The whole hotel was great designed and the individual areas were all clean. We had a room with private plunge pool for of the terrace and in addition was on the balcony a hot tub, when we make for us wanted we then withdrawn. The rooms were regularly cleaned and in the evening came even someone, the bathroom redone and the program for the next day included a good nachtschokolade on the bed put. Towels were also always abundant both in the bathroom, as well as by the pool/beach. The restaurants, altogether 7, 6 a la card (mexican, french, asian ..., italian, Seafood and grill) and a buffet were all excellent. We personally gave evenings mainly the a la carte restaurants use, the food was excellent and also the service. 24 hours room service was also included and the mini bar was also refilled daily. It was missing to one at nothing! read more

The vacation was a dream! The hotel lies right next to beach, has several pools (and a. for children and a pool with a view of the sea, as well as the pool bar). There is several restaurants with daily changing card: a japanese, a french restaurant, a beach restaurant and the 'world café' with buffet and international cuisine. The rooms (in my case 'gardenview' are well equipped and nicely furnished. The staff are very friendly and speaks good english. The service is first class. The hotel is more couples or honeymooners, and families but also as a single traveller ... i can recommend it since the various bars contacts can. By my tour operator (TUI) i had the possibility at very nice, diverse and interesting tours (for example: to coba, Tulum, snorkeling on the reef) to participate. That was definitely not the last time i go on holiday to a place. read more

Top resort with 5 theme restaurants, buffet and café. Gourmet à la carte! Whole complex and staff excellent. Unfortunately very many, loud bawling Americans, the the whole day in the pool hanging and also food, drinking and...! The beach is beautiful and very well maintained, the water however full seaweed and rather murky. Nevertheless a really great vacation! read more

The hotel area was very nicely laid out, very clean and well maintained. The rooms are commodious and tastefully decorated. We had all inclusive and no wishes remained open. There were mainly Americans and Canadians of all ages there. read more

If you are looking for a beautiful Caribbean beach, this is definitely wrong. No crystal clear water, lots of seaweed and sea grass in the water.
If you would like to eat, will be served in this hotel.
The cleanliness of the room only, if you every day tip. Otherwise, I have sleep shorts on the floor, or the floor was uneven found washed.
Complaints are ignored or very badly handled. One by the way shares wrong information. Spa area is very expensive and could only be used, if you pay for.
On the whole one can in this hotel ... everything (except for a nice beach) have, if you paid a lot of tips. Very many Americans in the pool. In the afternoon I would not go in the pool, because it's not rare find plastic cups. read more

the hotel lies in Puerto Morelos about halfway between Cancun and Playa del Carmen. The route closely together different hotels and Resorts. We loved the hotel very good liked. On cleanliness is very important. The restaurants are very good the world CAFE( buffet) was very OK. The service is excellent, a friendly and heartfelt service we have never had. The only downside the leisure activity options at this hotel, but we have to say, we luckily relativelysilent' neighbors had. The wedding was not disturbing or too loud. There is probably also on it on, where the room is. read more

the hotel lies about 20 minutes from the airport, it was very pleasant without long drive. On Arrival in the hotel was charged out of the car in/Out privileges and directly into the room, so understand the negative comments we. We were in the hotel with champagne and cold water received. The check in was very quick and staff at the front desk was very friendly and competent. The hotel is well laid out, very clean and well maintained, even the toilets at the beach were always very clean. The rooms are very modern and with all equipped what you ... luxury needs. Only the toilet would be the use of loud music at the same time very polite to the partner opposite, the glass door is not up to the ceiling. We had a premium deluxe ocean view room, which we highly recommend, as the view from the balcony was fantastically beautiful, even from the bed you had free view of the see. The pools are well-kept and nicely arranged, the beach is beautiful and Caribbean white. We had no problems with the beach chairs, which were always found free. The À La Carterestaurants from good to excellent. We tested all and they would comment as follows. Our favorite (french) were Bordeaux, (Italian) and seaside village of portofino grill. These were excellent, we visited several times. Himitsu (Asian) and Oceania (fish restaurant) we found very good. (Mexican), El patio and world CAFE( buffet restaurant) was good, but we didn't visit only once. At the Barefoot Grill by the pool it was great delicious Hamburgers, the pizza we did not try, but it looked very nice from. Coco cafe in (like Starbucks) it was delicious Like frozen Baileys, also cakes and pastry. The seaside grill you could also eat lunch à la carte and great view of the infinity pool and the sea enjoyment. In the à la carterestaurants you get every time the wine bottles for wines liable to pay the costs. Even when we ordered a bottle of wine drinkers have rarely, the house wine was very good. It was 2 am and 2 red wines to choose from. We have all been tested and found the Chardonnay (white) and the MERLOT( red wine) the best. The service was everywhere excellent, always very attentive, friendly and very well trained. Also at the beach will be served at the beach chairs. It is important, that is, that 90% of Americans are (but good audience) and Spanish with English second language is, European Languages are not very common.

