Big hotel with over 800 rooms correctly nice hotel, unfortunately some are not more in top condition and the furniture especially in the restaurant has already better days seen, but it should probably in the winter renovated. Multicolored mixture guests, condition of russian, english, german, Poland and turks everything to my time i felt this mixture as very pleasant. My kind of food supply was universe inclusive and i was very satisfied were offered, 3 large buffets (breakfast, noon and evening) many over the day distributed food options at lots of different bodies on the grounds also offered bars it ... lacked unfortunately the hygiene from and to to be desired so just exactly. It is in the hotel very much endeavored around cleanliness as not always quite succeed but with over 800 rooms also no easy task. read more

    The size of the room was all right and also the facilities are great unfortunately also here is the one or the other not in top condition however always clean unfortunately the mini bar every day only with a 2 bottles of water and 3 small soft drinkflaschen filled so you could also save despite lleiner flaws, great room

    There is a large number of bars and a large food the quality of the dishes is usually good otherwise is the food reasonable but unfortunately there are hardly any variation, breakfast is always the same but a huge offer, lunch and dinner except for 2-3 exceptions everyday the same after the 3. day the food was unfortunately just boring as a tip lunch on the buffet and at the beach eat so you get at least a bit of variety. It dibt also 2 turkish evenings you could actually save kan the except for 1-2 turkish dishes and a little decoration exactly the same as always. The atmosphere is reasonable but could be better there the furnishing not quite in top condition and the dessert was hardly any variation still the food was always good and of good quality on hygiene in the restaurant great importance was attached which unfortunately not for the many bars is

    Service was mostly good and there was very tried unfortunately the language skills of the staff very bad german as english but there it easy to communicate. Staff were always friendly and helpful room cleaning daily towels are often changed Also a physician, as well as the hairdresser, water slides, entertainment and much more is available.

    The hotel has a large offer of sports and entertainment. Daily activities kids club, water park, sauna, indoor swimming pool, tehater with great entertainment and much more. Pools were always clean and the water had great quality and even with a fully booked hotel, there was at the pool as the beach always a free couch to get. Large beach enough chairs but also on the beach and beach bar must be hands as the beach already better days had the cleanliness at the beach was okay but could be much better

    Distance to the beach not the speech wért really cozy through an underpass unfortunately very far away from the airport the shopping around the hotel are not available because the hotel very remote but is however each quantity to in the hotel. In spite of the bad location of the hotel one has the whole variety of excursions Of shopping until safrai everything is there.

The hotel was just amazing nice! Somewhat nicer there cannot be. Large rooms, great views from the balcony. In mint condition. Everything was clean, you could never dirt see. Every day was my room cleaned and disinfected. Bed sheets were regularly changed, the towels also. At the pool was also the whole day only cleaned. The food delicious! Mmmhh! One had no worry that it from irgendetwasem not food. Breakfast, lunch, evening and until after midnight was food. There were different nationalities in the hotel. Younger, medium and also older guests. read more

    Spacious rooms. I had sufficient space for everything. Tv, fridge with drinks, air conditioning, telephone, balcony, safety deposit box etc. Are available. Very clean rooms and modern furniture.

    There was always entertainment, was never boring, the entertainment staff were just brilliant, very friendly, fun and talking with each guest no matter wether small or large. Internet access was possible. Shows every evening there was. Everything was reasonable

With two words described: mass tourism on the highest quality. Caution: from October is the air conditioning only limited time on. Apart from that with all fully satisfied, good 'external' shows, very good cuisine, all are very friendly. All mini problem were immediately removed. All countries are vertretet, so 10% germans, 10% obstreich, Latvia, Switzerland, France, poland, but if someone does language can distinguish, thinks and afterwards writes' 90% russians'. But there was almost no. If you do not luxury are dependent on, but in very large hotel, where much is the matter, their vacation want to spend, then ... you are here correct. We personally gave several hours Volleyball and water polo played evenings a few more or less good drinks drunk. Not to forget, from October can rain. But in this period, there is other benefits: not so much tourist, accordingly lots of space ( at the beach, in the restaurant and so on). read more

I found the hotel very nice. Every day there were variety by the pool. The animation was brilliant and you had to not always in the restaurant to eat walking. The evening shows were funny and it was neither in the evening yet in the morning boring. :-) I want to go back! read more

Beautiful big hotel with very mixed guest structure and very lots of space. The location is good even if all around is nothing to do. The beach is easy to reach The next bigger towns are accessible by the constantly driving Dolmuş reach. The staff are very friendly but one should go into such an international hotel also German reasonably control. Otherwise, everything else was great, can only recommend the hotel read more

The hotel is strong in need of renovation, has seen better times. Staff are the crowds not stood up. After 20 minutes storm the essensbüffee it looked there as in the battlefield. Seating capacity in the main restaurant too small ( if the weather a sitting on the terraces not allow it, you have to early to be!). Very unfriendly staff at the pool bar. Animation ok., shows repeat but after 3 days, kid's show every day directly. Very big complex, so that the stay in the hotel not langtweilig is. Cleanliness rooms okay. Cleanliness hammam and indoor pool very ... bad (because of bad weather and unheated swimming pools, indoor pool totally crowded). Beach very dirty and in very poor condition. read more

