The hotel has a great location! Only a few minutes to the 'shopping-mile' and then leads directly to the beach.
The frontdesk manned around the clock, however the staff are unfriendly and very incompetent. The cleaning ladies make your work great. The hotel makes a very well maintained and clean impression.
There were all nationalities represented ( russians, English, dutch etc.) , from young to old. read more

We had a very nice holiday.
The hotel is very well maintained and in good condition. Over the swimming pool I can however nothing say. We didn't use it, since we every day to the beach went.
For young people it's a great hotel. With older people I am not sure, if it is not too loud could be. read more

Excellent hotel, somewhat remote on a hill located. Distance to the beach is about 10 to 15 minutes walk. The rooms are in good condition ( carpet, small fridge, spacious balcony, no safety deposit box, tv - German program: ARD /ZDF/ RTL/RTL II) before the bathroom ( tiled, large shower, washbasin, mirror, hairdryer, toilet) with laminate floors. The rooms are the walls are a bit thin but completely okay. However the partygoers not to be missed and the speaker sounds from the outside is late in the night to hear, the you should be aware.
The food ( all inclusive) ... is very diverse - vegetarians will find great things. There are only 2 elevators for the many guests, this is clearly too few and takes often very long. The wellness area is okay, a little musty and it is cool atmosphere, me has the massage not very relaxing.
In short: great price for a beautiful hotel. read more

We were 14 days in the Hotel Kristall. The entire area was clean, particular emphasis should be on the cleaning of the rooms. During dinner times you could always found something a tasted, even if the food after a couple of days became somewhat monotonous. ( but this was yes in many hotels) Basically we can recommend the hotel, the value for money ( which you yes always consider ) is really reasonable. read more

The hotel is very large, and was in the low season beginning September not fully booked, which was also good, since it to the peak in the restaurant mostly nevertheless was very busy.
The food was okay, but culinary delights you can't expect! The breakfast was mostly the best on the whole day, the warm food was OK, but tasted quite bland.
Cleanliness in the room was barely oK-despite tip was unfortunately not really good.
In comparison to other hotels there was but completely fine, if you are not too picky.
To the beach about 10 minutes walk, there is ... also the party mile, and shops.
Disco's and bars but far enough way, so you in the hotel your peace has, if they want them.
The beach itself was clean, however you have to free land search, if you don't a lounge chair pay I would like. read more

All in all a very nice holiday in the Hotel Kristall.
We had booked all inclusive and the food was really reasonable. Very nice for us was the à la carte dinner, which 1 times in the stay at the all inclusive included is. You had the choice of four different menus.
Complaints are merely the drinks at the bar evenings ( the alcoholic cocktail, which in the all inclusive included was, was not enjoyable, the beer was however good and also mixed drinks ( whiskey coke, Vodka Lemon.) one could drink).
Furthermore you should know, that one the ... chairs at the beach only against a charge gets, you can but also good simple a bit further the back of the hotel with the towel on the sand (so we did it-) ). read more

You can tell, the in September as tourist no longer required. Every day there was afternoons and evenings the same food and always cold. Cleaning of the rooms was only superficially, found under our beds yet sales receipt from Augustgästen. Faucets and shower totally calcified and with lime around. Tv only in black /' white and almost no picture. Furniture and general Fixtures broken or not clean. Mattresses and Schohner stained and old. Pool bar opened and closed, when as you want.
By the pool were already several loungers and about 3 meters away of US abgekärchert. Animation absolutely bad ..., in the evening only 30 minutes. In the lobby there were leather sofas, the already completely saggy were. In our opinion not worth 4 stars. read more

We had unfortunately the wrong room: it was very small, two providing -beds instead of one double bed ( as booked), a closet, where a door not correctly opened and the room was very small.
Twice no fresh towels and it was made not correctly clean.
The rooms from other guests but were immaculate. read more

To the end of the season the staff were probably not more so motivated and partly also unfriendly. Middle the week was the buffet on half limited. The diversity left nothing to the imagination, the taste was monotonous. Mornings you had to partly 10 minutes to wait until rolls after were put. The staff came with the clearing not afterwards. Everywhere dishes not more occupied tables. At the day of arrival evenings we were right to eat skillfully, since only 15 minutes mealtime remained and 15 minutes later was mercilessly cleared away, even though we with the food had started. ... At the bar has despite all inclusive only one 2 drinks received. We were with a 2. couples verrelst and so always had to 2 persons to the bar drinks get. There is at the pool bar and of the lobby-bar only a small selection at all inclusive-drinks, the rest, there is only at a charge. The all-inclusive offer has already been at 21:55 hours finished, so absolutely promptly. The pool was totally too much chlorine. The loungers are so close together, that you are right in with the neighbors is. The complex to the pool is very small. The fitness room was because of broken device and musty air not to use. The rooms were only superficially cleaned. The sun was shining in the room one saw clearly still very much dirt (for example fingerprints by suntan creams at the doors, etc.). The way on footh to the beach leads directly at the shopping arcade over. On a steep (unsafe) stairs abbreviated takes the way on footh circa 10 minutes. read more

Extremely clean hotel, with very dedicated, motivated staff. The rooms were very well maintained, the bathrooms surprisingly modern. The room service was very nicely. Everything super! You consider 4 stars Bulgaria are probably 3 German. But I think 3.5 they should have! read more

Disasters vacation. Food is terrible, except side dishes like potatoes nothing edible. It is only instant coffee or you have pay and the in all-inclusive. Staff extremely bored and unfriendly. Sheets too short for the beds, after short move is on the mattress the very neglected. The pool is very dirty above all in the corners. Never more this hotel. Goes someplace else now, the positive recommendations not understand. One may for this hotel no expectations have, especially not the food. read more

The hotel and the competence was really better than expected. We also had here HolidayCheck looked. Can therefore confirm, that it a very well run hotel is. Especially the food was varied. The waiters were multiple themes ( fish-evening, Bulgarian evening and so on) dressed. Front desk could at any time German and was always friendly even with 'stupid' questions (after toilet paper). We really enjoyed it. It was so as expected, but actually even better. read more

The hotel is normally great. The rooms are clean, the staff very friendly and always helpful. It has only evenly no beach area which constituted us however nothing because the pool is very nice and there was always enough chairs. Even if you to the beach wanted are die10 -15 minutes on foot not so bad, as you pass through a shopping street and one of the way not at all that long way. The only fault is just the kitchen. The food was constantly cold and very greasy. read more

With a empfehlungsrate of 85% I thought really it would be a great hotel. My conclusion. Who a vacation true to the motto being stingy is cool like is in the right place here. Who a clean room and delicious food on vacation would like is here definitely wrong. What my girlfriend and I extremely disgusting found, was the loose drübergelegte bed sheet, so after two movements on the naked mattress was.
US tip: sets a hundred and go to Grifid Arabella. As we were last year. Simply super. read more

Nice beach vacation in a great hotel. The only the bothered us a bit was the selection of dishes. There was always enough to eat there however the selection was not very big. Can but also because of the end of the season and our hotel was only half full. The staff are very friendly. To the beach you have to walk a little. Is however not a problem. All in all I can only recommend the hotel. read more
