We booked the hotel, because we the many positive reviews read, especially what the service wise. These are words p guests rated? We experienced it differently. Service zero As all inclusive guests is a pure selbstbedienungskantine. There is no in the dining room service one must always help yourself. With a bit of luck plates were cleared away from the tables according to the 2-3 waiters in the large dining room and a winter garden. Drive without consideration, the guests with their service to. There are only white, red wine and sangria from the pump, the is undrinkable. Soft drinks ... machines sometimes were empty 2 days not refilled. For us in the dining room and at the beach bar happens. There are at the front desk automat where for euros of course, bottled water may be obtained. As all inclusive guest. Rip-off. The coffee and jus machines in the morning also always big queues. Speisebüfetts at 20 o'clock already empty vacated, were not refilled. At a dinner time until 21:30 o'clock. Cooks richtenten in the dining room appetizer plate with salmon and roast their Schnitzel a la minute without gloves. Very unhygienic the whole. The cleanliness the plates and glasses in the restaurant often poor. The conservatory very dirty, sticky. Trail at the whole windows along, sometimes also on tables. The location of the hotel, directly at the start a long sandy bay dishonest. It is terrassenförmig built downward, with enough space on the sand surfaces or in the pool area. We found it a shame that small repairs, like for instance fallen tiles, flaking paint on the building, not ausgessert are. The gym a catastrophe, daily a dead kakerlak with not maintained uraltgeräten. The rooms also not well maintained, a rusty trash, poor painted bathroom and not purified fixtures, just a shame. The drinks are, like in all-inclusive, cheap mixed, the wine was drinkable. The audience at this time ... uncomplicated, all european nationalities. The sportangeobt rather poor, who on daily stretching is important, without a proper gymnastics is smelled. Because of the location we would book it again on the rest we must worry about. read more

We were at the end of march in the SBH Costa Calma beach hotel it was very nice. We enjoyed the sun and actually found. We had the whole week circa 25 °c. the hotel was very nice and child-friendly. We had a huge apartment (with 2 children) and we have no lack of space we had. The location of the hotel is very good (directly at the beach), nice to strolling. The food was also good. Evening there is definitely more selection than lunch but you could always find something. I have very much about scraping and read i ... have to say that i not any seen (i have my eyes really opened ), the hotel and the rooms were very clean, which for me is great is important. In summary, we had a very nice vacation and would again any time check out! read more

The Costa Calma Beach Resort consists of 2 hotels, Costa Calma and nautilus. We got a room on the floor 2b in the nautilus. On this floor ( the only in the entire hotel) kept but no elevator, as i before 9 months my hock 3 compartment have broken we spoke the front desk to a room change to get. Only they were a bit rude, we could then but a new room in the Costa Calma with a view on the pool and ground floor refer. Many thanks again to the danen the front desk! A room change cost ... normal way 30 Euro, but i had to because of my disability pay. read more

    The room after the move was perfect. The nautilus, and not so good, as for the rear on the floor without elevator was. The palm trees grew literally in the balcony and you could hardly watch out. But we lots of people met, which explicitly in the nautilus would like to live. All the impression, that there lots of regular guests have a vacation, then also your wishes to speak.

    Somewhat rummerlig, sometimes you had difficulties to find a place. The coffee tastes not, as it only from the automat is. The food is okay, the theme nights. In general Nan but no buffet like for instance in the Riu or Iberostar expect, it is a little bit easier, and the style was missing.

    It is the northernmost hotel in a private beach bay, the water's edge of black stones is limited. The actual c. c one comes only at low tide over the beach, otherwise you have to outside over the street until to Taro Beach go. Small supermarket around the corner. Cheaper buys the center behind the roundabout a. There is also the wednesday and sonntagsmark. The bus stop direction Jandia or Porto rosario is also only 5 minutes away. ( on furteventura Playa)

For me no hotel, where a 2 time in my well-deserved holiday. However the food was super good. In the 14 days there was only one evening, where nothing to suit was, otherwise i was up to five times at the buffet, to try everything to may, super the theme nights. By the size of the hotel results in the morning and in the evening a cafeteria atmosphere, with a large crowd and the noise level. We had a room in need of refurbishment, in the sequential lock (in!) And toilet flush glowing, fan and plug wires hanging out of the amendments, tags on it the bathroom with leitungsschaden underwater. A palm covered the balcony, so that no natural light came in. Our desire to another room could because of the full occupancy cannot be complied with (?). Bed linen changed only changed once. Repairs were quickly made staff was overall ... helpful. Particularly in the restaurant made the employees in spite of the crush a very good job, so that always took everything was covered up. read more

The positive thing at the hotel is the own stretch of beach. The loungers are but very soon occupied. The entrance area and the areas around the bars looked like a station hall. Very ugly bright lights and a loud noise. Places are scarce. Here you feel not comfortable. Also in the restaurant there was constantly crowded. Overall is this hotel for lots of guests and it is constantly to the queue. The staff is friendly the food ok. One thing that bothered us is a from zocke in this hotel: safe for two weeks 49 Euro, strandtücherwechsel 1 Euro ... per cloth, 1 time kofferwägen 1 Euro internet 25 Euro for one week if you in the afternoon leave the band will be decreased and per person 5 Euro for lunch will be charged-we have never experienced something like that we find petty since we on the day of arrival also no food have. read more

The evening buffet is not all-inclusive guests you had to a bit of the beverages wait until one was served (all-inclusive can even use). Otherwise very good hotel with clean rooms and pleasant staff. read more

I travel for years every january for 2 weeks here. Last year it was really bad. What the entire gastro area regards, the food was very poor in the selection, the research for free tables very annoying (see detailed report in january 12). However this year it was classes better. One has really changed, keep it up! Then the lots of regular guests received! For me still a great stay for the good price! Here everyone finds its spot, whether it peace searches or immediately access to contemporaries tags at the beach bar or evenings in the hotel bar. And ... for long walks on the beach it is perfect. read more

In january 2013 we were in the SBH Costa Calma Beach Resort. The apartments have a shared balcony for the entire floor, so for 7 apartments. That means privacy directly nothing. The staff are it is mostly of rude, condescending and unhelpful. In the hotel is stolen accordingly, but also the requests of several guests led the hotel management not to be active. read more

    The food offers something for all tastes. For my taste it was mostly much too bland. The vegetables were often totally muddy and overcooked. I served me mostly with canarian mojo rojo and Verde with the canary wrinkle potatoes, tasted wonderful. Unfortunately missing at the breakfast buffet three of seven days the bananas and the birchermüesli -mixture. The coffee from the automat tasted me absolutely not. It is a pity that you didn't eat outside. in the dining room it is very warm.

    The hotel is especially for those seeking peace. At the roundabout (circa 200 meters on foot) public buses are to morro chable and puerto rosario, after morro chable about all 10-15 minutes, price for a ride 2,60 Euro.
