobody a drink, you must try yourself. The staff are busy, the tables clearing. Very big and impersonal.

    The front desk is very unfriendly. The staff speaks only the turkish or french language. You is in this hotel a number and not a guest. Complaints interest here nobody. A doctor is available, when the however there is, I didn't find out. A pharmacy there are 5 kilometer away in the nächstlegenden village or Kusadasi (1 hour of running time).

    A kids club is available, a disco as well as (from 11:30 P. M.). The animation is around the hour everywhere, no possibilities to retreat, in order to peace or a book to read ( absolutely impossible). The garden is exactly permanently treated to music, as well as the beach ( to my disappointment). There the sea (18,09.-01-10-2012) a water temperature of about 16 °C show, have lots of guests at the pools withdrawn. Unfortunately were the pools also not heated (also the kiddie pool). Merely a small closed swimming pool available ( water temperature thermal), completely overcrowded with parents with their infants. Very noisy, a swimming impossible.

    The beach is in walking distance, the airport Izmir is approximately 45 minutes out, depending on how fast the driver drives and the traffic it permitting. No shops. When Alltours is described, that the place in Kusadasi is located, is however completely wrong. Kusadasi with the Dolmuş 1 hour away. 1 hour, 1 hour back. In dümüldür (where the hotel lies) there is only the hotel and that was it. In principle around nothing at all. The only possibility the entertainment, the all inclusive price included is, the water slides ( closes at: o'clock). Apart from that there is there nothing.

The hotel has a great sandy beach, incredibly clean water ( blue flag & many ffsche ). The rooms are great, it was clean, no mold, size was big enough. The mini bar fridge was a bit loud, but we did then unplugged it. The air conditioning worked well. The food looked great, unfortunately it was as a vegetarian, the no fish is, somewhat difficult warm food to find. Most vegetable dishes were also with meat, geflüger or fish mixed. Were mostly the dishes signposted, so that I at least fast discovered. Also in a few salads were fish or ... seafood reingemischt. Cold food & desserts there is but also for vegetarians enough. It were a lot of french people & German there and a few Italian. It does not harm a small french dictionary with you, since very much in the hotel on french works. At the front desk but almost always someone English. Not understand we could the German vacationer, the complain about, that no one speaks German. You drive abroad, as is normally not speak German. It is so & A everywhere on the world ( almost). If you only speak German should then better only in Austria have a vacation ( or side, etc. Drive). We arrived with English very well clearly. The hotel is on french guests, but it didn't bother us, but it is still rather as a holiday felt as in Antalya/side etc. read more

    The staff were almost always friendly (a waiter was however very rude, we then avoided). If you can't be bothered go on drinks to wait, then can one also almost everything yourself. The bothered us not. English should you already speak, with German comes one not very far. The room would be cleaned daily.

    The fitness room can one forget. The are a few strange device in the open. But you can on the boardwalk-jog. Beach volleyball, tennis & soccer field we didn't use, but many other. Seemed ok to be. The pool looked great from & many have it used. We have the whole week at the beach & in the sea spend. Everything was clean, incredibly clear water, great for snorkeling.

    The beach was circa 1 minute away from the hotel lobby. Perfect! There is a few shops for T-shirts, souvenirs, air mattresses etc.. They have such a long time, that we relaxed after the dinner again there a view throw in could. Also a supermarket ( sok) is around 5 minutes away on foot way. It will be a few very interesting excursions offered ( all day & half a day). We were only in Ephesus, which we can highly recommend. halbertag & afterwards again at the beach. Ephesus is relatively close to gümüldür and very worth seeing.

A very nice, well maintained hotel. Double room very spacious with a seating area and dressing table. Very clean, every day fresh towels. Food looked very appealing, but unfortunately all very tasteless, not seasoned, cold food. Nationality 90% french. read more

    Room spacious, included hair dryer, schminkspiegel, furnished, small balcony. Were in the main building, was apparently newly renovated. View of the sea was unfortunately despite booking not exhilarating, trees were before.

    A dining room and a snack bar. At the snack bar there were at noon always hamburgers, schnitzelbrötchen, fries and noodles. Quality of the dishes at the snack bar disgusting. Meat there is almost not at all. Usually baked, bland vegetables. One time per week turkish food, not worth mentioning. My daughter and I had almost a week diarrhea and stomach problems, as well as other hotel guests.

    Staff at the pool bar very unhelpful and rude. No knowledge of German with the order, understand only french. Ask what in all-inclusive could be ordered, was not understood. At check in at the front desk we were not understood, to be explained we could so nothing at all. With the occupation of the room was bath lamp broken. Cleaning lady complaint forwarded, was fixed promptly.

