    The 2 -room apartments had sufficient space. Kitchen with coffee machine, toaster, fridge, microwave. There were 2 tv available. Bathroom was big enough. Soap we were not refilled. Rest of previous tenant.

    Arrival was quick. First we had the wrong apartments get, move but without any problem. That was all with 'smooth and fast'! Our real apartment: dust flew by the lamps down, when we turned on had. On the sofa, crumbs from the previous tenant, very visible. At the chairs and sofa indefinable stains. Baby crib was ready. Instead of a mattress there was in the crib a together located einziehdecke. When my husband this apart had taken, we were first shocked and disgusted. The apartment complex belongs to the entire hotel complex. We were positively surprised. ( tip for other users: not too positive letter, above or below the average, apart from that comes from holiday check the stamp ' manipulationsverdacht ' ridiculous, with a 5 -headed family, should we you photos from Bulgaria and Oberhof chic?) In the area from Oberhof there is in the summer great hiking trails, and for families sufficient to discover, great summer tobbogan run. read more

    Our apartment was clean and tidy. Some kitchen utensils however slightly broken, or on arrival still a bit dirty. Control before the arrival new guests would be necessary. ( instruction at holiday check, we write also criticism)

We have a apartment in the second house, it was nice, clean and tidy! It is all so far available what you need! The staff, whether at reception or in the restaurant is very friendly and helpful, breakfast and dinner is very delicious and a wide choice available! Unfortunately we could in our apartment the closets didn't use it, since these were full with blankets and pillows, the should be changed! And the descriptions of the tour operators should the hotel with specify, that the tourist in the apartments some utensils in the daily Life are necessary (as for example ... Detergent, Dishcloths, Dishcloth, garbage bags and toilet paper) to have! read more

Great accommodation. The apartment house is about 300 meters away from the Hotel Panorama. Breakfast is served. In the hotel itself happens nothing but it can all attractions of the animation or possibilities for recreation in the main building be used. The connections with bus, Bahn is ideal respectively to the ski lift and toboggan run also very good. We were without a car arrived. Booked we had a apartment with half board. According to catalog are they 80 meters from the hotel away, which surely linear distance is true. We arrived Sunday 14 hours and got 16 hours our room, even though it has been from 15 o'clock are available should. The waiting time spent we with our children (3 & 7) in the playroom in the Eingangszone. Shoes off was duty, on freezing laminate and felt 15 degrees room temperature. The guests in three rows Snake at the front desk, many waited already several hours. The staff completely overburdened and unfriendly. read more

    cleaning of the rooms during the stay is in apartments unfortunately not. It was for us but not the problem. However a dish cloth, rinsing cloth and detergent should the standard equipment belong. Unfortunately that is not the case and we had to the local SCHLECKER drugstore, as not enough toilet paper filled will. the staff are constant in the stress. For the food you can be glad, if one its ordered drinks to eat and even when here and there times a plate is cleared. Here we do the staff no reproach, more than work you just can't. too few staff!     There is a very nice indoor playground. Unfortunately very cold, otherwise great. The indoor pool is way too small and cold. As a family over Christmas 2011 with too high expectations in the former 'Interhotel panorama' offering traveled from the rack. On arrival we were greeted with snow oberhof days and after four hour drive we were looking forward to a pleasant stay in the hotel. Unfortunately seemed the reception staff with the distant tourists to be overburdened (friendliness was non-existent). From the moment we arrived we had the feeling, perhaps the otherwise peaceful hotel with our vacation-Presence to disturb. Hardest meeting with the Thuringian hospitability met for breakfast on the first day.' just sit there, where they sat yesterday ... evening. It is also set!' annoying was the reference, for the first time we entered the dining-hall, at last arrived late in the evening and the breakfast for the first time, and yet on any of the tables have been set sat. Oh man, what a morning welcome, such a ' friendliness' I in any of my previous experiences worldwide destinations. Really. So in the direction in which about 50 must-year-old staff definitely be trained. Otherwise three star accordingly. Condo was clean and adequate. We had a 2 Raumwohnung in the second building with full kitchen, 4 Kochplattenherd , microwave, kettle, coffee machine, Toaster Unfortunately no dishwasher. the apartment was freshly painted. What I didn't like was the extremely dirty floor coating and the stains on all Upholstery. And grab you get no, since the front desk in the hotel on the other side of the street is. I after the third try I gave up and just a week not vacuumed. I am not surprised at the soil so appears!

