A roundtrip ( westcuba ) to a very nice beach.
The hotel room very small, worn, no warm water, air conditioner broken. Since we were there only one night were, we got room on the 1. floor. Since this directly at the stay area in the basement borders, stay area and bar with tv corner, is before 02:00 o'clock not to sleep.
The dining room is like a waiting room at the train station, the food was cold and as in the chateau Miramar very ' straightforward 'a great shame! read more

We spend 2 nights during the round trip Cuba forte (TUI) here.
It was a disaster. Directly on the first night i made with a cockroach in the room familiarity and now knows, that these bugs even the bed walk Just horrible. After a shoe to kill the animal used had, we have little more sleep.
But times apart from the animals, was also the room an absolute disaster. It was dirty and smelly. The bathroom was mini-small and under the door was a huge gap of at least 5 centimeter (perhaps also the cockroaches stated).
The dinner was so-so. ... Little choice and poor quality but you are full. The same applies to the breakfast to.
The beach was the only positive thing. He was not large, but there were enough chairs available and the sea was beautifully warmly and clearly. The pool we didn't use.
Which TUI thought his round trip guests in such a hotel to send is puzzling. The other hotels of the round trip were quite good!
Tourists i advise however, the finger to leave. read more

Now I was the 15. Time in this hotel, this speaks for itself. I can understand, the other guests not my opinion, but there was also Holidaycheck. Inform first one should and not a long face drag if you were not satisfied. I have 2 times even 5 nights sleep and was once again really amazed, since at my travel time very few tourists were. Standard were groups on tours. Thus a maximum of 3 nights. The condition has become my last visit in may actually not changed. Three star country category. To relax during a round trip good suitable all inclusive hotel. The all drinks in a plastic cup are served, saves staff. Artificial angeschüttetes beach piece, by rocks to the outside world was limited. Unfortunately the Pavillon at the beach already at 16:00 o'clock and you get nothing more to drink. The hotel is a few kilometers from Trinidad away. Although it right next to the sea lies, there is no bathing beach. The rooms are very simply furnished and partly in need of renovation. Although we as a couple traveling, could give us a room with a view double bed, but merely one with 2 single beds be allocated to. The buffet is less versatile than most other hotels. The cocktails at of the pool bar are unfortunately not very enjoyable. read more

The hotel is in real need of renovation. In the room was moldy and the furniture was strongly worn out. The food was very moderate and there were continuous too few dishes, so that we mostly 15 minutes on a clean plates had to wait. read more

Here should TUI already know, that the hotel the TUI does not do it justice-it is the reviews the past few years on HolidayCheck to look at (almost everything negative reviews from earlier participants of the same round trip). Even if all travelers upgraded in bungalows directly at the beach got, the the inconvenience not make up for. We had a warm water in the room. To three-time complaint we were assured, that was repaired and we only 5 minutes wait up warm water is (we are talking generally at all from hot, not even from the hot water). Unfortunately ... this was furthermore not the case and we had to again call. After longer back and forth it was explained, that the warm water in a tank on other end of the hotel is stored and this water by solar technic warms, it was then also clear that in this hotel warm water a general problem is. I had then also 2 further rooms try, to finally with lukewarm water shave to may. US offered a room change ( however this was already in the late afternoon of 2 day, was for us not good) and a bottle of wine ( the hotel was anyway all inclusive and what am I with a bottle of wine?).
Unfortunately this was not the only thing problem in the hotel: generally dirty and food not edible ( so we have 2 evenings outside eaten and 2 not breakfast ). read more

This was the second hotel on our trip. We were already warned. As we our room entered, we could not believe our eyes, what has us here. you in such a rooms I have stayed in not young.
Positive I'd like to rate the friendliness of the staff. The can't do anything about it, that all of the drinks in plastic cups were offered.
Otherwise we have celebrated the second night with our party in the area the pool bar was wonderful. The condition of the room in the night not more so on. read more

We were two days during a trip in the hotel
Our guide was waiting for us before we have stayed in many hotels during a trip but so what we stayed had still not seen
If you wanted to take a shower, you had to time and patience because not always bring water into the available. Bed linen was dirty and littered with flecker
the rooms had a musty smell in it. Evening there is live music as it was our room to the stage was really class.
Us have trouble shipyard at the tour operator, he has tried everything ... no success. read more

We were two nights at a tour in this absolutely, no go, hotel. From 101 to the room 209 proceed no not. Our first room 109, the mattress smelled of urine, the Windows did not close (1 floor), after a complaint it did not more open properly, as we had to sleep night 1, since the hotel was fully booked. The two room was in the three floor, went to some extent, the balcony door was glass cracked from top to bottom. The food in the dining room (rather cafeteria) was bad, the enormous volume was reinforced by a combo. ... Plates and cutlery were always and then individually again, impossible. We have the _Rundreise Cuba forte of TUI and of TUI as a hotel not expected. read more

We have used it two days as part of our trip. The plant is outside from Trinidad (about 15 minutes with the bus). The beach is, in the water but it is not really pleasant stones and, because one must always be careful. Our room in the second floor, an elevator was not available. Absolutely negative was the restaurant. The food was quite basic, the atmosphere was like a cafeteria, everywhere were beat, as everything about a long buffet was. Altogether was the restaurant to small. It was OK for the trip, I want to spend but no 'holiday' in ... the hotel. read more

The best thing about this hotel is still the room itself, as well as the proximity to the city Trinidad. Otherwise, you must say, that the food was unenjoyable is. Despite all inclusive and several stays in cuban hotels must say, that the on our trip the worst food ever was. Also is the complete water with much chlorinated. Even the Cuba-libre had a chlorine-water mixture was not enjoyable as bases and platforms. Otherwise the location is OK and the price accordingly. read more

As roundtrip hotel is the Costasur fully in order. We were there two nights and it was OK.
The room are clean and standardly furnished. Also the bathroom was clean. About leisure facilities can I say not much, since during the day we were traveling with a tour group.
The food is good. You must stop after seasoning, but the was in all round trip Sunday the offer at the buffet was varied hotels and fresh. The kitchen typical of the country.
