Paradise we have unfortunately not seen. For sure is the location and the garden very nice, but the rest however leaves much to be desired. The value for money in march unfortunately not at all right. We have rarely had such a unprofessional staff. Except : thanks to ausra, vasili and Andreas. You have our vacation still halfway saved. read more

    The romos and the bathroom aren't very big. Was rather functional. The air conditioning or heating did not work, although it evening already times cold. The cleanliness also left to be desired. After the room cleaning were often more hairs (which is not us) around, than before.

    So the breakfast was at the start really a joke. Every day there was the same four grey sausage, gauda and hirtenkäse or similar. Cereal, various breads and yogurt. Whoever wanted, could at 09:00 o'clock still delicious cold scrambled eggs from the container to take. Fried eggs, there were initially only on demand. As several guests with the travel guide had complained, was the buffet extended. The lunch you had to every day from a menu. Always the same dishes. Much like not and the rest of you had after a couple of days again and again eaten. Here was after several complaints the map three meals of advanced. And, whether one wanted or not: one had a rate for the lunch with calculate tips, because it eternally lasted had, until such a old man salad or a hähnchenspies finally served.     Well, the service. This was such a thing. It was broken speak german, but we could consolidate with english. We don't want to say, that the staff was unfriendly, but really friendly, it was not. It made a rather bored impression. After the motto: 'oh, there are guests, we must now work!' The meal times were for afternoons and evenings with a half hour early specified. Nobody knew really know. Even if we have the first guests were, you can probably somewhat better prepare. My friend wanted a day in the sauna. We got vouchers from TUI. The first hour was free, any further hour cost 17,00 Euro. He had three hours booked. After he logged on and after one hour ' saunafertig ' at the front desk state, said he the sauna was not in use.     The transfer to the hotel took about 40 minutes. We were at the airport from TUI as usual a bus assigned. The driver asked not, in which hotel we must, packed our bags and 'heated' in the truest sense of the word as a lunatic on the highway, that was bad. But we arrived intact on our objective. The hotel is located, only through a really beautiful garden area separated, directly at the beach. About 100 meters away, there are supermarkets, taverns and so on. Unfortunately in march still not really much open. Also a bus stop is nearby.

Nissi beach is one of the three most beautiful bays of cyprus, in my view the nicest-fine white sand and crystal -clear water. The hotel location is very good and so the dishes. The rooms are nothing special - some are noisy since these on the way to ayia napa beach chairs. read more

The hotel lies at a beautiful beach ( nit beach). As in the November not much was going on, we got a free upgrade our room on a room with sea view. Also the check-out a few hours later than is normal not a problem. Great service. Otherwise everything was clean, beautiful green area on the way to the beach and the food at the beach bar was delicious. Small faults: free wi-fi only in the lobby and the chair at the beach costs 2,50 Euro for the day. However the beach is for this unbelievably beautiful and the ... quality of the water great. Also in the November you could without any problems into the sea go. Nice hotel, great location! read more

With its 4 floors and the oldest hotel in the area with its 40 years absolutely competitive. As it is constantly being renovated and lovingly maintained, it is the non plus ultra!     The rooms are big enough, have next to the comfortable bed a small table with 2 chairs, flat screen tv, minibar and simply to serving safe. Air conditioning is individually adjustable. We were already nearly 20 years in the Nissi beach hotel. The wonderful garden area was already at the time fascinated. It is very much a lot of heart in the care and maintenance of this gorgeous facilities stuck. There is absolutely nothing, what we in and around this hotel didn't like. We will gladly again to the Nissi beach return and this hotel highly recommend. Even if we ourselves have no children, we have nevertheless felt, that families with small children very comfortable and everything was for the smallest guests done is. Big praise. The Nissi Beach is a top well-kept, wonderfully located hotel with great beach suites! We stayed for the beach suites decided, as these directly in the garden at the sea are. This Decision was well at home! Our suite was a bit from the main building way, so that you The quantity of people, the hochzeitsveranstaltungen and other music events not Heard. The suite was with combined living/bedroom-interrupted with 2 steps. On arrival there was for Us a bottle of red wine and a plate of fruit is required. It was really very pleasant! The hotel was very modern and ... it was missing a nothing at all! Electronic safe was included in the price. There were bathrobes and slippers and the towels were so often as you wanted changed. The pool towels were always refilled as soon as these in use were, so that you nowhere change to the used pool towels had to go. The usual shower gels, shampoos, soap etc. For vacationers their utensils forgot, were also in the bathroom. There was a kettle and mugs, as well as everything around itself a tea or coffee making facilities. A Mini bar was also available. The tv was a flat screen ( there are tourist the point eighth, as I other reviews read ), which we didn't make use of. The cleaning of the rooms was brilliant! The terrace was with 4 chairs and a table sufficiently furnished, as well as a clothes pole to Hanging wet things. Who wanted could itself from the beach the loungers also in the garden leave. These cost 2,50 Euro on the day. The small front garden, one was directly at the beach and the view of the sea from the terrace was dreamlike nice! To the service we have to say, that really everyone friendly greets and very helpful is. It is in the lobby, the waiter in the hotel or no matter which beach bar and the gardener! If you questions about the plants or herbs, the really very plentiful are, you immediately get a explanation. You can tell in this hotel the great atmosphere together the staff at! The food was of a good quality. The only thing we had to complain about, was the buffet area was very Narrow and unfortunately no show cooking gives. Especially in the morning would be a freshly made it omelet another highlight. We have that however already included in the service staff Frank D. (he has really-this' beautiful greetings from the klingenstadt solingen' and thanks for the nice conversation!) addressed. Since with us the weather also always was beautiful, we always outside eaten, whereby also the interior of the restaurant gladly modern could be more. However the hotel these comments before and as I see it you have really already much implemented what the hotel guest of ideas as to, so you should be interesting to see, as well as the solution perhaps already in the next season will be. At the beach you pay as a hotel guest for the loungers each 2,50 Euro however you have to umbrella not pay. As hotelfremder you pay for 2,50 Euro. From Spain one knows as mostly higher price. The water in the nissi bay is a bit more expensive, than if you 2 bays direction city continues. Nevertheless the beach is nowhere so clean as the Nissi Beach. The beach is from the staff kept clean and on the complex one sees nowhere trash around. That is in the surrounding bays not sunday Also the entrance into the water on Nissi Beach beautifully flat and sandy. Elsewhere it is rather rocky. We were for the first time in Cyprus, however we will be back and certainly even in the Nissi Beach and Then also stay longer than a week! read more

