The room was great and quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located, opposite the main railway station. 3 days you could train and bus free use (included). Breakfasts can one from early morning until nearly lunchtime, there is something for everyone and everything tastes very good. Spa area, sauna and so on. Very recommendable. We were only one night in the hotel european hof. Check in from 15 o'clock. We could our room however easy already at 13 o'clock relate. Who the underground car park uses, gets its car from the staff blocked. The gentleman at the garage was very nice! To check out he gave us also still the windows cleaned. Garage is not included and costs per night 16 Euro. Room reasonable size and quite decorated up to date. Beds were nice and soft. At night it was only a bit loud. That bothers me it was not so, because i feast ... sleep. The bathroom was very new and the space was sufficient. Nice was the lighted make-up mirror. The pool/sauna/exercise area is also very clean. 3 saunas and a steam bath and a fireplace, a slide and a pool with jacuzzi. What else could you want? You got bathrobes and towels free of charge made available. The hotel's location is great. You left the hotel and is right at the train station and really quick in the shopping arcade and the subway and S-Bahn. Breakfast was also very good! Also after check out you can the wellness area still use. Suggestion for the hotel: beautiful i thought if you in the room with a kettle coffee and tea cook could. We were there for 3 days in the hotel guest and had a wonderful stay. Our room belonged to freshly renovated and was therefore very modern and stylishly furnished. The cleanliness was very good. The breakfast had a lot of selection and fresh dishes to offer. Especially good i did the Euro spa like. Several saunas, a 150 meters water slide, a pool and hot tub, and a lot of peace and relaxation. The staff were very friendly and helpful. For my boyfriend a geburstagstorte organized. We are planning even only for the hotel sometime again to Hamburg to travel. read more

    We had booked a standard room, but a standard plus room. It was clean, it had a tv and a small bathroom with a large shower. Everything was great. Stay at the old building of the hotel. Com. Room very old mobile and quite small. Besides there were in the room no wi-fi-front desk and no safe in the room.     Directly opposite train station centrally located. Very good access to public transportation - hotel is the first 3 days ticket free available. On foot you are quickly in the city center. Nice restaurants nearby... For example: block house.

We are already in some hotels been, but this beats all. We do not have a point of criticism found. The bathing area is a trip to the hotel worth. Then is there still the huge breakfast buffet with all what you can imagine. read more

We had two double room to the inner courtyard and were really satisfied. The rooms and bathroom are big enough and in particular very clean. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired and the staff were in all areas very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool-/ sauna-/ fitness area is great, especially is of course the slide a special feature and made with us for have fun. The room id for three days as drivers license for the public transportation is a additional plus point. We can only recommend the hotel and would gladly come again. read more
