Short and succinct.
We were now already often here in the hotel and we'll be at 26 may again and for 3 weeks.
Complain you can everywhere but you are a guest, and when i see the some fly catch and the food put, photograph, and then say, so get the money back. The can nothing at all.
I find it nice and can only recommend it. read more

We stayed over easter in this hotel. We really enjoyed it, especially the staff's hospitality (even without giving any tip). The beach u. the water are the best. The service the diving basis is very high praise! Also the massages are very recommendable. The food is stop egyptian! We will definitely visit this hotel again. The only fault, our lots of russian friends! read more

Very well maintained facilities on a quiet beach location. Canvas chairs at the beach with very good cushions, wind and privacy available. Beach towels are provided and can daily by the pool to be changed.
At the beach bar there is lunch burgers, salad and very tasty fries.
Various sport possibilities to water and several inclusive deals to country like Midget Golf, billiards, children's playground, fitness centre, etc. The animation is pleasant and not dominant.
Per week 20 minutes massage, as well as 15 minutes sauna including-our massages were great.
The food in the two à la carte restaurant, and ... above all in the main restaurant we really liked. Of special diet to hearty there is something for everyone and diverse it was.
Doctor and laborservice is excellent, also here is very good speak german. For the emergency is possible even nursery available.
Shuttle bus from the hotel to the shopping to Hurghada (shopping area Sheraton road) is currently for 6 Euro per person at the beach bookable-length of stay in Hurghada 3 hours. Alternatively behind the diving station opposite investors, a small way leads to the right up, first turning on the left and after about 300 metres away a small shopping street with about 20 shops.

We were already very often for diving in Egypt, but it was in the hotel, the very nice sandy beach and the diving station everything was so good, that we in the coming year go there again are! The hotel isn't so big, small distance to the beach, ideal for swimming and snorkeling! The food was also very good, to spice the dishes were several spices to choose from! A very lovely vacation at the beach.
Positive:
As a positive in any case to look at the very friendly staff at the bars and in the restaurant. These spaces are also very clean. As actually the whole hotel. Everywhere constantly very clean.
Is really great the beach or the sea. Right on the hotel is a very nice sandy beach with very friendly and helpful staff. And right in the sea before there were small reefs and lots of fish. For snorkelling/try very nice
There is many excursions by locals, which these at the beach sell, but also with ... a good compromise. On duration but annoying, because sometimes a 'no' or 'no interest' ignored.
Food is not very varied, but if you consider where you are, then sufficient and good.
Taste is ok. Unfortunately were spices way too often until rarely didn't use it from the cooking personal.
Negative:
Big downside is the entertainment team. There was just no animation. The staff it was apparently also vacation. You walked just always okay and hidden evenings. In case it once a demonstration in the evening gave, then saw you the inactivity in.
The disco in the hotel is available, but was not in use. Opening hours are officially from 23:00 until 01:00 o'clock but it was if at all, even 5 minutes to 22:30. since however all the lights on and no music.
Unfortunately the hotel is very badly soundproofed. You can hear everything and everyone. And unfortunately at night as well the staff, which at night much cleaned.

A beautiful sandy beach, with a good nearby reef for snorkeling; a shame that there was no shopping opportunities in the area returns, room was very big, clean and beautiful.

As a couple a superior -room with a balcony and view to the beach and own jacuzzi-very pleased. The room was big enough and always clean, the food in the all in all satisfactory, the situation absolutely perfectly and the staff very friendly. Only the free time-/ sport possibilities were satisfactory, however also nothing more. For couples that only relaxation and erhole want, in my opinion really recommendable. To find your own Paradise is really difficult to do sometimes. As for me, I suceeded. Well, I was looking for a nice hotel in Hurgada to stay for 10 days, and it wasn't as easy as I thought. I'm picky. My husband and I travel a lot. But this time I was by myself so I needed a comfortable, safe and queit place to rehab.
So, I didn't care for exact part of Egypt to spend my holiday, actually my choice depended on the hotel totally. The only thing I did care, firstly, was the beach. Not just the ... beach, but THE BEACH. What I want to say is the sandy, clean, safe, full of tranquility, beautiful oasis. And, of course, I got it. Concerning the beach, there are no cons. It was interesting to observe all the states of the water on the beach. It was shallow closer to the shore and than it was deep enough to swim for some time. Then the water went away and a kind of a spit appeared. It was exciting to walk along the spit and to swim from one side of it. later the Sea became united again and it was possible to swim near the shore. In general, the water was crystal-clean and azure. As for the temperature of water, brrr, it was chilly a little bit, but quite good for January. I enjoyed swimming and was impressed by the marine life of the Red Sea.
let me introduce you to the second thing that was important for me - the food in the restaurant. All inclusive was made for me. And I had a pleasure to use it in Imperial Shams. The food was always fresh and delicious.The drinks were also good. I enjoyed Egyptian Mint and Anis Tea so much. The grilled meat and chicken were really tasty. All the pastry was sweet. There was everything for any taste. I liked all the dishes. Thanks a lot, the cookers.
The personnel was friendly. The receptionists were nice and busy all the time. The manager was full of hospitability and gave a lot of respect to German people. Maybe due to the fact that there were plenty of them compared to Russian people, for example. And this I loved the most.
Special thanks to Salama who made me laugh in reception, Ali who made my room cosy every day and to Mahmoud.
I will definitely come back to enjoy my own Paradise in winter,

The hotel is great. The staff are very friendly and very accommodating. So you don't get with, that it was a smokers hotel is, because as soon as a weed in an ashtray was, so it was replaced. The food was ok, however it mostly because of from gewürzmangel and hospitals. The sandy beach is extensive, however the spa's representative somewhat annoying. The room is large and every room has its own bath tub. Towels in all sizes are included, also the hair dryer. Superior suites are provided with additionally feature a jacuzzi for 2 people. read more

We now have for the 2. time at imperial shams vacation spend and it was perfect. We will definitely also next year there our seaside holiday! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Also the offered food, which unfortunately for many apparently always the most important is, was very good. My daughter and i were for the 5. time between christmas and new year's eve in Egypt, but that was so rather the worst vacation. Price and performance fits not at all. Starting with the room. The room was initially ok, but after a week was the bathtub, the mirror and the whole room super dirty and also to at the end not changed. Now to eat. To 90% the food was cold and two weeks everyday the same, only the sauces have changed, except at christmas it was very delicious. But to new year's eve it was, as previously ..., everything was cold and therefore not enjoyable. The staff. Most of the staff except for a few exceptions, were just pushy and extremely annoying. So what we have never experienced something like that. My 12-year old daughter could the conclusion not one more time their names be heard. The guests. To 90% russians, the rest german. Really s u p e r. now to the beach. The beach was just dirty, of thousands of flies besieged, no real reef for snorkelling and the beach- seller about exactly annoying like flies. And now our summary to this hotel, once and never again and we have surely no high expectations. read more

We are for the 2. time 2012 in shams imperial traveled and did not regret it. The hotel and the staff is brilliant thanks to the guest care Marion and Katja you guys were great.

The sandy beach is brilliant for snorkeling, at the diving station comes every morning always a turtle the very beautifully could see.

Were already here for the 2. time. Room clean. Food tasted.
Staff are very friendly. Proximity to very nice beach. Chairs were sufficiendy available, even if you after 10 o'clock first at the beach was. Complaints were quickly taken care of.
There were mostly czechs, russians, swiss and german in the hotel, whereas no negative on a lot.
Especially i would like to german guest relations manager Katja and Marion stress, the order to all your requirements the vacationer ones.
