Extremely satisfactory. Varied breakfast buffet including champagne From the hotel for guests offered, three-hour sightseeing tour by bus and an English-speaking guide. So well and no complaints. read more

Top Hotel in the heart of the city. Ideal for the business people in Moscow, or just want to see the city and don't need to get pampered in passing. Only the prices for food and drink in the hotel (despite the top quality) a bit excessive. read more

One of the best hotels, I have ever seen. You have to love the luxury and the ambiance, although it may be a rather tough for me it is. The excellent location almost on the red square with an excellent view of the Basil's Cathedral, and the Kremlin is alone worth the money. In the hotel itself ersklassige evening entertainment. And I am not talking here about very rich, and a lovely ladies at the 'slightly different kind' (which however not force. If you want, so you have your peace). read more

On arrival you know, why you chose this hotel has, directly at the river opposite the Kremlin, red square and basil Cathedral and close to the gum, therefore short ways if one has time for sightseeing. The hotel seemed already a bit dusty, small renovation work would certainly be expected for a hotel of this quality positively noticeable. The rooms are large and well appointed, many German speaking TV channels can be received. The breakfast is excellent, a huge bonus compared to previous stays. In the evening it makes up at least the great view from the restaurant for Moscow ... standards for high prices. Also health club with a great pool try. read more

An absolute great hotel! Everything is simply right here! Furniture, size of the rooms, atmosphere in the public areas, etc. The location is a dream. Right on the river opposite the Red square. In particular, I should also like to highlight the friendliness and willingness to help staff! That was not our last trip to Moscow and when Moscow it will be to this hotel! Perhaps it is disadvantageous, the fact is, that if you take a taxi back to the hotel, the taxi driver a more or less small/large 'schug impact baltvilla' approved. The prices for the mini bar ... were also not without but how far you that remains to decide for yourself. read more

    Very nice large rooms. Nice bath, daily cleaner Badeteppich, bath salts on request different sorts. Very clean with good night service. Water twice daily. More than great.

    It was made use of breakfast. More than super. Very nice to bereitetes fruit. berries, fruit salads, citrus fruit, pineapple, melon and much more. Fresh fruit juices, milkshakes, kephir. Hot items, caviar, fine cold cuts, salmon, Fischsalate, meat and Wurstsalate, different water, yoghurt and much, much more of course also Russkoje Schampanskoje, espresso, latte etc.

The weekend rate baltschug beats the competition by far through price and quality anyway. During the week for normal's remains brought too expensive, the hotel offers on the weekends leistbaren luxury with great service in the immediate vicinity of the attractions. Room with flat screen tv and king bed, twice daily water per person including and so on breakfast buffet with refined selection top quality products even with red caviar and champagne. Cooking for the omelette with shrimp. View on the Red square including the only thing I can complain about this hotel was the shower curtain in the bathroom-the ... musss at a 5 star. ergo: Friendliness, competence, service, great location, like a Kempinsky belongs. Metro station ten minute walk away, plays no role given the location. This was my 4ter visit Moscow. The hotel ideal, the city is slowly better, Russian or a local guide is highly recommended, otherwise you will only ripped off. read more

Top hotel in the best location-about five minutes walk from Kremlin, Red square. Best-trained staff very helpful. Rooms are very nice, spacious and clean. Very good breakfast buffet-choice of food in the restaurant was very large, quality was excellent. read more

We had a studio with beautiful views of the Kremlin and St. Basil's Cathedral. Reception somewhat overloaded, but still friendly and helpful. Rooms very spacious, furnished to a high standard. Breakfast more than enough. Champagne and caviar included. The restaurant for dinner was comfortable. Very good taste the homemade cakes in the cafe Kranzler. Limousine service is however clearly too expensive: they gave us a car for about €180 for the drive to the Bolshoi Theater. read more

    The superior rooms were very quiet, here we heard nothing from the neighbors. Room service quick and unobtrusive, it was gone through several times a day and in the evening for example turned down the bed, water delivered to your room, etc. Minibar best equipped, TV/DVD/satellite also top with a lot of German channels. Beds very good, excellent-mattresses and linen, there was nothing to complain about, the same goes for towels/toiletries/bathrobes etc. It is but with a 5 star rating ...

    Very mixed. Concierges were all super friendly, but very "business Savvy". An example: We Bolschoy bestellt....sehr tickets for the expensive but ok - when we got there. Then had it turned out to be the the Bolschoy under renovation, and our maps and guides were without the we knew it for the Ausweichsaal . It should have made us the concierge actually say must be guaranteed, he's known. Second example: The taxi ride from the airport to the hotel costs 1400 roubles booked through the concierge, and in the same company called them directly 900 rubles ... The check-in girls were awful. Rude and disinterested. Won't want to miss 5 star level. Bar and breakfast staff was also rather unfriendly. of a guest troublemakers. The plates were partly pulled away while we were still they Chewed. Such annoyances we want to 5 -star guests not really.     Fitness room with modern equipment, cardio+force, I was surprised. Free weights, however only till 10KG for professionals so wasn't really something. Pool/hot tub/sauna very good, clean, staff is friendly, the pool is not deep but so big you could certainly do laps.

It achieves the level within one of 3.5 Sternenhaus. The price-performance ratio absolutely not justified. The hotel has no atmosphere.     If you have a room with a view of the river Moskva get compensated the view at least part of the negative ones. Rooms are pretty big, with LCD tvs and video playerprivate equipped. satellite TV included. Concierge has enough DVD to choose from. Furniture is a matter of taste. We liked you not. Roomkeeping was very good. Daily mineral water, free of charge. Minibar too expensive. There were a lot of things to don't get in other hotels. Was nice.

    Very bad. Breakfast very poor. In the 3 - Sternenhaus you get more extensive breakfast. If you later, you get from the staff clearly feel to the room, that you should leave as soon as possible. Staff feels itself harassed and it leaves the guest feel. The restaurant could hardly be worse. We have never seen a guest inside. But surprised, we felt as the Internal gross. Maybe Kempinki save. Not tableware, stacked plates, absolutely dark and not lit, etc. The Japanese restaurant was a bit better. Portions were quite large yet - absolutely overpriced.

    Staff very friendly. Question answered with a smile. You never had the feeling that someone bothering you. Chceck in-out very well. Quick and easy. Late check-out without extra charge. Rooms are always clean.

    Location of the hotel is very good. Not far from the Red Square. The center is very easily reached by foot. Ca. 300 meters far from the metro station. The concierge can arrange taxi will easily.
