    There are two kartegorien (3 & 4 star rooms), both are kept rather small (especially with a lot of skiwear rather cramped) but we were with our four booked room satisfied. The beds in both rooms was excellent! The bathroom is of course in 4 star room bigger and better equipped-underfloor heating. Tv rather alive.

    There is a quaint ski (ski snack) and a restaurant (breakfast & dinner). The quality the food was always excellent and diverse. Special requests were gladly fulfilled. A weak point is the very mild coffee and the juices from the machine for breakfast. But coffee is of course a matter of taste...

    For skiing perfect. Located on a black slopes our kids (6-9) consultancy services have. A really good hotel for families in the best ski slope, with the wonderful gastwirten gitti and Christian p.! Who directly to the ski area boarding would like, is 20 steps, from the ski storrage directly on the piste! Stunning mountain location, below always fog, above always sunny! In the winter snow chains and winter equipment necessary, you can but also with the hotel's shuttle to the valley drive. Cost without, for shopping or whatever, just as again back up. Four-wheel with snow chains is perfect. Otherwise you will be with the snowplow hauling, which also good. Wishes are ... fulfilled, since the boss personally around. We are now the 9. time there, also in summer or autumn, carnival, easter and so on, In the summer a bathing pond, the alone the view of the valley is divine. Best hiking! In the winter a dream with the value for money absolutely true! Ski-beginners the caretaker with the shuttle in the morning directly to the dkikurs to the station drove. Ski rental in the house, latest and best material! Food tastes very good, the drink prices were absolutely ok. Room one must really select. We despite three-quarters pension always an apartment with sunny balcony, living room, kitchen, large bathroom. Après ski party is also, there is also down in Zell am See not much, since it is often on the jaga -Alpine funny! If the hunter or the liftangestellten, we have a lot of fun and good music! On the terrace if the weather is nice a dream! Not comparable to sölden, but there is also something else entirely! Who daily needs party to sölden or Ischgl. And needs just twice as much euros. Clearly there are also people, as all groups dutch, the simply not normally be able to talk, but somehow 'bark'. With ski boots during dinner i have a problem had, because of the volume. The hotel lies above sea level approximately 1000 meters on a beautiful slope with a view of the Zeller See ( if one!). At our arrival was the only negative, the in bed black hair - no-go. The furniture was dusty, the boss himself cared. Nevertheless no beautiful start in a vacation. read more

    Our chamber about 5 times 3 meters large -double bed-bunk bed ( above not usable, the tv and lamp directly hineinragten ) ' great view the opposite house ( P. S.     No actually not bad, only flies, flies, flies. Everywhere in the dining room in buffet hall. Even under the glass were flies, which (honest!) evenings together with the cheese in the fridge arrived! You could early its fried eggs fry yourself - great, I thought. After the first children pressed and my daughter in passing by oil splashing from got, we went always a large elbow around the pan. It stovetop smoked sometimes tidy, this disturbed the staff but obviously not The food was actually good, but always with flies! Some people laughed when I with the flapper came, but indicated good idea.

    It must be said, the staff were really friendly! At the cleaning of the rooms it didn't work so quite, on the first day hair in bed, under the beds not swept. Topic complaint, we got a room with a balcony -get a 5 times 3 meters large 'chamber' with a view of the opposite house-scandal. That is vacation not -other guests bays a double room and received on site a family room. Respect-why I only their room paid? But hopefully you have beautiful ferein had.

However great location ( the is however not everything!) For shopping either on foot about a half tunde downhill or minutes by car. But shopping you need in Zell not really, if you all inclusive has.

    We had a great apartment, although us on the tour operator only a double room would have been entitled. Big praise and thank you very much at the hotel management for this! We had a extra bedroom and a kitchen for everyone. Which in our vacations always is a sensitive subject, is the cleanliness of the bathroom. But also scored here the jaga -alpine. This was really very clean!

    The breakfast consists of a rich buffet. You can even a fresh omelets or fried eggs make. Simply top! For lunch you can just a lunch box for breakfast.     The staff are super friendly and totally kind to children. Our small was joy from the workforce sometimes not at all from:-) The cleaning of the rooms has daily wiped, towels as required changed and was also great! The house's manager is very, very nicely, interest, helpful and competent.

    The swimming pond is basically a good thing, if it wasn't so cold. But it is great laid out, clean and on hot days also very refreshing. In the hotel you sometimes had wi-fi, at least in the public public premises. On our room we had not. For children there are in the hotel otherwise a great games room with a climbing wall. The goats, horses and the dog brought our baby otherwise much pleasure.

    Somewhat remote of the shot, but somehow also in the middle in it. About 15 minutes walk to the cable car station. From there you can either directly on the schmitten or the sonnalm. We have the great possibilities for hiking used. Approximately minutes by car you drive to the game and theme park ferleiten. Also very recommendable, if you have kids. To Zell am See we are partly gone, partly we have the post bus taken. That was not a problem at all... Simply to schmittenbahn on foot and from there directly by bus in the town and back only vice versa.

