In assessing of the hotel you have to take into account, for what purpose you on the Feldberg travels. We were there for the skiing and winter-and for that purpose the hotel was just perfect. The stay in the hotel was quite expensive, with the price you pay definitely only the location. The rooms are rather quite basic-but clean, the bathroom is tiny and has its best time already behind itself. The staff are very friendly, special requests were-as far as possible. The food (we booked half board) was delicious. Before one this hotel book you should consider for what ... purpose you arrive. You are looking for comfort and convenience, then you should consider the albquelle do not book. Attaches one importance on the sporty side (skiing) then is this hotel surely the ideal starting point. read more

On the day we arrived first the whole hotel locked, when we call finally contact had, and after a short time finally us someone opened we went to the check in! Then we were the building and to our room brought. As the son of the owner us then the room wanted to open he feast the room was not cleaned yet, even though we the only guests in the entire hotel were! Indicate he wanted to the room next to open and he feast this was also not cleaned! Well we saw it easily and got our ski equipment. ... When we came back was our room finished. Brilliant was the next morning we were so at 8.30 for closed door to the restaurant for for breakfast not a soul there. We had to again call about 8 minutes, later opened a fully verpennter staff the door we were an empty table it would then a other table set and we heard as in the kitchen the breads on baked were! At 9 o'clock! When then finally the breads arrived and we with full of desire the breads lance wanted they were in the middle still froze! Point out we are in the next adjacent restaurant where we had breakfast and although it is very good and could finally our ski day start. In short was a badly run hotel without structures only on weekends and is available! read more

In our room (room 10) we had no water pressure, no hot water and the melting water of snow came through the ceiling dripped, directly on our things. The service staff as such not call, who nothing to drink asked for it, didn't get. The empty glasses of the guests became simply ignored! Also as gladly rooms double occupancy. We would then seek to 5 in a 4. rooms sleep. The 5. person on a daybed, and for 75 euros per night and person! On our complaint they told us' in times of war sleep in such a room ... 10-20 people! '. Actually there should be a nice silvesterurlaub will, so it became a silvesterchaos and we had to one night earlier than planned to leave-in the night inside, we had to go home. On our request, if we then the money the fixed for the last night back, they said no! So a little know usually only the tv! Short this hotel earns rather the name 'dump' or 'gin palace' or 'rip-off' read more

Size of the rooms is OK. who on a lot Capacity is in this hotel wrong. Nevertheless we could with 4 people really good live together. the room and bathroom was clean and the towels be daily changed breakfast very extensive. The last criticism, that it daily only schnitzel, I can't represented, because we had each evening other. read more

    no fitness room in the hotel, however is skiing enough sport activity ski slopes on Feldberg and surroundings are suitable for everyone entertainment: unfortunately hardly après ski. With appropriate size of the group you can the best make it. But unfortunately absolutely no comparison to Skihochburgen with mega-après ski Large negative point for après ski vacation

    very good (if you are on the hotel price surprises, this I can only say, that price itself mainly on the hotel location refers) ski rental or skiing schools directly in the house or still several in the perimeter of 200 meters they go out of the hotel and are 1 minutes on next Elevator by car good and safe to reach

    Informal atmosphere, the staff was always friendly, courteous and very suitable for children. The rooms are very comfortable and with hand-painted schwarzwaldmöbel equipped, they were clean and the towels were on request changed daily.
