One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Excellent room, friendly and professional staff, perfect kitchens and first class spa. Only about 3 mins by hotel shuttle bus to the main gondola lift. Bad Kleinkircheim skiing is super for relaxed intermediates with well groomed pistes and plenty of mountain huts. Wholeheartedly recommended. read more

Basically a great hotel. My son and i are however large eater and we were the portions clearly too small. It is a pity that almost no snow was. We will certainly come again. read more

We, my husband and i, are about holiday check in this hotel has become attentive. Except tiny details(constant new log on to wi-fi in the room, with always new codes), there was nothing at the hotel to complain about. Particularly the thermal baths-,sauna and wellness area has convinced us. The food(half board) was of high quality and every evening a new experience! We were quite fast surely, the ronacher we were, despite 800 kilometer prior, not for the last time! In addition there was to say, when a small complaint (technical problem) so exceptionally professional was reacted, as we ... rarely experienced it. read more
