    The rooms are unbelievably beautiful. The king-size bed was very comfortable and there were several different pillows to choose from. The bathroom was huge with a bath and extra shower. A toilet there were extra to the bathroom. Enough closets and drawers were available. außendem there was a desk and a lounge area, consisting of 2 armchairs and a table. A mini bar is also in the room.

    We only booked with breakfast. This was very diverse and it was always something for everyone. Eggs ( scrambled egg, fried egg, soft or hard boiled ), lots of different breads, sausage and cheese, fresh fruits, salmon, hot foods such as pancakes or hash browns, yoghurt and muesli. Freshly squeezed juices, as well as coffee and tea. The quality of the dishes was excellent. The breakfast room was great to look at!

    The staff at the hotel is very accommodating. With the parking space is a concierge -service for everyone. Here the car keys and when leaving of the hotel is the car driven up, very accommodating! The cleaning staff performed great work and the staff in the service was always friendly and every single customer.

    The hotel has a large spa area, as well as a large pool. When entering each guest receives a bathrobe, slippers and a extra towel. The treatments were relatively expensive, but for such a hotel normal. In the pool area there were plenty loungers available. In the heated relaxroom were loungers, as well as fresh juice and teas to find. Both separate, as well as mixed saunas were available.

For a stay kempinski is usually a gebirgskarte nonmobile, with which you with everything funicular railways in st. Moritz drive can. This should be definitely use! In september we have a long weekend in St. Moritz and us for the kempinski decided. And we were from the very first moment until the departure enthusiastic. The charm of this Grand Hotel conveys and the symbiosis of 'traditional' and modern, the can only very few hotels. Five star just relaxing is the slogan; this is definitely too. Let us emphasise the service at the bar - the restaurant enoteca in the 'old' damensalon with the maitre graziano and a wonderful team, as well as excellent kitchen! And the amazing breakfast buffet including all staff. Top! Perfect location for ... athletes and hikers (in the winter right next to the slope and the cross-country ski run)-without large detours go directly for biking, jogging or at the piz mezdi directly behind the hotel. And then in a great spa with heated pool, a great sauna area to barfusswanderung in the outdoor area. The check in/out was courteous and friendly-as all of the staff in this house. A Grandhotel of the highest standard with the best service. Our 3. stay in the kempi St. Moritz and certainly not our last. Location in St. Moritz Bad with direct access to the signal-bahn (access to the hiking and corviglia). After St. Moritz village with restaurants, bars and shopping possibilities around 25 minutes away on foot. The lake about 10 minutes. Hotel boasts opulent lobby and bar (fumoir available). Outstanding breakfast buffet in the main restaurant. Here nothing was missing; in addition excellent service. For dinner is the enoteca with innovative alpine tapas concept very recommendable. Spa area with big ... pool, many sauna area and a spacious relaxation area excellent. Rooms (grand deluxe) with 40 square meter spacious, large bathroom, and no signs of wear. Room service included turn-down service without any complaints. Prices without question on typical (high) swiss level. Only gripe: parking on außenstellplätzen. read more

