It was simply the dream vacation! I don't know why some here about the cleaning drawbacks. The staff were only at the clean and everything was clean! The food was unbeatable, just the pure land of milk and honey. Kind regards at edip and murad. You are simply brilliant. edip seine cocktails are brilliant and he is super efficient, always in action, massive praise goes to you! We sometime definitely again. The let us not to be missed. The whole complex is just amazing! We can this destination absolutely recommend, that is worth the money, and definitely not regret it. read more

The whole hotel area makes a very well maintained park-like impression. There are two beaches one of which is somewhat remote and is very quiet. The complex is on a hill, the beautifully terraced area lots of stairs. read more

    The rooms in the main building didn't correspond to the standard of a 5-star hotel (even if only turkish stars are). We had first a room with broken furniture, cabinets without floors and a bathroom with a broken fixtures and moldy walls. Here should the hotel urgently remedy, so that the otherwise very positive impression not permanently be charged.

    The service was always good, the staff was friendly. With english one could inform oneself well, at the front desk was also speak german. A doctor is in the immediate vicinity, the fees it recommends a holiday insurance to complete. At the start we had problems with our room, but they were fast and easy resolved.

    The size was alright. The interior was good the balcony too small. The electrical outlets if available were hanging out of the wall. The safe cost 1,00 Euro per day and was in the closet not befästigt. Cleanness bad.

The complex of the hotel is very big and spacious; it drives however all couple minutes a bus. We had a deluxe room, that at the other end the hotel was. This room was nice and spacious. The food was very diverse; tasty but we in other hotels in Turkey already better eaten. For the deluxer -guests there was an own beach, the was very nice. Since we end of October were there, there were some offers limited strong limited, like for instance food at the beach bar. Drinks were however not a problem. The food in the turkish specialty ... restaurant was the absolute the tip of the iceberg-rarely so good turkish food eaten! A however really annoyed us-we stayed in five days five times complained, that our toilet brush so dirty, that this this year certainly not replaced (photo available). The frontdesk employees I have every day promised, that this is exchanged; but in the five days not manage. When I on the day of departure my disappointment this asdruck lent, turned the fluent German speaking mr at the front desk and let me just-without a comment. In my opinion, that this behavior no 5 stars! read more

This hotel is really amazing! Something for everyone! The food was very diverse and always totally delicious! The room was okay and the cleaning crew always make an effort, everything To keep clean! The huge panoramic was perfect nice and sea view was like in the picture book! The whole area is very well-kept! The whole staff was very friendly and always tried, that the guests feel at home. Problems communicating there was no. With a few english and a little gestures everything went great!-) All in all this hotel full 5 stars! We are definitely coming again! It was our 2. holiday in this hotel. Two years ago we were already there once and were surprised, that anyway great hotel yet improve could. Front desk, lobby bar and swimming pool were completely and beautifully renovated. A bathing platform and a diving platform were newly built. Otherwise were still changing events, like oktoberfest and granatapfelfest with barbecue, music and dancing. The all inclusive-offer this club leaves nothing to the imagination. The dishes were always excellent, varied and very tasty prepared. Also in relation to the dishes were still changing events offered. There was once a week a Italian ..., a turkish and a seafood -evening. Unfortunately there was also on this vacation guests, the with the food were not happy, what I do not understand! Upon arrival we were really pleased our room and we could immediately another choose a great view of the sea. We inhabited a family room with 4 persons in a side building and found it also with two teenagers (12, 16) as big enough. The balcony was however very small, by us but also only to the dry bath towels and was thus for us big enough. The bathroom could a renovation stand. On the day of departure( late check-out ) we could our room unfortunately not until the evening longer, but got from the hotel free of charge a room for showers available. Which we on this vacation disturbing aspects, was the loud music the entertainment in the evening on the lobbyterrasse. The music was too loud, dull and the acoustics bad. This background noise you had to unfortunately two to three times in the week until 23:30 o'clock endure and could the music to in our room hear. We want again when edip, the waiter the panoramapoolbar, thank you. It was always nice, friendly, funny and very fast. Thanks to the team from the Paloma Club Sultan for two wonderful weeks of vacation with dreamlike October weather. We will certainly also a third time to this hotel travel. The complex is simple exceptionally beautiful and very well maintained. We had a good break and felt as guests always a warm welcome. Thanks for the turkish hospitality. read more