We have in the hotel Jaga Alm a spontaneous vacation in the mountains booked. With our children (8,6 and 3 years) we lived in a very spacious families apartment with two spacious bedrooms a living room, separate toilet and bathroom. The view from the Jaga Alm is beautiful, since they have already relatively high and you wonderful to the schmittenhöhe looks and a great view of the Zeller lake. The area was nice and quiet, as it is by a vacation in the mountains expected. The hotel is down-to-earth and rustic but very clean and modern. The spa area ... is very pretty, small but very clean and from the resting room one has a magnificent view. The swimming pool is very nice and also our children very much. He is however only something for people, it gladly cool like, but also it fits well in the mountains. With the food supply we were all very satisfied. Even our kids were always loved it and at the buffet always found something, what they liked - not only the popular fries. Especially great we found the Zell am See card, when the overnight stay was included and many free entry ( funicular railways, Cruises, etc.) enabled. Playroom, table tennis, sauna, playground, horse riding and swimming pond with our children very dotted, so that stay was never boring. Our in short: a successful vacation overall - perfect value for money. read more

We were already several times guests this hotel, and in future always book this hotel again, if we in this region spend our holiday. Location: optimal, many hiking trails Children : table tennis, pool, games room, garden area, swimming pool... Very family friendly, children can/may in this hotel children (walk, laugh, play...) If our kids feel at home, we do not the entertainers to play, then it is for us vacation... And this is in this hotel given! read more

We were with our 2-year old daughter for 10 days in the Hotel Jaga Alm and US ( especially our small) loved it. The service is great and the staff very friendly and helpful. The food is tasty and diverse, also for the little ones there was always something for everyone. The rooms are clean and for a one time vacation completely sufficient. Particularly cozy and nice were the restaurant and the sun terrace of the a great view on the mountains and the lake, and where possibilities for playing for children are available. The games room found our daughter ... super. The hotel is located directly at a trail and is a good starting point. The water in the pool was still a bit cold, but the pool is very nice laid out. We were wholeheartedly satisfied and will certainly not there for the last time have been. read more

Great location and friendly staff. The hotel is normally clean and has a wonderful swimming pool directly in nature. Already times for the location I give the hotel instead of 3 immediately 6 stars. Winter or summer vacation next time gladly again. read more

    Were from friday until sunday on site. The hotel was a massive Belgian group besieged, the unfortunately no behavior had. A German Steal has something more silence asked, he was thrashing threatened and I said, that a German not prohibit left to partying. Thanks to the various appetizers and soups but you always full. We noticed, that the food at the lunch, if we skiers and payer restored, much better tasted (freshly cooked?) and was hot. ... When guests we as good as never really hot get. The front desk is very rarely occupied. We find, that for a four star hotel didn't work. Our room was very small, but practical. The MiniTV could in a museum may be issued. The bathroom is small as our guests-toilet. The location on the slope, of course a lot on. The room for the skiers is nice and comfortable. Emphasize one must the service people from Hungary, the always nice and helpful are, whatever action. Tip to the hotel: with the breakfast one selects the main report for the evening. On this note should noted his, which snack it in the afternoon gives, then one can be lunch( sweet or solid) on it vote. Partly knew lunch none of the service staff and also the chef didn't, what snacks on the same day on the table. The cleaning ladies did their job excellent made and were always very friendly. read more

The hotel was basically okay. The rooms are unfortunately very appropriately equipped. You shouldn't expect much comfort when it comes to the rooms not. The breakfast was okay (buffet). In the evening menu choice. The sauna area was very good. read more

Service was very friendly, stylish decor of restaurants, food: unfortunately no buffet, but menu, no beer on tap, as advertised, very nice sauna, room rather Spartan. What I for a hotel of this category have missed a hair dryer and a ' full length mirrors 'in the room. And shopping possibilities for excursions in the town. Only reachable by car or by steep/descent. Great Area. You can definitely recommend the hotel, if you take a serious offer list. read more

We had a great time in the jaga ALM, the service and the cleaning staff is very friendly and do their job very well. The only drawback was the quality of the food. According to the menu card was pleased to a great meal, but the salads, mushrooms and salad were the the often clean and did not smell! We had almost every evening strong flatulence! Also important: since the evenings en times of 18-20 are, one should go before 19 hours to eat, because from about 19,15 the buffet not replenished anymore. But we had a nice holiday ... in Zell am See, Zell am see was the top! P. P. of the outdoor swimming pool is one of a kind! And well laid out. The jaga ALM is highly recommended, if you were eating a blind eye. Bottom line: price-performance ratio was not. read more

Unfortunately we had an old family room, that was when we saw a newer, sad. The doggie area in the swimming pond might be, in the dining room and kitchen dog not! The goats on the terrace and at the table to look for nothing. Recommendation Yes, but only with a newer room! read more
