Because I was usually in four stars The hotel was, I was a little disappointed with the rooms. Due to the fact it smelled at the entering a musty. Since we the room on the back and five meters of a hill was, it was a bit darker than the other pages view of the sea in a higher floor or former would be. Two seat sofa could convert to twin beds pushed together to form a double bed if necessary. Individual air conditioning and tv without German channels was available. In of the kids Kitchenette were two hotplates, pots, pans, dishes and water heater available. It was missing however at the little things like opener, sharp knife, detergent, spices, so we mostly went out for the evening. A big minus was, that the hallway every word, as well as the slamming of doors heard. Therefore it was recommended for people with light sleep Ear Plugs.

The staff were always very friendly to us. Maybe it was due to the fact, that we have always tried to speak, with a few words in spanish. At the check-in we were greeted in English. I trust, therefore, that they didn't speak German. The rooms was reliable cleaned, but the dishes were on arrival not really clean. Additional services I know nothing. We had no complaints.

There was by the pool and in the evening some entertainment programs. But we were at the beach during the day and in the evening usually somewhere else, so I can't say much about that.

For a two star hotel it was pretty good. It is 150 rooms relatively large. Guests were very mixed, also many families children and young people. Mainly English and spanish, but also some germans, as in the entire place santa ponsa.

The hotel is located directly on the sea. The beach is along the sea or along the road about five minutes in the long road, there are numerous souvenir shops, small supermarkets a bit more expensive, and slightly larger and a bit cheaper supermarket. Furthermore, shops (for example Juwlier, bank), many pubs, restaurants with a lot of british and american food, and a disco. Many larger teenagers-nightclubs are located in the neighboring town. About ten to 15 magaluf minutes walk from the hotel on the other side of the bay there are some nice restaurants right by the sea.

The size of the room was quite adequate. The equipment was completely ok. The balcony was large. DasBAdezimmer with tub and shower, Toilet and sink, was in terms of size pleasant. In the kitchen there is no coffee machine, but a kettle! for those Safe we had 35! Euro, where we have again 10 €! But it's a rip off! The safe was in the closet integrated! The air conditioning was not so great! During the day the cool was good, but in the night, it was too cold and you could not regulate it! The furnishings were not the newest, the paint was already spalled, A decoration pillow was broken, but it did not bother us!

There is a restaurant and a bar! The food was ok! The price performance ratio it was ok! But as already described, it is really on the british citizens, such as bacon, eggs and sandwich and so on. It is also in the whole place! Tip we have around 10% given.

The staff was mixed, not everyone was friendly, but not rude either, so some sort of middle cup of tea, but everything after the slogan, I am now I come tomorrow! Simply spain, the other times! The room cleaning was better than expected great, except on mondays and wednesdays, every day and every day there were fresh towels! The hotel offers an entertainment program for children, but it works only, if the child can speak English, our daughter could not join in!

For kids, there were entertainment programmes and a show every night, more for the kids equipped. There were two internet connections, for 1 euro twelve minutes and 30 minutes for two euros The pool was cleaned thoroughly every evening and morning. The really tried given! There were beach chairs to rent and sunshades, but not so many. How expensive it was, I don't know, we didn't there rented!

The hotel itself is really ok! The rooms are spartan, but adequate equipped. There are studios or apartments! Pots, toaster, kettle, cutlery and a refrigerator with Gefrirerfach, as well as a kettle are standard! Except on mondays and Wednesday, are the rooms daily cleaned, as well as fresh towels and toilet paper! The hotel is a pure self-sufficiency hotel! But there is a restaurant in the hotel, the rates are reasonable. We had the time, we were there, lots of English guests. Many families and also young people or adolescents were there! So you should better brush up a little the English, I agree with my English, but quite far, and am 20 years out of school ☺! The people were sometimes quite noisy, or, the children romped up in the middle of the night that is why, for early sleep walker is not exactly something!

To the beach you can either at the promenade or through the city bars, there are so about five minutes, depending on how fast you walked! But the sea 'in front of the door', but made sure, that you get a room with a 'lake view' can get! We had only one without, but on request, we got one with! Just great! The sea is only a promenade separated from the hotel! Directly in front of the hotel there is a supermarket, but I would not recommend, the is so high prices, was really rude! The town is on the left hand side there is a supermarket, there is stairs down, the is a bit cheaper, so it it is worthwhile the few meters to walk. We always, when we came out of the city, as we so why it passed! There are many bars, even a music (pop) with German, cocktail bar and various other bars! But you really should rent a car, which you can also good on location (we had five days a daewoo matiz for 175 €, a carrot ☺, but adequate!), desk, for example to palma takes 20 minutes good. The airport is about 20-30 minutes away. We took a taxi to the airport have included tip 40 euros! Locally one can rent also boat trips, the price are ok too!

the room was dirty. Bed stained, the bed sheets were full of stains and moths holes. Bathroom not updated, chipped tiles, mold. Bath tub dirty with scruffy shower curtain. The closet in the kitchenette was so dirty and musty, there could be no clothes. Satellite tv without German transmitters, deposit for the remote control. Air conditioning only with deposit. Balcony was only partially usable for duration drop of the upper Floors. The kitchenette was not usable, as dirty and moldy refrigerator/freezer (tops) so icy, so not usable.

The staff can only speak spanish and very little English. None of the staff spoke German. Our complaint about the apartment was not bad at all serious taken. Than any night Party in the hallway in other apartments was that no one from the staff intersted. It was just annoying! If we had said.

Pool was available, but none swim because the pool was besieged by british guests, the played water polo. The pool area also invited to stay.

We had booked an apartment. Was located on a hill, little light. Balcony was constantly wet, since the water of the air conditioning from floor to floor leaked. High Noise, because the Hotel to about 90% of british inhabited was, noise to five o'clock in the morning.

About five minutes from the public beach. Shopping possibilities directly at the hotel. Restaurants are all very close.
