Hostal home backpackers is located in the trendy area of El Carmen. It is quite large and on every floor is a shared bathroom with shower cubicles and toilets. the hostel is in general very clean, you get towels and bed sheets are there in addition. The bathroom at least once daily cleaned. The only thing, what I didn't like was, that the floors bathrooms for men and women. the guests came from all nations, England, Switzerland, Portugal, just mainly backpacker, to tour were. read more

On my stay I was with friends in a 16-bedRoom with bunk beds 8. Each bunk beds were in the 4 by a partition demarcated area. Wardrobes itself did not give it, however enough safe deposit boxes, where valuables and a few Clothes store could the room was very clean. there were 5 fans, of which 2 were broken unfortunately. Without the fans would have it at night in the August not work, since it was very hot and the room additional directly under the roof was.

The hostel itself had no restaurant and breakfast it was not. However there was a large-scale community kitchen, with enough Refrigerators, in which one could store its Einkäufte. Also the kitchen was very clean. once a week find on the roof terrace show cooking instead. There was delicious Paella and a sangria for 6 euros.

To next Metro station about 15 minutes, then one comes relative to fast the airport valencia (again about 20 minutes). Stations are everywhere distributed in Valencia and one for 1.50 Euro per Travel really everywhere now. Two supermarkets baby about 200 meters away from the hostel and plenty of bars, clubs and restaurants are within about 1 km, on foot is all within easy reach. To the beach there are a few Miles, but there you come by bus to (drive about 30 minutes). the ' Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias' you by bus, or on foot by the former river bed, a wonderful park was being remodeled. the city center Valencia also on foot to reach, there are lots of possibilities for shopping and the large shopping center is located in the 'Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias'.

We stayed for a night home backpackers in and were very pleased. Check-in (late at night) was uncomplicated, the staff was friendly and spoke good English. The front desk 24 hour is occupied. The rooms are quite small and bunk beds (typical hostel just), but very clean. Bed linen and towels are provided. The toilets and showers are large and very clean. There is a communal kitchen and several (use free of charge) refrigerators. A special highlight is the large and beautiful roof terrace (unfortunately only until 22 o'clock open). The location of the hostel is very centrally located in ... the historical district. Good ten minutes walk to the nearest metro station. All in all an above-average hostel, the to boot is very convenient. read more