Were a week in one of the many holiday suites of the hotel! According to the description in the internet we assumed that we a bedroom mile double bed and a living room with pullout sofa. This was unfortunately not so! In the room with double bed still another Kinderklappbett (with durchgelegener mattress ) free Internet access and it was additional a sofa bed for a person available. Class, all 4 in a small room! After we us then the sofa seeing, where we had a scrunched T-shirt from the previous tourist found, was clear why you all to a ... room packed. Completely saggy and mistig! the carpeting material was stained and dirty. Hair dryer and TV were broken. There was neither a broom or dustpan however therefor a can opener from good old GDR times. It is difficult a vacation apartment with 2 children and dog without any cleaning supplies to keep them clean. read more

we had a Winterkurzurlaub planned and are on the panorama apartment-plant in oberhof trip advisor. The complex consists of 2 houses and belongs to treff panorama hotel oberhof, it is this about 200 meters away. In every house there was an elevator. We had a 1- Raumapartment booked, which OK was. The microwave was not cleaned, the previous guests had probably Topfwurst warmed up, the remainders were to be still available and the odor we had the first days will receive. The existing kitchenette was enough, dishes and cutlery are really only 2 people limited. Since it can happen, that ... a coffee spoons for the sugar is missing or a plate for the sausage. But small Flaws. What we are less pleased, was the condition of the beds, in other words a blanket was thick and the other was thin, with different terms. The pillows were in large duvets stuffed. Would be avoidable. the use of the assets of the treff panorama hotel was inclusive during our stay we went to the indoor pool and sauna. Here we were very surprised. The indoor pool as well as the sauna facility appeared for the large hotel way too small and were also very crowded. The sauna was rather an impertinence than relaxation. From space you sat cramped cramped. Similar to the rest room, it was too few beach chairs and the area was too small. A second time of us. For the entire bath and sauna area there was only 2 changing rooms, so that one here already decency. Sad. in the hotel there are several restaurants and bars. We were once in the 'Thuringian Stube' evening meal. The food was not devastating but so far reasonable. Against 20 o'clock there was a dance night with a man-band. As expected nothing special, but it should be a right beautiful evening. Respect! The Honourable understood something of dance music and entertainment. The dance floor was the whole evening fully. A large Compliment. we liked the good situation of the hotel complex, immediate on the town and the good starting point for things to do. read more

Well-equipped rooms with two TVs, only the reference of the couch white holes. A square and a small (just for the size of the hotel) swimming pool was hardly possible. The sauna area with a sauna and steam 90° on the other hand was large enough, only a few more beach chairs would have been nice. In oberhof itself is only a premise tegut as a supermarket. More shops (Aldi, Lidl, heading...) are located in the next town about eight kilometer away. Overall, the stay was but absolutely satisfactory. read more

The apartments were spacious, both the bedrooms, as well as the living room had their own tv. Overall, our apartment appeared but in need of renovation. Particularly the carpets need to be subjected to a thorough cleaning. The swimming pool, as well as the sauna in the opposite hotel complex didn't meet our expectations. This began at move (too few possibilities for changing rooms), none of the pool/sauna area and the cleanliness. For a hotel with this dimension, the sauna area should be larger and more attractive. read more

We can only recommend it. Oberhof in the summer is a great Travel Tip for families The family accommodation ( family apartment) has about 45 sqm and is very well appointed. To the Panorama hotel is only about 80 meters The only drawback we must report is in the bathing area is unfortunately the hot tub broke down but all in all it was very clean. read more

Large rooms, thin walls, dirty carpet. Through the access to the Treff Hotel Panorama many different leisure. Pool too small for such a large hotel. read more
