The furnishings keeps it's promise. It was really just 4 lovers, everything was right. Breakfast in the room was a bit of an inconvenience, because there was no table with seating possibility was available. Staff was very friendly. The furnishings was very good. read more

For a relaxing short break to cuddle, unwind, enjoy in a stylish atmosphere with mystischem bathroom a first-class fitnessraum and a great view right the right. Especially recommendable is in our opinion a breakfast in bed in the late check-out. We have stayed three times in the furnishings and enjoy it again and again. read more

Pleasant big room with good furnishings, very modern and with music system (iPod/cd/radio). Super furnished bathroom with rain shower and bathtub with ledlampen. Room and bathroom were very clean. Swimming pool was nice, the spa area a bit small. The food in the restaurant was good. Great was also the view and location of the hotel. read more

No matter for what kind of your stay you are in the furnishings, - it is worthwhile definitely!
Friendly, competent service, good food and above all stylish rooms, up to our own room nothing to be desired leave, the attendance at the lucerne is extremely satisfactory from.
In my opinion to a hotel with absolute recommendation rate. read more

We felt comfortable. The room should be somewhat more brightly illuminated. Swim in the pool was very good. We enjoyed the meal times very. We will gladly a few months a few days in the hotel spend. read more

With what you versprichen has, was the offer very disappointing.
For young couples my opinion not recommendable.
The 5 course dinner is nothing for simple people (more plates as food).
The prices are almost an isolence for what you get.
The pool was full unbeaufsichtige children, the fittings were loose and the soda didn't work!
Much too few offers for relaxation and the massages were from the first day booked!
The bar service is in my opinion incompetent for this occupation.!
In summary, we have to do more bored and time try zuvertreiben as we could relax.
This new ... year's eve offer was the absolute flop.!
The money which we paid for it, you could have been much better. read more

We enjoyed the hotel was very. Just some points: brighter light in the room would be great. Great bathroom. Coffee maker in the room great and nice. Multi-storey car park costs all adds up, if you several days traveling. I n of the sauna would be a brilleablage very desirable.

Lovely stay with stylish furnished rooms. Also have free access to the water in the wellness area we found very good. Disturbing for us were the not close lockable door (noise!) And the gloom despite turned on lamps (bedside-umbrellas were too dark; we during our stay dismantled, sufficient reading light available to have). The swiss stübli was really great, with the asian food was only a somewhat small selection of places to eat (because we asian cuisine not like). Despite these few negatives the time we spent there very much and would also recommend it! read more

We the food not tasty. The bouillon was watery and hardly salted. The main course was almost cold, the maispoularde bone, which served kürbismus we thought was inedible. Overall the dishes very small, we had after the four course menu still hunger, and i am not large esserin. At least was the dessert delicious.
The rooms are very small. The room was beautifully presented, with rose petals and candlelight. As the curtain opened around the sun let in, we however, that the room again a feather dusters see. From the balcony you have a wonderful view on the shores of ... lake lucerne. A shame, that the balcony very dirty and carelessly is prepared \u263a
The wellness oasis is very nice, but unfortunately too small. In the relaxation room we found no space. And closets and storage space missing. There were bathrobes, towels and slippers on the floor, because probably all the guests no space for your things could find. A great shame.
From the reasons is true for us the value for money absolutely not. read more

Everything was good, but we confess, that we have the holidays (24./ 25 december) a little more expected! The breakfast buffet was a less disappointing and also in the room it had neither fruits nor a ' weihnachtsaufmerksamkeit'. We mostly missed that. read more

In comparison to wellness hotels in Austria or South Tyrol, but also in Switzerland, was the spa area for our taste too small. It was missing for example jacuzzi, but also the relaxation room was rather small. read more

Stylish hotel at beautiful location by the sea. Great decoration in the lobby and in the spacious rooms. Particularly beautiful we found the bathroom with the lighted tub. On the first december-weekends for rest and relaxation searching not recommendable: the klausjagen -loud trycheln in the streets during the day and the whole night - sounds after local color, a stunning but ultimately the sleep! We were when booking unfortunately not warned. The food is very tasty, the portions however tiny-we were after 5 courses not full. The spa area with entspr. Offered in Austria not comparable: too small, no jacuzzi ..., windowless resting room - and for our stay was also the turkish except business. read more