Facilitities are very nice, can directly from the hotel at the beach by a miracle beautiful garden walk, without you a street cross. Rooms are very clean, are cleaned on a daily basis, the whole hotel looks very well kept. Catering is top, very extensive breakfast buffet, the dinner is excellent there was during the 2 weeks not even the same dishes. Every day there was another issue of chinese, zyprisch, greek. Very nice, I think also, that you have food on the terrace can. To super I find also the you the towels for the beach provided and you ... need can be exchanged daily, the beach is well taken care of, the bay just great, beach chairs sufficiently available.     We had booked all inclusive. Breakfast buffet, very english with bacon, beans and eggs, but also vollkornbaguett, fruit salad and cereals. Lunch we had the choice between one of the snackbars and the lunch in the tavern. Once we had burgers try, carelessly. The lunch in the tavern was a buffet with variety of delicious dishes. Dinner also in buffet form. Every night a new issue, every evening delicious. It had everything: from sushi, over the steak to the half salmon. Every evening a dessert buffet and ice cream.

    Three great entertainers, the absolutely not intrusive and a no without any problems accept. Many thanks to the fantastic Lena for the fun water aerobics and at aniko, the always magical about the kids care was. The pool is, for the size of the hotel, quite small, but you could always find a spot, as there are enough beach lovers there.

Actually we can all positive reviews and hotel descriptions only reaffirm. Especially we would like to highlight however all staff of the Nissi Beach resorts, which in the whole hotel above average for the welfare of their guests concerns. Such a service and friendliness we have already experienced a long time. The good mood was reflected everywhere again. The cleanliness along of the beach section of the hotel is also very positively mentioned should be. Specially for families with small children it is very pleasant, that hardly cigarette butts in the sand. Some smokers or guests create unfortunately nevertheless not ... their cigarette butts, as well as other garbage in the various strandascher or dustbin to throw, (real unfortunately around!). We find positive also the possibility, that its stay only with breakfast, half board or all inclusive can book. The aforementioned service, as well as the quality the best seasoned food is everywhere the same. Who only booked breakfast has, can nevertheless in the short term on site in the hotel the buffet to book or a la carte food. I can really recommend the hotel. People the kilometer-long buffet need to say it is sufficiently available I really don't understand not. In the first moment I was the size the buffent very surprised. In the final outcome were always sufficient and varied dishes available. Stay and the food were great. A I missed really personal there was no Havana gave. read more

