From the outside sees the hotel beautiful and stylish. But inside it is established. The foyer is very big and at the first look a real eye-catcher, but if you look at the seating times better at everything, would you 'sperrmüllreif' call. But at least it was clean everywhere. We were surprised, as we were told, a complimentary hairdresser (just cut) get. The spa in the hotel was good and clean. A large advantage in this hotel is, that the accompanying wow hotel Topkapi share could, as the same owner has. read more

    The rooms in the default style, nothing special. We had a room with a sea view, therefore we had always fresh air. The shower cubicle was leaking. The closets were a unpleasant smell of itself.

    The food was of the quality and selection was excellent. There was lots of fruit, turkish tea. But, because the service in the restaurant a bit lazy, deteriorated our impression.

    The staff is mostly friendly and helpful. At the front desk work young and courteous people. There is even a woman employee, the only for the complaints of the guests is responsible. The room was always cleaned. The staff in the restaurant is a bit lazy.

    Since we in the january vacation spend have, was the offer of sport and entertainment limited. There was entertainment, but only evenings in the form of shows, the only turkish goods and disco. Next to the beach you will find equipment, in a good constitution. Little work out at the fresh air, makes lots of fun ☺

    The hotel is in the rather new feriebgebiet Kundu. Unfortunately, around the hotel around nothing going on. Actually there are only swamps around. But one can everything with the Dolmuş reach. This service is not costly (~1 $). From the airport it is not far, about 15 minutes The hotel has its own sandy beach.

    Lunch you had to also in the dining room food, the polsterzitze were wet bathing suits not to use. The tables managed the staff hardly clear. Everywhere there were too many leftovers, even on the floor.

    The staff were friendly, if we understand, it would have been nice. Simplest orders they understood unfortunately not. Even understand English most do not. The rooms were dirty, the carpet was dirty, in order the bathtub all black.

We are by a overbooking to the hotel old, although we did not want. There were according to our estimates, about 90% Russian guests. The registration could hardly German and the food was also for the Russian guests adjusted. read more

Never again this hotel! The food was miserable, the atmosphere general poor. Already often in Turkey and more than disappointed. The next time we will be staying again a hotel the Voyage group select where we always were satisfied. read more

Because overbooking we were redirected to this hotel. Outer impression inclusive beach good, but long distances because of the size the hotel. Felt 95% Russian guests with too many repulsive eating habits. Dining room a five star hotel not adequate; the staff are during the peak hours overburdened, so that mostly filthy impression arises. With German and English you got not always further. Could after 2 days no alternative offered, we would have left. read more

Never again! The visit of the main restaurant was every time a challenge, constant Kamf to get a seat and furthermore. The waiters are very lazy and rude. The complete staff only spoke Russian. read more

The hotel is therefore recommendable, since both hotels can use. Kremlin palace, and topkapi Palace. In case you want to do some sports very recommendable, since on the grounds lots of possibilities. ( tennis, Joggingparcour 600 meters with Tartanbelag, football, basketball, volleyball, etc.... ) We chose this hotel because of the short distance to the airport and into town Antalya. Very big complex, nice layout! At this time of the year ( end of March) is unfortunately not everything open this means some external areas, as beach bar, aqua park, amphitheater, shops, playground and so on are still closed, or were just renovated. But if you imagine, as it probably appears, when it is ready, it will certainly be great! Staff are very nice and polite. Food good and plentiful! The guests very International (Holland, Scandinavia, Iran, Turkey, Scholland, England, Germany, Russia and so on) The only thing, which US not at all liked, were the megadicken pillows! After only one night in the Kremlin palace, and thanks to the excellent FTI tour operator Mustafa we could this disastrous hotel leave and extra charge in the royal wings move. The Kremlin palace is absolutely for German guests not suitable, in our day were too many soccer team there, in sportswear and Trainingsanzügen for dinner in the massive, ungemüthlichen and unhygienic dining room appeared (there flew birds freely around!). The bar just a marketplace, also here the same picture of the guests, in addition an incompetent staff, no German, as well as only broken English understood, however Russian. This ... hotel has never ever got 5 stars, maximum 3 * and. It was just awful! read more

Large hotel with nice outdoor area. Hotel is twelve years old, there remains the hygiene in the bathrooms on the way. Service at the front desk rather poor. Had already better hotels 5 star withAll-inclusive. If a 'holiday-makers poor' time, a meeting with 3,000 participants in this hotel is held, then you can imagine determined, that the service at its ceiling is. But as I for those vacation paid I can unfortunately not be overlooked. The advertisement for this hotel promises more than the service stop! read more

on the whole it is good to check in, the back and the front of the language, constant search for interpreters. Despite all-inclusive when going to the entrance cost of five euro and food also fully pay en. Room was moderate, the bathroom in very poor condition tub full of streaks, lime stains and dirty grout etc. dirty dishes, cutlery was missing at unset table service staff total overloaded, didn't come with clearing the tables afterwards. the entrance area kills one at the first sight by Cust pompous design, it fits however to the hotel. the complex is huge, very nicely laid out and maintained. we had all-inclusive plus. But feast, the we by far the most paid, but less extrax got, as other. (no bathrobe, House shoes, no kettle and tea. We have a lot of nice People of all nationalities(Indians, Netherlands, Russians, English Finns and still a few other) know. In The November are not Russians, but German in the majority. read more

    The size of the room, Furniture, air conditioning, tv, balcony, safe and mini bar were OK. In the bathroom you could easily with a bit of mold ex the bathtub and the floor saubergekommen . It held itself however within limits. For a hotel with a certain age was the room great. The cleaning was also OK.

    There was a Italian, Mexican and Russian restaurant. For 5 euros extra you could eat there. Since, however, we other belonged have, which is not much better than the buffet ( typical of the country), we didn't try it. For someone of the vegetables not so fond is, it was a very one-sided affair. It meat dishes were almost always the same. It was definitely not worth 5 stars. the waiters were very different mood. It came only rarely before, that we were wine got. Once in 7 days we were raki offered, the tablecloths were not changed after every guest, which OK one is, if this not completely dirty. The dining room was also impressive, only the chairs were altogther worn and almost everything tables have waggled, so that you unfortunately anytime again drinks spilled.

    There was only one significant Mr from the staff, Mr Fuat D. He was always in a good mood, greet you warmly and always had time for a small chat. He was in the hotel's Café and always has something for the guests organized and we invited. for example a Glühweinabend . Since there evenings it was very cold, we got a cozy Scarf. The service was as good as any language. That was in comparison to remaining staff already great. German at the front desk not spoken, if you had questions, you could but with someone calls that German understood.

    In The November there are no animation, the small nice touches like smoothie bar, beach bar, small shops with souvenirs, popcorn machine, and many more were not open. The last 3 days was the pool Bar closed. The access to the internet was available and free of charge. The chairs on the beach were OK. umbrellas with the temperatures is not required. the pool was beautiful but not heated, swimming was thus nothing. It was the sea still so warm 20 °C the one to bathe can. the prices for Hammam and Masasgen were in the hotel as expensive as in Germany, but great.

    the beach was right on the hotel. the next town was only with the Dolmuş to reach about 3 kilometer there were possibilities for shopping only in the hotel, wrong prices, Mousse 12 euros, Stamps daily changing prices from 1 euro - 2,50 euros usual price, 0, 55 cents.

Every year I go into this hotel and fear, it is the last time, because the recommendation rate. But this year it was especially nice. Of course, the German guests were in the minority. If that doesn't bother you, you should book somewhere else. read more
