For one night the hotel was ok. Again I would however do not book. Furnishing rather old-fashioned. Bathroom way too small. There was through the entrance door and in the apartment there was a strange, musty odor. The breakfast was perfect! read more

A very nice room, it is very generous in terms of size and we had a lounge and a extra room for sleeping with beautiful large beds. The pool and the sauna of the other hotels you could use, which is really nice and you could reach it comfortable on course (so when it rains, you can also in the dry then), the breakfast is very high, therefore we were always the road down (circa 2 minutes ) on foot, for breakfast in the bistro with fresh rolls and Croisonts or in the restaurant with sandwiches and then there was ... also the bus station, from there easy to get 10 Nin. Approximately to Hamburg purely. So great location, also with sufficient parking on the street outside, so you can the Parkahausgeld save-) read more

We enjoyed it very much. The price/performance ratio has voted with the package. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet is wide and tasty. The slightly longer distances from the apartments to the hotel, in our view, acceptable. The staff was always friendly and helpful. With five minutes footpath one has two bus line to go to the city center. We left our car for the duration of your vacation and stress-free with the Hamburg card (valid in the public. Transport) passenger everywhere. We would stay here again at any time! read more

Ideal for a city trip, room was exceptionally large. Actually
more like a holiday apartment consisting of bedroom about twelve feet again,
disabled toilet/bathroom once about ten square meters, about six feet once kitchenette,
once living room about 15 square meters and spacious hallway about six square meters, this was the room 286 in the house c.

It was an apartment with a kitchen is available. Upon arrival the kitchen was completed and front desk had to check whether the apartment with kitchen had booked. The coffee maker was broken and after several note (5) during our entire stay not exchanged or repair. The same applied to the light in the bathroom light flickered like a disco.
The size of the apartment was adequate, although the bedroom put two in a row beds a bit strange was, but certainly a matter of taste. Hamburg is always worth a visit, but not this hotel, so that we next ... travel (3) on the day of departure if canceled, the ignorance of our complaints is felt. The hotel is located in a very large complex. Despite booking for a non-smoking double room we should have a smoking twin room. After repeated complaint we were offered another room Unfortunately another smoking room despite consistent throughout the duration of our stay lüftens erbärmlichst smelled. Noticeable, that there was obviously not only to us to this "misunderstanding", but still with at least two other couples during the duration of our stay (over New Year). The seating area the apartments is overall very generous. Unfortunately, they are rather unloving style, so that not a feel-good character arises. Our room was ... also used ( like the three other rooms we saw). This condition extremely among other things missing Tapetenstücke duchr wall and ceiling which should be covered up a lot by keep probably. The shower in the bathroom was strong moldy and the heating rusty and yet again UNCLEAR reason and fell over. the light in the bathroom. The dark brown discoloration glimpse of the carpet were exactly what the room service when vacuuming like unlike. The facilities are not in the main hotel. Check-in and check-out, breakfast, pool, etc. are all in the neighboring building ( Holiday Inn). The path is impossible. The room was not heated. The heating in the bathroom was afraid. The fault was quickly. The soap had been taken on the second day. Shower gel were only on request. Room was nicely furnished with two TVs (living room, bedroom). For the lack of electrical outlets were placed ünglücklich, but it didn't bother probably not everyone. The breakfast in the Holida-Inn was for 4 -star adequate, the staff was friendly. I personally ... loved the location. There are several good hotels near underground, and suburban rail stations. Big rooms, well equipped. Breakfast good (New Year even with a good selection of Berlin residents alike). Easy access to central station is OK, it runs 1 bus but in good intervals. read more

Basically a good hotel, one of the great Holiday Inn complex. Clear minus was that the desire for a double bed (in a double room) has not been met, but a second bed in the second room of the apartment was put up. For couples rather "unfortunate". Also the cost of 12 € per night in the underground parking are over the top. The breakfast buffet and the food in the 'Elbgarten' restaurant were excellent. Transportation is pretty good. Within 10 minutes you are at the Hbf, the bus departs every 10 minutes 150 meters from the hotel. For your ... short breaks, where you especially a bed and good breakfast, would definately recommend. read more

A great hotel with friendly staff, everything was clean, very good and rich breakfast. My extra wishes concerning the room were all met: two beautiful, large rooms with great amenities. Good transport links: the bus, just a little down the road runs every ten minutes to the main station.

From a four star hotel I expected more. More service above all and more attention from information for a reservation. How can it be, that you have a non-smoking room Bay and in a smoking room (which luckily didn't smell) will be accommodated? For one night I would have liked no exchange of room, the next morning when checking out the lady is raised and I am almost inclined to back with the statement

For 80 €per night we had an apartment. The minibar filling was free of charge, as well as breakfast. Unfortunately the apartments have kitchenette No mini bar, so that the drinks chilled to be made available.
The breakfast is served in the holiday inn and met the expectations of a four star hotel.
The elb residence building is connected with the holiday inn, so that there is no real reason, that more expensive holiday inn to book, go to the sauna or the pool at the holiday inn can use.
It was positive too, that you are always a free ... parking area.
Against the background of the rooms on the whole were clean, parking and breakfast for free, I would recommend this hotel in any case.
From the hotel you can reach a maximum of ten utominuten to downtown. read more

We were very satisfied, if the weather had along-played, the pool would have been perfect.
Definitely worth a visit to the musical 'Lion king'. An experience for the senses, beautiful sounds & a huge blaze.
With public transport on the way, definitely worth it the Hamburg card. The one can buy at the airport.

The beds could than scooter drivers only from the front of the hotel. Otherwise too little room for a wheelchair user between walls and bed. The kitchen was missing in the oven. No storage space in the bathroom for the personal items. scooter drivers who need a heightened toilet, one should not book here. The shower is unterfahrbar. Shower, toilet and sink with grab rails. Adjustable sink and mirror at the seat in shower. The Wohnungsgröße is enough for scooter drivers. The noise level was quiet with the windows closed during our stay. read more