The hotel in general we found very good. However were the rooms very cleaned superficially. Tip: superior room book - breakfast there was then on the terrace with a dreamlike view the panorama pool and the sea. read more

The hotel older vintage is on a hillside nestled in a beautiful garden area. It consists of a main building and smaller residential street with several units. Next to the magnificent panorama pool there was a further pool in the lower area, a quiet beach and a beach, where the animations take place. For families with children is a vacation here because of the large kinderanlagen can only be recommended. The complex is not clinically clean, but nevertheless reasonable. While we were there, there were mainly german guests present, from and french to hear. Because of the fall holidays in ... Germany was the average age in the middle area. Due to the hillside location you should despite shuttle, which constantly drives, be good on foot! read more

    In the hotel there was a large main restaurant with large terrace, on which it is nice to sit and food left. You view of the see, the wind of large veiled in far held. In week of our stay there was three themed evenings: turkish evening, italian evening and Seafood-evening. All in all always great! The variety of dishes is huge and surely every taste. Midday to in the late afternoon you can also at both pools food, here after card with snack character, tastes but also. There is also a yufkabäckerei - delicious. In the afternoon at the lower pool fresh fruits enough. During the day everyone spread out, dinner you should be on time, if you have a terrassenplatz would like.

    As guests, the flights, transfers and hotel individually booked and not with a renowned travel agency arrived, we were probably a bit suspect. The friendliness at the reception was very behaviour. Room service was more or less fine, however were often in the morning the towels forward, new gave it only in the evening. This missing even the beach towels, which we then have to organise themselves had. But it was tolerable. The mini bar was not daily with all the drinks refilled, although the service is, but in the hotel there was all free. Especially outstanding were the waiter in the main restaurant to mention, we had never problems and were always very polite and prompt. All the bars we didn't try it, the panorama pool was very good, also the lower pool. On of the lobby-terrace there were service at the table, however a tip here is to be, because the two waitresses made a big difference.

    Since it concerns a club, there is obviously animation. If you want peace, can on the relaxing beach place. Pool and water aerobics are very comprehensive and intensive, who every day cooperating, really something! At the beach there is free canoe and paddleboat rental. Banana and the like at a charge and there is also a diving school. Really great we found the large number of of the chairs, we could lunch at all beaches and pools choose, where we wanted to be and the day sometimes several times moved. If there is a lack, then the umbrellas. In the evening from and shows, on of the lobby-terrace was mostly decent and pleasant music. In the lobby you could go into the internet, wi-fi was very weak at the front desk.

    The hotel is located perhaps two, three kilometers behind Özdere, next door there was a further hotel. In Özdere you can buy, however is the offer limited. Pleasant is the unaufgeregte verkaufsverhalten, nobody spoke a again and again at, action is therefore also hardly feasiblly. You go toward Özdere a piece of the road long and then at the restaurant the stairs down, there was a small promenade, but no shopping possibilities, just a few small restaurants. There are lodges and villas. About forty minutes' drive away Ephesus visit, a old town, the partially excavated was and will be. Very recommendable! We considered, with a rental car to go back, found the current prices too high and, finally, TUI booked. We would not again, because the time, which one actually needs, around in peace to look at, not at all sufficient. Finally costs car plus entrance only marginally more. Pleasant was the transfer time from the /to the airport Izmir with about an hour.

The upper pool area was great, the lower area a bit dated. The beach sections were very small and not very appealing. The club complex is very beautifully designed, spacious and well maintained. The houses should be partially renovated. In the panorama restaurant it was too crowded and the food too unimaginative. Absolutely great was our daily breakfast on the terrace the Brezelhaus! Also the entertainment team was super, very child-friendly and funny. The ideas in the evening very entertaining and diverse. A beautiful Club vacation, but unfortunately not from 1001 Nacht. read more

We had a wonderful vacation paloma sultan. The food was very tasty and varied. The rooms were cleaned daily and there were new towels every day for pool and beach. Safe was inklucive and the fridge was also every day new with Cola, Fanta, Sprite, water and beer stocked. The hotel is very tidy and clean. We felt very good and come next year gladly again. read more

The complex is really nice. We can agree with our predecessors with. We were impressed by the cleanliness the hotel, as well as of the well-kept garden. The food was really great, if you didn't find anything here can't be pleased. Or if you finds faults has every evening at home about 25 desserts to choose from! Mention we must, that the relaxing beach its name with good reason bears - pure relaxation. Also the evening shows have never seen such a high quality. We will certainly again. read more

