The location, the service and the hotel's atmosphere are very good. The design of the rooms okay except for the rather worn two armchairs. Mattresses have been in the whole hotel were changed. Charges for the safe amount of almost 50 euros for 2 weeks, however, are too high, since the safe not have a secure a combination lock and the room card must be ensured, which our erachstens is not optimal. The food was fine, varied and good in terms of taste seasoned. But was the quality the meat or fish not always satisfactory. A very quiet, pleasant hotel to relax and get some rest. The room spacious, lots of storage space in the closet and in the bath, wind-protected balcony with chairs and direct sea view. The food varied, very tasty, something for everyone. Staff is friendly and helpful. Beautiful walks along the ending beach. Especially to be highlighted: the offered massages in the spa. Work here professionals with a lot of love on her work. read more

For the 3. time guests in this hotel and again very pleased. Things may be improved, like for instance dinner for late arrivals (somewhat more sumptuously it should be), safegebühren amount of 4€ per day in this hotel category not really reasonable. Slippers and shampoo in small bottles (now still only in billigtüten ) are probably the budget to the victims. But during our stay in all the rooms (as far as we could tell) new mattresses.
But otherwise the hotel has in the last 3 years its standard and is not least because of the pleasant atmosphere absolutely recommendable ... for calmity seeking guests. read more

It seems the best hotel the place to be- other hotels visited-none could at least of the hotel was good. The dishes excellent-after 4 days one is however so 'filled', that one the quality no longer can appreciate! An especially good restaurant in vega de Rio Palma found, what our hotel on the dishes beat could Don Antonio - from the outside plain - from the inside a force - the furnishing - pure romance - a must for every vacationers on Fuerteventura! The food - an experience! We were totally amazed! And overpriced it was not.
Disappointing the boutique ... tangent in the hotel SBH Costa Calma Palace - if you are fashionably and not frumpy dress me, his clothes completely Germany bring along, there were just tasteless creations, the older public switched on will. Since in the evening formal dress required, must have been a lot in the suit-case for a 7-days holiday. Very friendly staff has us everywhere, - the waiters are not of genuine warmth. The pool area is very clean - a swimming goggles is recommendable - the water is salty. Somewhat disappointing was the 'partial ocean view' for us-the means' rear series' and a view of the hotel courtyard. Against a extra charge of 24 Euro per day would have the hotel us immediately a different room offered-but we were with a view of the stones arranged. The room was for this very quiet, new mattresses, no squeaking, the bedframe or similar! The renting of the safe we also saves-as far as i know, one is about furniture also on vacation protected. What can the so.
I would families with children recommend, this hotel to overflow, because the pensioners had my, they would store! And the hotel was so beautifully designed, that some squeaky neubürger the momentum would give access to the open beach is unusual good! Without exception a top-hotel. Evening rank buffet selection and quality at a very high level. The beverage prices are moderate. For breakfast one can select outside or inside. The choice is also big. Beside numerous breads and toast there is a spacious the offer for sweet treats. The hotel is very well-kept, the two large pools leaves nothing to be desired. ... Chairs are also abundant (bottlenecks there was never), -only the (predominantly older, german) guests the annoying habit of the beach chairs reservierens probably simply not cure-embarrassing!
Surfing was near the hotel unfortunately not possible, the 'surfing school' (an orphaned hut at the beach) was closed. (in some kilometer away there is a large center (well), where one almost could get everything. I even a aufbaukurs passed; conclusion: moderate! There is mass processing to juicy prices.)
The hotel owns a beautiful direct access to the beach. The back-and-forth from pool to beach is without effort possible. At the beach there are nearby also two beach bars, where you during the day a small something food, if you don't the likewise recommendable pool bar or the poolside in the hotel want to use.
Didn't use it, but it is worth noting there are numerous wellnessangebote in massages., the other hotel guests often used.

Only problem : the beds are way too hard.
Due to the complaints were all mattresses recently renewed. There was the much too hard mattresses by harsher replaced. A complete disaster! Us one has then two mattresses together put. So you could at least sleep.

The pool bar is not overpriced and the condition in the dining room is at the top of their game. The food is tasty. Nice spacious rooms overlooking the sea and pool area. Large terrace balcony with 2 beach chairs. Breakfast and dinner good and varied. In the evening two meal times with fixed reserved seats. Hot food directly at the counter in the restaurant prepared.
Pool area with two outdoor and an indoor swimming pool with sufficient sunbeds. Bathrobes can be rented. Staff nice and friendly. The guests were mostly german.
Shopping opportunities in the area. Beverages can in the fridge in the room refrigerated. Direct access from the hotel ... to the beach. Fine well-kept sandy beach with tide and ebb-tide.
Café with free internet access is nearby ( around 10 minutes away on foot).
We were for the first time here and certainly come back again. read more

We were for the first time here and will definitely come again. A super buffet, there is something for everybody, with the chairs we had not a problem, despite reserving other guests there was also until the afternoon still free loungers by the pool.
