the hotel is in the typical style for Fuerteventura builtthis is maximum 1 floor. At first glance it made a very nice impression. The Studio was very bright and friendly furnished. More precise look at on the minus side, that the complex already somewhat older and some renovations press necessary are. We liked it however didn't bother us, since we anyway only studio used have. The bathroom was OK, and the water was always hot.
breakfast and half board there was as a buffet and you could very cheap ( breakfast 5 euros per person) book on site. We offer ... however not used. read more

Relatively clean grounds, room was very worn down. Our first room not cleaned upon arrival. Next room with bar, also not much better. The food has us not tasty. read more

The hotel is unfortunately only be released to clean up. Room 621 was a dream. The many mirrors in the room after a few days disappeared under the bodies of the mosquitoes. Although all 2 nights this (I believe hot cleaners) weren't going to make fine in the room. 3 Tiles in the bathroom were missing, the batterie the BD was unusable. (Water from straw), terrace was not cleaned. The railings Overlaid a thick layer of dust from the 1. accompanying until the last day. Food was cold every day, hot food only on the plane-nice half board!!! read more

Overall the island is beautiful but i dont recommend this hotel for the reason there is no entertainment at night i stayed a week and say a parrot show and a magician most of the staff spoke english and were polite others wasnt at all! read more

Unfortunately very unclean!!! Towels were changed only once in 10 days, wash basin, bath and toilet were not cleaned, as well as the whole floor. The area was actually quite beautiful, it needs to be just better maintained. The food was rather geared toward the British and there was always the same for breakfast. Lunch and dinner, all three days varietty. read more

The hotel gives the impression of Insolvency is available if it. Everything was broken and versofft. Never again. cockroaches in the whole area, even in the room (a whole bunch visit) and cats in your room. Never again - not to be recommended. read more

If you just want to spend a holiday at the seaside and the hotel only to sleep then use it is tolerable all inclusive but it was absolutely not recommended the chamber maids keep not much of cleanliness. There are 2 cats in the area the really are very pushy ( scratch on the doors ) I myself have a cat so I am very fond of animals We enjoyed the food with 2 exceptions (1 breakfast and 1 evening meal) didn't use it I but unfortunately could not recommend this hotel the personnel was very friendly, also when checking ... out we were offered a room for showers as our bus to the airport was not until 4pm read more

This was our second. stay at this hotel and for the 5 weeks we were there and per person not even 600 Euro / night, it was ok. We had only booked flight and hotel without food and pay for and if it in the room there were faults complaints and you had to go to reception and either you got another room or you were immediately removed. The hotel is small and cozy More suited to young people to surf or to Corralejo Kittens and of course to party. Also without pre-packaged to book You can easily get discounted ... room. read more

First: me and my family are Germans and we are used to good standard and way of life and its important for me to underline: we didn´t find this bad conditions what can be read in several evaluations! I write in English because many people shall be informed, that in summary we had a good holiday in Las Olas and we want to come back for holiday again. We mainly made good experience like: + reception was very kind and also most employees were kind; o houses, pool and garden were nice, cleanliness has to be improved; + Most of ... the day it was really quiet an relaxing at the pool; o appartment was big, equipment not bad, cleanliness was moderate; + after some objective claims about cleanliness or defects, they immediately took action and improved the situation satisfying + I met the new manager a few times, he started in the late spring of 2008, and it seemed, only in a few month he achieved good progress and improvements, even in the two weeks we stood at Las Olas, we initiated and monitored a positive trend; the manager is on a succesful way + The food was good, also the offer every day and the variaty during one week was a good one; - The temperature in the dining hall was not comfortable, because of a not running air condition + The snacks and the service at the pool bar were very good as well as the team; - Animation was poor + The price/performance ratio was a good one! Dear critical tourists, please be always aware of the good price / performance ratio and that you spend your time on an island of spain in the very south of Europe. People have their own mentality, the standard in other countries is normaly different from what you are used to! Your are guests there. Especially the behaviour of British people sadly was not the best one! If people leave their waste all over, nobody can expect that it is proper everywhere and everytime!