It was a nice vacation in a good hotel. The hotel offers a very nice and remarkable clean sandy beach in a small bay with too many crystal-clear water. Located in other descriptions mentioned algenproblem could only on a few days to observed and from the industrious staff with networks quite successfully combated. Neighboring beach sections invited to this day not straight for swimming a. The highlight the hotel is certainly the wonderful, well maintained garden with its variety. The complex even features a large main building and other smaller buildings for the various categories. Our so-called garden room was ... in size sufficient, very clean however however somewhat outdated now and therefore already a little in need of renovation. Fresh wallpaper, flat screen and wireless-country in the room would be desirable. The with the half-board usual breakfast and dinner were enough and diverse.     The hotel lies at the beginning of aia nappa. A bus stop is located in immediate hotel proximity. Pub, bars, shops are in direct proximity.     The size, decor and more furnishing of the rooms was for us completely reasonable. The bathroom was large enough and also offered possibilities to store things away.     Who in this hotel problems with the service has, is in my opinion safe your own fault. We had very often questions or one had us just help ( for example rental car or regional phonecard), it was always accommodating and correctly discharged. Also details as the daily several times exchanges from minihandtücher to schweißabwischen were natural.     Since we diving on Cyprus decided, and apart from that several excursions with a rental car have taken, these were areas not used by us.     The hotel lies at the beginning of aia nappa. Bus station is immediately in front of the hotel ( approximately every 15 minutes for 1 euros in every direction than rack rate). It is therefore all very easy to reach. Pub, bars, shops are everything in direct proximity. There is also a number of landlords ( car, scooter, and so on and so on with few steps to reach. Because the hotel but not directly in the city center of aiya nappa is you had the advantage, not in the middle of the major hustle and bustle of tourists, shops and places to be. It is quite something quiet to, but certainly not sleepy or boring.

German guests were while we were there in the minority. The entire Areal will very clean and neat. We had very nice day of vacation in the hotel. The hotel works from the outside very plain. It is located on a beautiful bay. To the sea out, has a lovely, beautiful tropical garden. The guests are russians, swiss, English - a few German and austrians. There are several weddings on the day, which didn't bother us. read more

    We had a beach front suite. This lay just a few meters away from the beach and you could before breakfast direct into the sea go for a swim. The room was big enough and in general also clean. The joints in the bathroom were not more beautiful and we had also a few ants and even a cockroach, but a courageous staff immediately rectified. Many thanks again;-) the mini bar saves almost every day surprises, which partially really funny. Once suddenly mineral water inside, which before was not there, the other day foreign beer or different snacks. We have every day laughed, if we the mini bar forward. There is a small flat screen in the room. In the morning and evenings is the tv reception partly very bad, but one looks on vacation, if at all the messages. The safe in the room was free and through a code to close.

    The buffet, both in the morning, like also in the evening, is big enough and there is all together everything, what you'd expect. We missed, that meals à la minute before the guests prepared. Fried eggs, fillet of fish, pancakes, beef steaks... Everything is in chefing -dish presented. In our last vacation on the canary Islands the manager of the hotel once a week pancakes made or the chef put à la minute fruit on skewers for the chocolate fountain. This personal touch was missing entirely. A great shame is also, that obviously of side was tolerated (wanted?) is, that men in shorts and achselhemden for dinner come may. Unfortunately for us not 4 star! Also on the terrace during the meal times smoking. Questionable, why one the terrace not in 2 areas (raucher/nichtraucher), as in many other hotels obviously possible, shares? Was incomprehensible, why it (us) didn't work, a bottle on 2 evenings drinks. 3 days later it was the neighboring table (in eastern european fellowman) suddenly possible. At noon we sometimes a small snack at the beach bars taken. With the half-board you have some hotel-beach bars money with them, as you don't everywhere the snacks to the room bill. We have from time to time the dinner outside restaurant.

    After a very rude welcoming at the reception we were prepared for anything and everything. The service is very fast, but unfortunately mostly impersonal. A good morning is hardly responded. Except: the hotel bar, here we were always excellently served. The cleaning of the rooms cleaned daily. Here it would be desirable, if the zimmerfraunen directed would also times in reverse start, so that one, if you at the end the row is, in the next week times at the start stands. But mostly we were satisfied.

We had for 10 days long booked all inclusive had. It really paid off! At the start we were welcomed warmly, then fast in our room. We were satisfied even if uS small ants we have welcomed. We found didn't bother us. We even had German channels, and some in the morning and in the evening did not work. But who needs already a TV on vacation. We are every day at the pool, rarely in. Beach, because the seaweeds us little disturbed. One day we did a boat tour booked. We have a bit of the island Cyprus can ... see. We have almost every day spent in the hotel. It was a wonderful vacation for relaxing. Who party to make wanted to Ayia Napa or to the neighboring beach. It was the best vacation which I up to now had. read more

My daughter and I spent in the Hotel Nissi Beach Resort a nice holiday. The hotel complex ( of front desk to the room) are very tidy and clean. The food offered us a large selection of different dishes and us very good tasted. The hotel garden we really liked. Can really recommend the hotel. Loved it and will be memorable. read more

There were two hot, but beautiful weeks in Nisssi beach. The hotel captivates with its wonderful park and a nice beach. In particular the so-called beach suites, which we in a lived, have a really modern facilities and ideal location. Of course, it is in the high season lively, but the hotel's own beach was never crowded. The offered food at the buffet was rich, fresh and mostly furnished to a high standard. The hotel is international and the proportion of German speaking guests is not huge. On the contrary, you must be a certain tolerance opposite Russian guests bring ... your own.
