The expectations, on the hotel when booking had were fully met or exceeded. It is very clean and as we had a small complaint because of the airconditioning had it was immediately taken care of. The food is very good and it is very much freshly made. Therefore, it is not very annoying, that there is no separate theme restaurants gives.
We were much at the beach on the way (to high and low tide one must 8) and the hotel is perfect for this great. Sure is this hotel one of the best on this section of the beach. read more

The hotel is directly at the great beach and is an ideal starting point for walks and for bathing. A heatable pool enabled even in february, since water in the meber not so warm, the bathing amusements in the open. Our 21-year-old son found the hotel also very nice, although there were hardly any someone in his age was there-mostly older couples. The rooms are really big and cozily furnished, the non-functioning refrigerator was replaced immediately when we melderten. Everything very clean. Staff was very friendly especially the gardener-when we a portmonä and the cell phone next to the tischtennisplate ... forgot, she found us and brought the things. read more

The hotel has us especially suits well. We had a wonderful relaxing vacation with sandy beach right on the hotel. The extensive breakfast and dinner buffet was delicious. The hotel has a beautiful charm. The direct location at the beach makes a beach vacation perfect. The Costa Calma Palace (the group Sunrise Beach hotels belonging) belongs to the upper class.
A very nice grounds with springbrunnenkanal of the access road, beautiful cacti at the side of the house, within the complex horticulturally nicely decorated and well maintained.
The location is to the sea close, by from the hotel directly by the dunes of the way to the broad beach. The water was quiet and very clear. From the hotel you can 10 minutes to the nearby shopping center was being built again.
The service in this house is top! Starting at good hotel the cleaning ... crew to the restaurant. With little staff in a very quick time the table addressed, served and cleared. Big praise! And always cheerful and in a good mood, and polite. The two restaurant manager also very attentive and to help with needs.
The kitchen is great. Huge selection, lots of details. Tasty and diverse by evening theme buffets. In addition then the waiters in an extra kleidungstracht.
Very attentive at the birthday treat. The dinner is on the table a bouquet and a bottle of sparkling wine. Also from the reception we got a schaumweingruß. This is a nice guests. Thank you!

Many rooms are with a view of the sea. The junior suites are only insignificantly larger.
No block and kuli on the phone. Safe is not included in the price! The beds are very hard. And the offered toilett - aminitys are cheaper stuff. (simple shower gel and shampoo are in small sachets) body lotion does not exist. Hand towels against 10 €deposit get, the cleaning costs 1 €! This is miserliness and fits absolutely not to the other nice standard. Should the hotel management times something else consider. Also bathrobe and shoes not automatically available. read more

Beautiful and impressive foyer/lobby. (ground floor roadside, 4. floor of the ocean). Over several floors open with 4 panoramic lift. Mini market and boutique in the lower floor. Completely down piano bar. Daily evening 2-3 h live music at the piano. Overall everything clean and tidy. read more

The rooms, the bathroom and the balcony are generously designed. Every day were the towels from the staff lovingly decorated. There are 3 pools. Of which is a large pool heated, so that we in the january baden or swim could. The food is very diverse and plentiful. In the winter months is the hotel predominantly older guests visited. read more

Very annoying was the access to lack of or expensive access to wi-fi. Internet in the room to use is complicated and expensive. The smaller and less expensive hotels better solved.
Also annoying the strong kitchen smells to all rooms on the right side of the hotel pulled. Already from 7 o'clock in the morning and during the whole midday (although there was no lunch was) were the smells very annoying and prevented the stay on the balcony.

The hotel is already somewhat outdated, looks more like a furniture store and is in our opinion with 4 * + overrated. Very nice is the outside area with 2 pools, 1 of which is heated, direct access to the beach. The food could been more diverse, 1 sort of fresh roasted fish is for Canary Islands in the category too few. The buffets are very narrow and it is constantly to scramble. The rooms should be renovated, the tiled floor only few joint grout. In the hotel itself probably not more all device functional, many fountains and so on ... are not in use or is this saved? The bed linen is only every 4 days changed. The average age is 65-70 years, lots of regular guests. The place Costa Calma is very quiet, little entertainment possibilities, no promenade or similar for walks on the beach and ruheuhe searching but ideal. read more

Besides we were the distance to the beach pleasantly surprised. Unfortunately was the sporting activities, for example

A well-maintained hotel with a little over 400 rooms at the sandy beach and on the edge of town convenient, still with good shopping opportunities in the area. All rooms (apparently ) with a balcony/terrace.
Very clean (except bathroom in parking is available, where improvement), commendable the very friendly and endeavored staff (i. d. r. good german).
Mostly older guests (60 +), particularly from Germany (appreciated: 80%).
Wi-fi was unfortunately not free of charge. The 'internet cafe' (only 2 seats, of which currently only one operational) has room for improvement. read more