We have on the way south a 2-day stop in St. Moritz inserted. Simply to try we have this star hotel booked. Normally, we stay a category below from, but we were all in all very positively surprised. Already on arrival you can tell the 'small differences'. The car doors are open, the luggages decreased, the car is parked, the bikes from the roof and stored. And everything was very professional, friendly, uncomplicated - in spite of the general commotion because of the straight's passione engadina (what for the hotel guests the possibility offered, free a mv Augusta or Maserati ... renting/ probezufahren ). Very to our joy we got an upgrade from the standard in the highest room type, but i don't know, if the erstbesuchen simply as a 'bait' is used. The room in this category was big enough, with bath and separate shower, separate toilet, balcony (west/abendsonne), safe, desk, wi-fi (fast, free of charge), satellite tv, mini-bar (outrageously expensive) and plenty of storage space. At least twice a day comes the room-service. Furthermore from 2 nights (applies in the summer for all hotels in Moritz) free tickets for the cable cars and buses included in the price. We both for trips to Moritz-village and a trip to the magnificent mountains (entrance into the gondola is right across the street) also used. The spa area searches sure seinesglleichen. The swimming pool is quite properly dimensioned and such a range of- huge - saunas i rarely seen. Whereas it in the winter sure is a bit crowded than the august. Free teas and cold drinks in the rooms and a constantly after the right sehender service round the good picture. Only a bag or basket with the utensils, the one normally with in the spa takes, was missing in the room. The indication in the hotelbeurteilung with departure but gladly received (e-mail of the hotel-management was already two days later). The restaurant we only for breakfast used. And that was, what quality and variety is actually hardly to exceed. Next to the usual things such as bread, rolls, pastries, cereals and fruit you will find a juice bar, different fish, a swiss cheese buffet, homemade jams and spreads, a chef, all possible hot things freshly prepared and many more there was even a special japanese buffet and a private for children. The service was so, as in a 5 star hotel would expect. Fast, friendly, professional. A visit in one of the restaurants, the enoteca or bar we unfortunately had no time. As a conclusion, i can say, that it was a really very pleasant (short) stay was. I can the building after this first impression absolutely recommend. read more

Our two stay this year were again a very enjoyable experience. Since we were already several times in the hotel were, we got on our first night a upgrade on the next room type, a very pleasant surprise. Ambience, the employees and the offered services to complaints no reason. I would particularly like to highlight again the really really magnificent breakfast and the courtesy of its staff. Also we had the Lebensmittelunverträglichkeiten my wife not mention. If this once stated, you will be the following stay always automatically updated. An in another review reported pushiness of the staff I can't ... confirm. Also no positions without prior request on the invoice. All together: no cheaper fun, but a worthwhile. read more

I have never seen such a brash hotel staff met, that any services wants to sell. After I the room reservation, attempted me a hotel woman employee to call a room a higher category to move. After I traveled to they told me during the check in with, that you have a donate on my room booked, the Kempinski for Social Projects need. I asked for cancellation of this Spendenbelastung, as I donate about me known Organizations itself active. I thought it was extremely rude and incongruous, that donate on the collected, without me even asking. With the course to ... the room attempted the receptionist I other services to sell. Even in the room arrived, attempted uS other services to sell. When we evenings in the restaurant to eat went we were greeted by a very self-confident waiter served. Although we explicitly pointed out had, that we only a small something wanted to eat, because we in haste were, since the spa unfortunately early in the evening was closed and we had a sauna active wanted, attempted us the waiter several other courses to sell. Merely an Austrian waitress understood it, the guests accommodating and helpful to serve, without being pushy. Far was the restaurant very big ( rather a hall). The American- and Russian guests were partly noisy. The German guests came partly in the jumpsuit and seemed partly arrogant ( I had the impression, that they 'important' want to be). The hotel staff hard-working was friendly. But unfortunately seemed the friendliness only 'fake' and not authentic. Admittedly, it is a nice hotel with a very nice spa area and good food, but the ' umsatzgetriebene ' staff creates unfortunately a ' Verkaufsatmosphäre ' the more of a ' vorwerk -vacuum cleaner- Verkäufer' would expect. The staff seemed partly very stressed and hectic. Unfortunately was the predominant staff, which I met have, in my opinion very unstylish and had for such a house is not the appropriate Etiquette. From this reason I will next time a hotel with a quieter and less obtrusive atmosphere search. read more

Nice hotel not quite in the center of St.Moritz, but it is right by the gondola and next to the casino. And nearby ( on foot possible) of La Baracca - restaurant. International guests included eingiger Russians. read more

We have the hotel elected, because we vacation apartment first on the next day move and, because a ski pass in the room price was included. We wanted that but at a other day use, since it unusual was cold. But one refused, the ski pass for a other day. Vouchers. First was for us a smoker's room provided, the horrible smell. You had for us then a different room. Unfortunately the room was a bit uncomfortable. The windows are obviously not close, there was an unpleasant train. The food and the breakfast were however pristine. But regarding ski pass ... if I had taken out some expected more generosity. We stayed for our summer vacation now another hotel the Engadine elected. read more

