We had a wonderful stay at this hotel (all inclusive), including a very friendly and helpful staff, marvelous meals and drinks and an absolutely relaxed and warm athmosphere. Therefore, I have absolutely nothing to complain about, but I can hardly recommend this place to everybody in search of a highly comfortable and recreative place to spend his/her holydays. read more

After we before some years already once in this still a top rated hotel to guest were and it even in best memory had, we were this time unfortunately completely disappointed. Lots of small error management led to an unfortunately negative picture and as absolute worst and absolute 'no-go' we found the two-class under one roof. How can one only one premium by iron grate from the other general area separated from under one roof setup? The impression here premium, the rest of the populace, not only by in the outdoor area, but there were also iron grate in the ... staircases, the only by the premiumgästen open and the 'normal' to reverse forced. That is not at all. The premium pool chairs on the sun terrace was regularly with hochdruckreinigern cleaned, the loungers of the other guests in 2 weeks not only once only with a cloth or similar wiped.     About the location of the room i further above already said something, the size of room and bathroom were sufficient, the condition was slightly in need of renovation. The wannenabtrennung in the bathroom was not more contemporary curtain, but nothing special was disturbing.     We only our meals in the main restaurant and may that's why no judgment over the pool restaurant to deliver. The breakfast complimented the quality and the variety is the 4 star standard. Eggs in all variations, different sausage and cheese, freshly squeezed juices, sunday sparkling wine, yogurts, various fruits and pastries as you in a tidy hotel expect, were sufficiently available. But there was never a bit high upscale like for instance salmon or rostbeaf. The judgment for breakfast so : ok. On the other hand, we are rejoicing in the forum for dinner not endorse. Except the soups, the salad buffet and the dessert, which you as well could have called, was the other food was by the diversity of enough, but never tastily prepared. The presentation of verkohltem meat, chicken or kanichenchenteile, extremely knoblauchlastigen vegetable variants, unappetizing pizzas and pasta, for examples, could not even close the classification enough.     The service overall was except for an exception the highlight of the 2-week stay. Only for the return trip we are quite unfriendly and without greeting of the front desk staff treated and have been adopted. Otherwise the staff was from the gardener to the waiters without exception friendly. German understands here quite everyone. My room was dark behind trees directly at the busy main road with a view of boulder fields, sleep was not to think and the balcony was not to use.     The very young animation team was always friendly, but certainly better for child animation suitable. Quite annoying were the attempts, the mostly older people to participate in to move around.     The hotel is located at the entrance of Jandia in the immediate area to the beach. The journey from the airport is without detour about 70 minutes. The center of Jandia within walking distance is about a comprehensive promenade or at the beach along to reach. In the other direction ( esquinzo) it is only with the vehicle or at best at low tide on foot very uphill on gravel and stones along the beach. By an underpass is the shopping center Ventura on the other side of the street to reach, however for the handicapped not convenient. The next bus stop could be reached in about 15 minutes on foot.

    One must differentiate. The dinner in the main restaurant was first great. Everyday something different with showcooking (partly with 4 chefs). Always fresh fried fish, always freshly grilled meat. An italian corner-a spanish corner-a huge dessert buffet-just great! At the breakfast buffet was also as well as absolutely nothing to worry about-always different sausage, ham, cheese. Now we come to the negative-the drinks. One has this clearly noticed that in this house both half board and all-inclusive was offered. The quality a drink in the restaurant was clearly only all-inclusive quality. The was where bad, because the half board-guests for their drinks have to pay and was therefore better quality expected. As an example serve the following fact: the cheapest wine in the restaurant was a 0.7 liter bottle of the trademark ' condes de ceralt to 14,45 Euro in the nearby located supermarket was it for 2,25 Euro buy. Cup of coffee was 2.70 euroer tasted like... (i would rather not say) 0,3 liters beer was 3 €in the coffee shop in the shopping center was the same beer for 0.4 liter only 2 €. Coca - Cola from the auromaten -in all-inclusive usual, but if i have to pay? The crowning but the cocktailabteilung. It was not mixed-but how in all-inclusive usual on a button on the machine pressed and then came the finished mixture out a little slush ice cream and finished was the thing-and then 6,50 Euro.

    This was the best service at the front desk, at the bars and in the restaurants. Also the nice animation team one can only say the best-so friendliness and quality especially the evening showprogramm in the Canary Islands not for a long time experienced. German language skills were all available-especially at the front desk everything was marvelous. A doctor came to the hotel each morning window time to the hotel. However not very cheap ( 80 € for a conversation with recipe and syringe because brochitis ). Our complaint because of our first room was to complete satisfaction regulated. The only problem in room service was: some times was in the afternoon at 15:00 the room not even made (maybe it was because of the small tip?)

    Hotel lies at the beach-but not on the ground floor, but on the hillside. Because of this lots of stairs. Is located at the far end of Jandia towards the Playa Esquinzo. The center of Jandia is 20 minutes away on foot on a asphalted road next to the main street easy to reach. The first shopping center (with good ausgestattenem supermarket) is in 5-10 minutes to reach.. From and to Jandia and Morro Jable runs in the main season every 30 minutes a bus (stop on the bridge over the highway - 5 minutes away from the hotel. Next to this hotel there are two other hotels the iberostargruppe however all inclusive and thus for us not to use as you don't pay cash could.