Please don't let yourself from the negative reviews put you off. I fly at least once every year inden vacation and this hotel is by far, the best in which we ever was. The complex is simply away brilliant. About the cleaning there is no in the room in the different areas of the hotel something to moan about. The guests consist of many nations, with the Russian a majority of mind, the but not negative noticeable. Apart from that there are many dutch, scandinavians and German there. read more

    We had a duplex room on 2 floors. The room was always very well cleaned and the towel exchange has also always worked. The mini bar was every day refilled. I prefer only a star from, because of the hot weather the rooms very warm and the hourly air conditioning was too weak, around a fast cooling to reach.

    The food was absolutely great and very tasty. There was something for everyone, wether meat, fish or pasta, cakes, salad and desserts. If sometimes all was immediately refilled, so that everything always what was there. You knew not at all all of which you should try. About the cleaning in the restaurant or at the lots of bars we have nothing to complain about. Of course, we have our waiter evenings times a small tip given, but already 10 Euro in the week. It was you but really fast with drinks supplies.

    Over the service we can't complain. The staff are friendly and tried in case of any problems immediately to help. With German and our urlaubsenglisch we could always be understood us. The rooms were always to our full satisfaction cleaned. Opposite children are the employees especially accommodating, what our kids of course enjoyed.

    The pool area is really big and super arranged. For children there are extra pools and all with a slides. Also here were always enough loungers available. Our kids have of course on the slide park happy the hourly was open. Also here you can over the cleanliness 't complain. Over the entertainment I can't say a lot, since we except for the evening mini disco this not taken into account have. There is also a free internet access in the hotel, probably due to the many guests the online were was very slow.

    The hotel is directly at the beach, through a tunnel is easy to reach. The beach itself was clean and there were always enough chairs available. The only fault is, that he was very stony and very steep. The water is very clean. Outside of the complex there's not much happening. You have to take a taxi or Dolmuş in the next larger town to go shopping. The shops on the complex are way too expensive.

My son and I could in October 11 days spend a vacation in this hotel. The 1. Impression on arrival: gigantic. After a day with the floorplan for orientation in the hands, one found the way quickly. A really well kept complex, a beautiful room, a clean beach, delicious food till you drop, fantastic entertainment- and evening agenda, as well as always friendly staff ( maid service exactly like waiter, chief receptionist or entertainer.) made from the 11 days an unforgettable great vacation. It were tourist from lots of different countries. Chairs and covers were at any time to ... get, without that already early around 5 the first towels on the chairs were distributed (as in some other hotels unfortunately usual). Excursions we have GTI booked. Very recommendable: Jeep Safari with raftingtour, aqua park when Belek, Antalya. All together a really amazing vacation. For all, the not only shop want, large hotels love, bathing shoe for the beach possess and which nothing is more' love handles' from the vacation to come, there are just perfect. A sincere thank you, we are coming again next year! read more

Nice, however big hotel, so rather little peace. Around the hotel is nothing else except a pharmacy and a taxi rank. Distance to Manavgat circa 25 kilometer. No vehicle with driver book in the hotel ( rip-off ), but next to the hotel a normal take a taxi and act, act, act. A good price for 4 people is about 25 €for a way. On the way back from Manavgat just get a taxi or one of the many taxi ranks questions. Get off at Olli ( kebabstand ) and best day when Olli what food (careful: with Olli regarding ... essenspreisen action) and then Olli a taxi to order. I have not informed correctly and was during the turkish schlachtfestes there. The hotel was fully booked. 2000 people and accordingly were full also the restaurants. Here: this period definitely avoid, as the absolute chaos in the hotel and all of the staff extremely tense and are rude. Apart from that liked it in spite of the mass of people organizational worked well and I thought the last two days was a little peace. Room was ok, however the hotel has in every area a small renovation dust. The food was magnificent. read more

It was a really great vacation. Unfortunately we have negative reviews read, the definitely not apply. The rooms were clean. The staff were friendly and always cares for the guests. We will definitely come back next year! The selection of dishes is so huge, that you not at all all can try. Tasted there is also nothing to complain about. Also the selection of drinks is great. The pool area is nicely large and well-kept. You can always find a spot. Gleichs applies to the beach, the one by an underpass well. The complex is well cared for and clean. It was constantly swept and cleaned. The rooms are beautiful, merely the tv, we didn't use it, is not the newest model-). The staff are always of assistance and ... friendly. On German or English one can inform oneself well. There are all sorts of guests there; a mix of many nationalities and age groups. Hotel Sonnenberg is the location of the hotel, the somewhat outside is. But also that is not a problem. With the Dolmuş one is to jerk-twitch in Manavgat, where you really good shopping. The Bazaar there is huge. A worth a visit. read more