The Kempinski is in sank Moritz bad, one of the less beautiful Corner of the town. However directly with the signal Bahn, so that you only street cross, for the elevator to be. To the center there are on foot about 20 minutes the hotel equals in terms of equipment and service International five stars standard. Great spa, Beauty, hairdresser, restaurants, bar, service etc. The service is first class, incredible the friendliness and willingness to help of the staff. Next to the little attractive location are still some drawbacks to mention: the rooms are tiny and the junior suites are ... just 3 meters ² bigger than the double rooms. Also the baths areextremely small. For a person OK but for a few with a child way too small. The view leaves much to be desired. The most rooms overlook the inner courtyard or on the busy street. The atmosphere is a bit impersonal. Kempinski lodge lots of Russians and Arabs. In short: well run hotel with drawbacks. read more

    we had a grand deluxe. In this category must the room be bigger. The closet is for a longer skiing vacation and the clothes were there as frozen. We had to the beach things evenings packed in advance, so that you room temperature had. Perhaps was it, that we at the external the room had. The bath had a great small washbasin. I expect for this price a double sink and a functioning scales and 12 kilogram indicates no more! The cleaning of the rooms was one five star hotels not worthy. On the soap is after cleaning a hair. The bed sheets had holes and were not changed for 4 days, although a small blood stain by a finger on it was average. However it was cleaning very quick and usually after the breakfast finished.

    Food is excellent but extremely expensive. Restaurants are tastefully furnished. I think nevertheless that the prices covered are.

    The doormen are great. Really friendly us quickly. However was with us the whole Skigepäck disappeared and had to be searched for a very long time. They told us there is a shuttle bus for the signal so that you don't look over the rail ice walk, which has voted however not. The foreign languages skills are good the waiters are really friendly and fast. However at the breakfast 2 times the coffee is made to order forgotten. The most unpleasant was, 'forgotten' that we were on it point, the ski storage at the signal train as Kempinski guest can use free of charge. We could have saved ourselves the walking boots fell. It was extremely annoying and is a information the room.

We have the all around-carefree-comfort-package in all trains enjoyed! The friendly, competent and relaxed service fit exactly to the idea of perfect days of vacation. In the morning a few Swim in the wonderful swimming pool, then an exquisite breakfast and in the evening a good glass of wine in good Saxofonmusik in the hotel bar. What more could you want! read more

It will be offered the expected standard services. The service, the friendliness and the atmosphere is nothing to complain about. In particular the breakfast was very rich, varied and attractive. However, we had to find some shortcomings in the room cleaning. The note was received politely. To remedy this situation took it in our case not; we only stayed one night to guest. Overall, the Kempinski can still be recommended without reservation. read more

It was a very beautiful and luxurious stay. Price/performance at night in St. Moritz definitely very good. sFr. 15.00 Parking fee for parking outdoors and even geparktem car I didn't think was justified. read more

Wonderful Grandhotel in a classic -modern super condition. Were on the day the Sommersaisoneröffnung there, therefore few guests. Not all restaurants open. Room very classic with all the bells and whistles. Breakfast room a dream. Restaurant in every aspect class. Spa facilities absolutely 5 stars. Location somewhat off the beaten track. read more

Also for families 5 * hotel, gladly with small children. Loving kids club, nice children's buffet in the morning and in the evening. Nice SpA for the adults. Us has fallen it really good, the service could have been better be, but very nice. You spoke about the prices in St. Moritz anyway not... Only drawback were the many, loud guests from Eastern Europe ☺ , In the bar in the evening... But overall, really beautiful, great skiing, great for the kids, restaurant also really good, normal Swiss prices... St. Moritz St. Moritz is just... Gladly again with kith and kin read more
