We are as a family with 2 large children arrived and are also during the 2. stay the palace very satisfied %blank%. The complete package is right - price-performance ratio is here in the right proportion. Especially i want the friendliness of the entire staff mention-unique! The gastronomy fulfills all requests, whether the freshly squeezed juices in the morning or the delicious essenvariationen in the evening - something for everyone. The proximity to the beach and to the next town Jandia was very important for us, as with 4 people each other requests to your vacation represents. We had two ... double room with a view of the sea booked, unfortunately (as another vacationer already described ) on the 1. floor, but on the ground floor directly in front of hiking at the hotel beach chairs, so that each of the past is also into the room or at the terrace looks, in the evening with open window sleep is not-there one could also fear! A few ants and cockroaches in the room were quickly removed, so i can the alleged 1st floor not recommend. My son was very excited by the entertainment, the it in this hotel not at all simply has, as about 80% the vacationer older than 60 years was. For us it was a very quiet and relaxing beach holiday. A stay in a great-although ageing - hotel. We have been for the 15. time in were again not disappointed. Our wish in the vip area, for which i gladly somewhat more pay, was outstanding good. Nachgereiste friends on request near our building. In the vip area i have stayed in the 14 days no special cleaning notice, while on the 4. deck times to see, such as the loungers also by hand were wiped. A fußbodenreinigung always took place after the tagesbetrieb, as well as the cleaning the pool before schwimmbeginn in the morning. read more

    Here are the most drawbacks, even if just in the vip area a lot has been done. Different rooms do not have the standard and it is urgently necessary the bathrooms completely to renovate and not only the shower curtains through glass replace it.     Certainly a highlight of the hotel. This is since the last year an excellent pasta buffet come. We were surprised, that the pasta always al dente and not overcooked, as you often on buffets experienced. The show cooking stations are still great and often for a treat, even if you times a couple of minutes have to wait. I have not noticed, that frustration arose from it, especially since we were not on the run, but on vacation were. The offer handed a delicious chicken and salmon, to roast beef and also different theme buffets. The salmon in salt-crust was a highlight. As well as the almost daily offered langostinos. The offered drinks finds also its same especially for us as all-inclusive tourists, because it lots of different wines and other not local drinks includes. Also always individual service, with the lunch menu however was suspended. Over here you get the beverages even, but hardly disturbed, since obviously only a fraction of the guests all-inclusive. The table service was but also at this time and was excellent. You had to be careful, they dont the plates, the still empty eaten should, from the table were taken. We always sat at freshly covered white tables-except the canary evenings with brown zusatzdecken-, the always clean were. As you but no firm seats allocated, which we very pleasant found, it seems for us hardly detectable, whether a table cloth one more time as a mealtime has survived. If nachdeckt had to be, because someone new the table to have wanted, there was always new table cloths. Never we all-inclusive guests back home. The service was always ready, our orders. On the contrary it is even very pleasant, you not for every drinks at the bar line, but that someone at the table, the order and quickly returns, while the line was often takes longer. For the most part was after a few days already clear, which for example i after dinner prefer and this was after a short request - as always? - also serves.

    Here there were no drawbacks. All hotel staff, we sometimes already for years experience, which a good was capitalized sachets, are all unbelievably friendly and always cooperative. Very pleasant ambience. At the pools in spite of the size very quiet and relaxing. This perhaps To the age structure in march. Estimated average 60 years. Upscale al-offer. Everything brand drinks and no cheaper booze. During dinner service with table wine. We had the half board, for us it is always enough. You can lunch at the pool bar for small money in the 5.€-with a view of the Sea tasty snacks eat. Drink prices completely okay. We were already 8 times on Fuerteventura, on Gran Canaria and tenneriffa and about 18 times Mallorca. The friendliness and the ... service in the Iberostar Palace is very good! Example: we had room with a view of the sea and should room on the 1. floor received. With a terrace. At night because we liked the balcony door a little open, we asked for a room in the higher floors. Without discussion within 1 moments. The tv was broken on arrival. After complaint in 1 hour to do so. A couple more words to eat. The food is in all areas great. Emphasized should be in my opinion the freshly prepared fish. Wonderful holiday! The weather was wonderful, the beach wonderful! Everything was clean the staff very friendly- desk outside, as we were given not even a 'good journey' or similar to verabschiebung. Good, if one error if you could find it. But apart from that: thumbs up! We were looking for relaxation and were to find something! You feel very at ease on the complex, although this is already older. The hotel is somewhat outside of Jandia, that is why in the immediate vicinity no bars or restaurants. We have (mrs 56 and i 60) our vacation really enjoyed and can only the best on the Area say. We would book there again at any time! read more

