The hotel lies few meters from the beach and possibilities to go out away. The breakfast buffet is varied and tasty. Every evening there was a special menu with one issue and various performances. The hotel consists of the main building, and two side wings (sunrise and Siam wing). The room was in the Siam wing 2010 completely newly renovated, with a luxurious bathroom and a beautiful parquet!
The hotel is nothing for people seeking quiet, is comparable to ballermann or Bibione! Therefore, I don't understand, why so many people complain about the noise from the disco, a good travel agent sends these people not to patong!!! The location for shopping and dinner at night is really top!
Unfortunately you have to pay the location also, the hotel is quite expensive compared to 2010 ..., is located on the poor exchange rate! read more

We had a Deluxe room in the four stars patong beach hotel
Booked in Phuket. When we got when we arrived the room we were rather surprised. The decoration of the room was not four stars, let alone Deluxe facilities. The furniture was very primitive, so that each room a

On the whole the hotel was quite good, we would use it again, if we go back to patong.
Absolutely convinced us the breakfast buffet and the large room (10. Floor) with amazing views over the bay. Less convinced (female) parts of the staff, who seems to have been a bad mood all the time and other gave me the feeling, to be annoying. It was remarkable, that the male part of the staff was friendly, however, extremely.
The hotel management should still invest in foreign language training, the English of the staff was hard to understand-nor was I understood ..., it was sometimes very annoying.
The main pool area is actually quite generous, because some guests but before the breakfast by towel edition reserved, were places at the pool. Very annoying was then, that it is a not insignificant number of guests was, with 'Resrvierung' the whole day at the pool but not turn.

Very beautiful hotel which is placed central. Whoever prefers it quieter, had better not choose Patong exactly.

Very nice hotel with large main building, and two side wings. First we were placed in the Sunrise Wing with view of the modern pool (newly invested after the Tsunami). We had a somewhat small but nice room with small balcony, and only two chairs. It was too loud for us, because of the construction work from our neighbor, so we were allowed to look for another room in the Siam Wing. This room was much larger and nicer, and had a large balcony with two sun umbrellas, and view of the country typical Siam pool. The room was cleaned ... top quality every day, and the free of charge water was filled up. The only disadvantage is that the club which just borders the hotel plays live music until 2:00 a.m. read more