Great vacation in a very nice hotel. The complex was fantastic, but nothing for people with disabilities. The pools and the beaches product top. The gastronomy was also great - great view for the food in the main restaurant! Unfortunately were the bathrooms very small and in need of renovation. Also the balconies are very small. There are round-a-bouts for children, but they were very seldom. The mitarbeter in the hotel were very pleasant and accommodating ( with without tip.!). The showers and toilets in the spa area were rather unpleasant. The fitness area was pleasant, but disinfectant or ... similar was missing, the device clean. We had a great week in a great complex! read more

For 6 years I spend my vacation paloma sultan. I feel there simply well. As soon as I the lobby for check in enter I am. On vacation at home. And every year I see the changes and verbesseungen in the house. There was rebuilt and renovated, in the restaurant are new tables there. This and that. The attention of the staff in all departments, I can only praise. I am now already looking forward to the may 2013! read more

Very nice large area, to the beach a few minutes, very clean sandy beach. Unfortunately very many steps. The staff are very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately there was little possibilities to go shopping, we are from side something else accustomed to my husband was very happy. read more

We had a wonderful week in club sultan. Only point of criticism: if you are in a not yet renovated room condo, you have a few flaws life ( really beautiful run-down), but apart from that all great. read more

The hotel we would not again book, but for clubfans suitable, daily speaker sounds and animation included. In the hotel should a lot be renewed. We were with the food not satisfied, there is in Turkey much better hotels with only 4 stars in which the food tastes better. ( we were not on mashed potatoes, spaghetti and co). The whole complex is well maintained and very spacious, but for disabled guests because many upward gradients and stairs not suitable. read more

I'have never seen a club vacation in a five-star hotel and was absolutely loved it. The hotel complex is stunning, spacious, clean and tidy. The choice of different pools and beaches is super. We almost exclusively on this bathing platform anyway... It is located right above the water. The variety of the dishes and as their taste and arranging is unique. Here really no complain about, because it nothing to moan about there is! We will definitely again, that much is certain. We are totally thrilled! read more

We know the hotel since 2008. We were at that time really amazed and there are still. We have already for next year booked! Club sultan is uniquely beautiful with huge feel-good factor. This really great facilitities are several times described in detail and there is a many beautiful photos from the hotel 'damals' and as it stands today but as good as the pictures and descriptions are, club sultan you need to even experienced. read more

    We have a superior room booked. This rooms are large with a magnificent view of the relaxing beach and sea. The way of this part the hotel to the main building and panorama restaurant is long but beautiful and whoever did not like to walk could with the shuttle bus back and forth go. In october the trees on the complex full pomegranate and olives; a great sight! Who a superior room booked in the 'pretzel' restaurant. (this restaurant formerly ' artemis' which much better to this restaurant in the greek style fits!) It is stunningly beautiful early in the morning on the terrace of the restaurant to sit and the view of the pool, ocean and Samos to enjoy.

    The food is always a highlight in this hotel. The theme nights were phenomenal, the selection of a food very big. But from our 5. day in the hotel the autumn in Germany had started, were accordingly lots of german guests in the hotel the, exactly like we, in the evening around 19:00 wanted to eat! It was in the restaurant so around 19:00 very noisy and very crowded. In the first days of our stay it was quiet because it was lots of french guests in the hotel the late in the evening the restaurant are. Who more peace at mealtimes should perhaps your holiday before the autumn-weeks.

    Service was always really good in club sultan. This year there were many of the former waiters and waitresses not more there, and we had the impression, that the new team a little together needs. We were still very satisfied. Tip is always gladly seen but also without were the employees friendly and helpful

    It was unusually warm for october and we almost every afternoon by the quiet beach. The sea was crystal clear, very clean and not too cold to swim in. The loungers are new this year and abundant. The evening shows in the amphitheatre were very good and the kids enjoyed every evening fun in the mini-disco we had.

    The complex is well situated with good dolmuşverbindungen to Özdere, kuşadasi, Selcuk (Ephesus) and Izmir. Özdere is a resort not only for guests from abroad but also for the locals. A few shops with the usual t-shirts, bags and souvenirs there. Marktag is on saturday. It is worthwhile everywhere with the Dolmuş to drive but with turkish Lira pay; then the lines already more favorably than with a taxi to drive. The simple way to kuşadasi costs per person 7 turkish Lira (this is converted €3, -). Who in Euro are charged can do; the drive cost 3,50 Euro.