We were 2012 the first time in the Iberostar Palace Fuerteventura and 2014 again spend our vacation there. We really liked it once again and it was for us nothing to fault. We had a vip room with a direct view of the sea, what just amazing was. The food is very extensive and there is plenty of choice, so that there is something for everybody is. Emphasized should be also the hotel's own hairdresser with german woman hairdresser, the excellent job! We again felt good and were very friendly and helpful treated. read more

We have as a couple here our honeymoon here. We were from the hotel, the great location (directly at the beach, short distances for shopping) and the food good. Buffet was diverse with changing theme evenings (sushi, through various fish and meat dishes, salads, fruit, etc.) Room was very big with a great view on the pool, palm trees and sea. The staff was friendly and helpful (all areas from front desk, restaurant and not to forget the maids). Our summary: we fly definitely again there and take also our son with. read more

Staff in the hotel very nice and helpful. Food, delicious and varied. Hotel, garden and pool area very tidy and clean. Cocktails without alcohol, colorful aqueous kunstsaft. The bed uncomfortable, because the mattresses were too hard, towels partly frayed, Gardinenhaken were torn out and during our vacation not hooked up. Towel rack was already on arrival loosely, towel fell again and again down. The room service the notice have to repair to order. To 2 days we have the housekeeper directly and the towel rack was immediately sideways. Question: is something from the room service didn't notice? No shower on ... ground level, but a bath with a shower curtain. I found it cramped and slippery. For guests with hip and heart dont book here if you quite unsuitable. read more

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel (all inclusive), including a very friendly and helpful staff, marvelous meals and drinks and an absolutely relaxed and warm athmosphere. Therefore, I have absolutely nothing to complain about, but I can hardly recommend this place to everybody in search of a highly comfortable and recreative place to spend his/her holydays. read more

The spacious hotel is on a mountain-slope built and consists of 8 floors. Entrance and reception are located in the 7. floor. On the 4. floor there is a large sun terrace with chairs and umbrellas (inclusive), pool bar, as well as two swimming pools and a children's swimming pool. There was always vacant chairs and free sun umbrellas. Another pool is located in vip room facilities on the 3. floor. On the 1. floor the beach entrances: two stairs and an eccentric way down to the beach. Between hotel and beach is the 'red way', a foot and bike ... path has many kilometer parallel to the beach until to the center from Morro Jable and of the center. Near the hotel is a small shopping center. The beach is wonderful fine sand and far stretching. At the beach are chairs and sunscreens rents: 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella for 12 €together per day. At the beach in north, there is a rocky ledge, you especially at low tide about minutes on a track through may. Beyond that is a further beach clothing and kilometerweiter wandermöglichkeit. In the hotel there are several elevators. Breakfast and dinner with the half-board from the buffet. Drinks served. The food was very plentiful, varied and very tasty; there was always something for everybody available. Examples: 0,33 liter span. Beer 3,25 Euro 1 cup Cappuccino: 3,10 Euro 1 hour internet computer: 6€ The majority of the guests came from Germany. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. The tv had 8 german channels, for example ARD, ZDF, RTL and so on. Near the opposite extreme nordwestecke of the hotel-side wing runs a major road. read more