This hotel has very good but also very bad room. We had a ' super spar rooms' the not recommendable is. Otherwise we the hotel suits well. Since we also cyclists are we in the hotel rented bikes. Here i must say that i very dissapointed was in a Iberostar hotel so bad bicycles to have. There should be better on the letting of wheels do! read more

We were really comfortable. The staff is very friendly and always in a good mood, which also to the guests transfers. The food was really good, who here nothing finds is from another planet ☺ the rooms have partly already a bit of the ravages of time felt, but still completely okay, also they are large, clean and well equipped. The location is good and directly at the long beach, the Morro Jable to the Costa Calma enough and to the neighboring Morro Jable you can good on foot go. At certain times you can hear but also the nearby ... street. If you whole island want to see, is the southern situation can only be recommended, if you-as we were-for the whole time had a hire car. For not anymore, we believe that the wi-fi, which was actually only on the area of the lobby limited. Also you had to relatively complicated and log, since otherwise the paid time up away. Altogether in our experience the vacation really enjoyed. But, the us by the bad location of the room very bothersome, whether probably we travel agency a supplement for a better room booked! The room with lateral view of the sea (one had from the balcony backrests) was dark-by trees protected from the sun - directly at a busy street. The noise from the street permeated the closed room. That was almost unacceptable! On our complaint at the front desk we got a different room - without lateral view of the sea (a supplement which we had paid). Directly at a ... children's playground location, which wasn't so bad. No-smoking room clearly declared and it should then also no cigarette smoke in neighbouring room (connecting door) infiltration. Our room smelled after smoke. Our vacation the (the ) room badly affected. Unfortunately, because location, service and food in our experience altogether pleased! read more

It was our 4. stay in this hotel, so we knew that it partly a bit in need of renovation, especially the pink tiles were already in new condition a matter of taste. The bathroom was besides that alright. The uhraltfernseher is enough for the news, but we drive not to the television after Fuerteventura on holiday. We were in the all in all satisfied again so further stay nothing in the way stands. Except for the not so modern room and bathroom, the in my opinion, not a 4 star standard to meet, you can about this hotel nothing to find fault with. We have ourselves altogether very good and could starting at beach to the town and the hotel a very good conclusion. This trip i would not hesitate to repeat. read more

I stayed in this hotel for the 2. time and did it again really enjoyed. What annoyed me was the lack of wireless front desk in the room(it was at holiday check specified, that free wi-fi internet access-not true) and the mini-tv picture from the bed from hardly to see. But i was there to to enjoy the sun, The good food and the whole around-will love to go have a vacation there. read more

A big hotel with 437 rooms divided with bestzimmern and vip rooms on the newest conditions are, white decor and tv with teletext. Vip guests have a private terrace with a pool. Condition was okay. More is not included as the building is already older. The cleanliness was perfect. The food on the day is good. Approximately 90% germans guests, from Italy, Holland, Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland and Russia are isolating guests on site. read more

    We had a large double room with a 6 metres width balcony. A double bed with a mattress, a sheet and a cover, not recommendable. Criticized i, that our old television no teletext had. Bathroom was neat and clean.

    The building offers a restaurant, a pool bar, a bar and a theater hall with bar. The quality the food was perfect, the all-inclusive drinks were with brand stocked. In other 4 stars hotels there is not, only blender. Cleanliness, as already described, top. Kitchen style european and nationaltypically per day, once the week gala buffet. Atmosphere particularly to praise.

    We had a so-called ' vip rooms ' on the 3. floor booked. Gorgeous view, the furniture was simple and old. Paint peeling paint, everywhere signs of slain mosquitoes, old bathroom fixtures. Rooms are the surcharge in our opinion not worth it.

    The staff at the hotel -up to a few exceptions - very friendly. Drawbacks you at full occupancy of the hotel make, there appeared to be many staff overstrained. With german and english is always a communication possible. The cleaning of the rooms was always only after 15:00 o'clock. We wanted to on the day of departure the our room until the evening for a fee use, a promise, if this is feasible, could only in the morning the departure daily be given, no service.

The guest is a star? We booked 1 double room with lateral view of the sea. 14 days before arrival we the hotel an e-mail gschrieben, and the appropriate room asked. We got a ground floor room with view of palm trees and bushes. Only a view of the sea was nothing to see. Despite complaint we have no other room received. It was with the usual excuses to act. For us this is a total failure the front desk and the management. The dining room is a mass processing on a slightly higher level. One the room was often ... only after 13:00 o'clock tidy. On the balkonverkleidung crumbled the plaster and in some spots was already saltpetre available. read more

We had, a room with pages view of the sea, we could hardly the sea see it many trees and the loud main street. After a short, factual and pleasant entertainment at the front desk, we got a much better room. Besides that the complex is very reasonable, very well situated and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. read more