It was one of the best family vacations in the combination baden, have fun and relax! The associated aqua park ( shuttle service by' small railroad', there and back), was a daily Peak with adrenalin or relax by the pool. The richness and variety with our all inclusive- food was top! The climate of the season, was in this area perfect! A vacation to be comfortable and recommend it! read more

This was our first time in this hotel and we liked it very much. The food was very good, extra wishes were even taken into account. Cleanliness was ok. , the service-staff of the restaurants top! Spoiled the vacation the language skills of the staff. The day and evening entertainment was ausschl. In french. None of the entertainers could speak English, let alone German. This is a very clear downside, since with multi-lingual animation in the brochures advertised. If the entertainment on English would be, we would go back. read more

Also in our second year has spoke and animation technically unfortunately not changed at all... French is the main language, if this language is not powerful, has a large problem! The staff's hospitality left with a few exceptions really much to be desired! Our summary: there is no next time more! read more

In some respects we can review from the June 2011 confirm. Unfortunately is the quality in separate areas of the cutbacks to the victims. So were the cloth napkins in the evening by paper servietes billigster art in the dispenser replaced! An offer of stuffed Fladen by a older lady gave it no longer. The canopy of the playground ( for our grandchild) was only for the return trip completed. The child a Miturlauberin from the children's entertainment excluded, because there is no French spoke! A Scandal!-( the volume of the music during the entertainment at the main pool ... was nearby the Threshold. On our complaint, we were responded to, we can go elsewhere. A cheek! For a hotel, the itself 5 stars, missing at the front desk and with the animators German speaking staff, particularly the proportion of German compared to the last year has significantly increased. Unfortunately was the air conditioning, if at all, only 1a 2 hours on the day on. For a five-star hotel. Should be emphasized the cleanliness of the hotel, the room and above all in the pool, as well as the friendliness of the staff members. read more

I have a request to all those who before us your review in the negative sense made. I would ask these travelers, but please at home you're not so bad about so good hotels write. Who has about the food somewhat to complain about? Who writes that there is no variety the food was? Do yourselves a favor and consider once food exist. A hotel which every day really almost everything about food offers what it is, can only try the dishes in a other art facilities. Since almost everything, except pork, we believe that any travel guest here with ... hunger from the restaurant goes. What can there be in addition to the many, many salts in breakfast held, or lots of different Noodle and rice dishes, as well as fish and meat options in the outdoor area. So people this hotel you could really book without hesitation. Only Mango, all animations, as well as the evening entertainment show is in French. However understand the waiter in the hotel and at the bar a few words of German and English. We will next year certainly drive again there and fly. read more

Alltogether a very nice vacation: For very peacefully located hotel with lots of possibilities on the grounds to distribute. A main pool and three smaller (a with good slides). Loungers were always abundant - one had no advance reserve or fight. The highlight is the Monday to Friday free use of the 300 meters away aqua park. The slides offer children but also adults lots of possibilities time to shut down and out. The beach itself is nice, Baden is however especially in the entrance into the water due to a rocky and pebbly stripes not so ideal. Feasts ladeschlappen ... are definitely recommendable, or one enters as we always only about the jetty directly into the 1.5-1,7 meters Depth water a. it didn't bother us, or other could there beach feeling a bit lost. We would go there again! read more

The hotel is mostly booked by French (about 60%). That's why also find the entertainment in Franz. Instead of. Who animation need, for the, French knowledge of advantage. There are several pools, of those only to one entertained, is. Those who seek peace and quiet you will find. There is something for everyone. Food and drinks - there was nothing to moan. The service personnel friendly, some spoke a little German. Like everywhere a small tip gladly seen-you should relevant staff personally give, since, in the tip boxes collects-disappears. In general everything is at its best. Unfortunately no or little German spoken neither staff or animation. The hotel is to about 80% in Franz: hand. Was however not unpleasant we will this year go back. read more

Great holiday, but you must be at least speak English, otherwise you were in a fix. All evening program only in Franzosich. A shame that so little on German tourist is entered into. read more

For beach vacation without expectations reasonable, urinierende cats at the bar terrace but brilliant. Staff speaks except for a few exceptions no German. Third stay since 8 years a relaxing vacation, friendly, helpful staff, you should a bit of English or French speaking, so you can communicate ( 8 years ago you could still speak German ). Unfortunately finds the entertainment only in French or Italian place. You will find in the hotel garden many quiet Squares. It was certainly not our last stay in gümüldür. read more

All in all price performance ratio is okay. Everything was very clean. Beach immediate nearby. The entertainment wasn't't the best. In the winter months but would no longer take this hotel as in the inside of the restaurant not all people space. So we had to sit outside with warm jackets. That was not pleasant even if you inside space, you had to eat hot food to get to go outside. For us it was about 13 degrees in the evening. Salad, hors-d'oeuvres and dessert was inside, the selection was great. The main course can not say. Each day Spagetti ..., pizza, Work. Alternating fish, next day Schnitzel next day meatballs that was it. You want a fish tough luck. Great I found the sufficient beach chairs were available. We always found a nice spot. Also on the beach you can make a long walk. The lobby is very nice. Only at the evening from time to time sometimes music played. There is a disco, but it was very, very small. In relation to other statements I have to say, there are already some of the waiters and also at the front desk speak German. read more

Front desk: question of promised beach towels-to be bought! Despite alleged problem with drinking water to brush your teeth in the room had to be paid! We were also hit by the virus. Buffet partly disappointing, very oily matter. The restaurant service was good-was fun at the pool bar-despite the lack of language skills: as one called in the forest, so it returns echo. Spacious and very attractive. read more