Again was the palace of the reason for a wonderful vacation. As we were at the vip room booked had, was everything great. This category is worth it. The subtle animation, the staff's hospitality, the many deals for relaxing in the hotel complex and of course the food made the vacation to enjoy. In the all-inclusive-drinks there was a wide selection of branded spirits. The cocktails were lovingly decorated. The evening entertainment was then good, if artists from the outside came. Lots of small error management led to an unfortunately negative picture and as absolute worst and absolute 'no-go' we found the two-class under one roof. How can one only one premium by iron grate from the other general area separated from under one roof setup? The impression here premium, the rest of the populace, not only by in the outdoor area, but there were also iron grate in the ... staircases, the only by the premiumgästen open and the 'normal' to reverse forced. That is not at all. The premium pool chairs on the sun terrace was regularly with hochdruckreinigern cleaned, the loungers of the other guests in 2 weeks not only once only with a cloth or similar wiped.     About the location of the room i further above already said something, the size of room and bathroom were sufficient, the condition was slightly in need of renovation.     We only our meals in the main restaurant and may that's why no judgment over the pool restaurant to deliver. The breakfast complimented the quality and the variety is the 4 star standard. Eggs in all variations, different sausage and cheese, freshly squeezed juices, sunday sparkling wine, yogurts, various fruits and pastries as you in a tidy hotel expect, were sufficiently available. But there was never a bit high upscale like for instance salmon or rostbeaf. The judgment for breakfast so : ok. On the other hand, we are rejoicing in the forum for dinner not endorse. Except the soups, the salad buffet and the dessert, which you as well could have called, was the other food was by the diversity of enough, but never tastily prepared. The presentation of verkohltem meat, chicken or kanichenchenteile, extremely knoblauchlastigen vegetable variants, unappetizing pizzas and pasta, for examples, could not even close the classification enough. Only for the return trip we are quite unfriendly and without greeting of the front desk staff treated and have been adopted. Otherwise the staff was from the gardener to the waiters without exception friendly. German understands here quite everyone. My room was dark behind trees directly at the busy main road with a view of boulder fields, sleep was not to think and the balcony was not to use.     The very young animation team was always friendly, but certainly better for child animation suitable. Quite annoying were the attempts, the mostly older people to participate in to move around.     The hotel is located at the entrance of Jandia in the immediate area to the beach. The journey from the airport is without detour about 70 minutes. The center of Jandia within walking distance is about a comprehensive promenade or at the beach along to reach. In the other direction ( esquinzo) it is only with the vehicle or at best at low tide on foot very uphill on gravel and stones along the beach. By an underpass is the shopping center Ventura on the other side of the street to reach, however for the handicapped not convenient. The next bus stop could be reached in about 15 minutes on foot.

Was a erholungsreicher holiday, especially good i found the the evening entertainment at the same time, in several languages made spanish-german-english, because this hotel is in Spain and therefore i found the entertainment for kids with spanish songs great! We had the half board and the prices for the drinks were ok, especially good and the bottle of wine from a day on the other 'lifted '. At the pool bar however i have to say that the cake 'edible' was nothing special, the coffee more inedible. The location on a forest i found ok, private as the apartments with ... a pool view and sea view. Room service great, and the staff's hospitality also! read more

    One must differentiate. The dinner in the main restaurant was first great. Everyday something different with showcooking (partly with 4 chefs). Always fresh fried fish, always freshly grilled meat. An italian corner-a spanish corner-a huge dessert buffet-just great! At the breakfast buffet was also as well as absolutely nothing to worry about-always different sausage, ham, cheese. Now we come to the negative-the drinks. One has this clearly noticed that in this house both half board and all-inclusive was offered. The quality a drink in the restaurant was clearly only all-inclusive quality. The was where bad, because the half board-guests for their drinks have to pay and was therefore better quality expected. As an example serve the following fact: the cheapest wine in the restaurant was a 0.7 liter bottle of the trademark ' condes de ceralt to 14,45 Euro in the nearby located supermarket was it for 2,25 Euro buy. Cup of coffee was 2.70 euroer tasted like... (i would rather not say) 0,3 liters beer was 3 €in the coffee shop in the shopping center was the same beer for 0.4 liter only 2 €. Coca - Cola from the auromaten -in all-inclusive usual, but if i have to pay? The crowning but the cocktailabteilung. It was not mixed-but how in all-inclusive usual on a button on the machine pressed and then came the finished mixture out a little slush ice cream and finished was the thing-and then 6,50 Euro.

    This was the best service at the front desk, at the bars and in the restaurants. Also the nice animation team one can only say the best-so friendliness and quality especially the evening showprogramm in the Canary Islands not for a long time experienced. German language skills were all available-especially at the front desk everything was marvelous. A doctor came to the hotel each morning window time to the hotel. However not very cheap ( 80 € for a conversation with recipe and syringe because brochitis ). Our complaint because of our first room was to complete satisfaction regulated. The only problem in room service was: some times was in the afternoon at 15:00 the room not even made (maybe it was because of the small tip?)

    Hotel lies at the beach-but not on the ground floor, but on the hillside. Because of this lots of stairs. Is located at the far end of Jandia towards the Playa Esquinzo. The center of Jandia is 20 minutes away on foot on a asphalted road next to the main street easy to reach. The first shopping center (with good ausgestattenem supermarket) is in 5-10 minutes to reach.. From and to Jandia and Morro Jable runs in the main season every 30 minutes a bus (stop on the bridge over the highway - 5 minutes away from the hotel. Next to this hotel there are two other hotels the iberostargruppe however all inclusive and thus for us not to use as you don't pay cash could.