we had because of the good reviews 2 weeks in this hotel we had booked and were really disappointed when we in this five star hotel we arrived in the night and our room in one huge complex should without company in the dark. It wasn't spoken German and no effort made to us understand. On the question of whether we maybe a particularly beautiful rooms are due silver anniversary we got English obtained a simple answer, all rooms were nice. There was then a room facing the courtyard with Drilling machinery noise (beside hotel was renovated)
the room was ... very small, a room, including the bathroom! The room service brought to 1 hour! A complimentary cooked-to-order cold Sand paper and a salad with brown leaves, inclusive flies! That was enough! At the next tomorrow our TUI booked-travel guide uS to RIU Palace Mexico where we had a beautiful vacation spent and we as German guests were! read more

the hotel is absolutely in order, everything is clean, well maintained and very nicely furnished. The staff are super friendly, but only spoke Spanish and English. It is one of the most better hotels in the area (under other you do not have to all inclusive Bracelet take) and the next hotels are a few hundred meters away. So green and yet as in the catalog picture it was around the hotel is not ☺ Instead of jungle there are several private small house and other building. The place is about 2 kilometer Puerto Morelos far away.
we had all ... together a very great vacation, but a few points of criticism there are (as is always the case with us German ☺ -who are, in the final analysis, the reason, why do we not more will go: you must be aware, that 80% of the guests Americans from the USA and Canada, the not only during the day (entertainment, pool) hear, but also to the night - all inclusive at the bars stop fully exploited. Furthermore, every day at least one wedding at the beach instead, sometimes also several. the rooms have no resembles Ates bathroom, in other words behind the beds are-a wooden wall -the washbasin, shower and toilet. the hotel is altogether fully geared towards the Americans, it shows clear to the food (very meat lastig, little fish, many burger-dishes, sandwiches, steaks, fries and so on). The À La Carterestaurants all are good, but also here you know the dishes after a few times already and the portions were very well arranged. The cocktails in the hotel are OK, but not outstanding. The drinks of the bars is international with some known Brands.
altogether we always had the feeling, that the people of the hotel are very hard, the guests something special to offer, but the last ounce of missing mostly (men must just with long trousers in the restaurant, but flip-flops or slippers were OK-ladies in the ultra mini also). The evening entertainment the entertainment (under other Wrestling, for Americans) repeats itself after one week.
the beach and the sea are OK, but not so fantastic Caribbean as we had hoped. And, above all, because of the lying off reef constantly dead seaweeds under other washed ashore. Two times a day then the tractor and way. From snorkeling we were a little disappointed, direct at the beach is not a lot to see (the water was mostly cloudy), the lying off reef is far away, so you need a trip-we did, we found the underwater world compared to Egypt rather modest.

The hotel offers all inclusive of a high standard. We stayed here just before Easter and the hotel was very fully booked. There could at the beach or by the pool be tight with the pool chairs.
nice and competent staff. The head waiter spoke in Woldcafe very good German. Room service inclusive. All restaurants is to be recommended. We liked it the best in French and in the fish restaurant. read more

if you are really relaxation and take a break from everyday life is in this hotel the right place for you.
from the friendly staff, the luxurious rooms (with TV, mini bar, fan, King size bed, jacuzzi) to rich food (in buffet form and in the various à la carte-restaurants -without extra charge-).
the pool and beach were very clean and were cleaned several times throughout the day.
I would recommend this hotel really fully recommend!
