We were 4 years already times there and it was great however the hotel is outdated. The food wasn't more so great like at that time in the morning, leftovers from the evening before. The 2. layer for the food had not always everything as Schnitzel were from. And sometimes the food was not enjoyable. Morning rolls once top once flop. The coffee sometimes luke warm and very thin. The hotel itself about the friendliness and cleanliness great, but us it was so, as if the time warp. Gran Canaria is worth every trip, the place Playa del Ingles not, if the really beautiful hotel at another place stand, it would be perfect. Positive for us was the bus station nearby and the offices from happy biking and free-motion, since we were there for hiking and going on biking tours were, in that respect, we have the hotel as 'basis' really enjoyed it, the tropical park is beautiful, the rooms and about the food can in our opinion almost only positive tell (the coffee at the pool bar wasn't so great, but that was it already). A wonderful facilities for relaxed day of vacation. The hotel park is a very well-kept, green oasis ; the hotel employees are friendly, helpful and service minded. Great hotel, great holiday. The hotel is directly at the beach, the beach is clean and very nice, sandy beach. Nearby there is everywhere shops and restaurants. 200 meters to to the bars and clubs, super rich! The hotel for us the perfect location. In the middle of the rather unpleasant massive hotels the Playa del Ingles the parque tropical oasis, in which you immediately feel at home. Very clean and nice laid out hotel. Who wants to sleep should the tower avoid as very loud (bus station on the doorstep). The beverages in the evening are not the half board included.
