Successful combination of tradition and new. Noticed the pleasant friendliness (without being pushy) from the hotelier to all employees. Everywhere very clean! We had a rather small rooms, but with a balcony and beautiful mountain views. For one week skiing would be the room for two people rather a bit tight, but i am sure there also larger rooms, for one night it was ok. A small tip: also dark or granulous mütschli on the breakfast buffet ☺, the we missed a bit. We book definitely again this hotel, as we often in Grindelwald are.
