First for 5 years open, but flaws such as before 100 years animation directly nothing, to the Volleyball you had to in the neighboring hotel escape. Unfriendly staff, the not even speak English ( especially at the front desk is something not acceptable) in unable management -a catastrophe. Beach actually beautifully, the lots of stones make it hard to feel comfortable. Bouncy castle in the area at a charge-that is unacceptable. Besides that for small children nothing possible. Double room for 3 people way too small. Armchair for folding for sleeping completely unsuitable. 2 outlets on the whole room, in ... the bathroom not any! Daily change of towels usually only after while vigorously demand. Food very monotonous, without much taste. With children one must itself let which break in. Fruit is at home bigger and fresh ( usually mealy and mushy) read more

Lovely right on the sandy beach with a few shallow rocks located. Pool small, but all pools on the complex be used. Okay food. Kids club far away! read more

The staff tried hard, but with the Russian 97% overwhelmed. The food was tasty, but unfortunately it was nearly always cold. Since the kitchen but also to the Russian guests must adapt and much more precook than planned, but three quarters of the guests left is scrubbed, the frustration is understandable as well. There were much too few beach chairs at the pool and the beach, entertainment is zero. Overall rating 3 -, for 3 stars would maybe still scarcely sufficient. Enziger plus in the hotel: aqua park in the price, but also without couch or umbrella( costs extra). Whole vacation only Rumgeärgert, 2 times room changed, because for example: toilet leaked, air conditioning from the neighboring hotel too loud and so on never again Atrium beach! read more

Last summer I had made a great vacation in Bulgaria with my family! Hotel atrium is perfect for families with small children. There are many leisure offers, care of children, playgrounds and the children is in the summer-resort in security, because it is always so calm. The beach was much clean and the staff - totally nice. In hotel atrium we enjoyed always delicious meals, were the rooms clean and the plant of the hotel are excellent. We go this summer again there, because the children speak still about our vacation in atrium! It was great! read more

Restaurant in the atrium beach is very small, is in the cellar and has no windows. The number of tables does not correspond to the number of guests. For a free table one must wait only. Cleanliness in the restaurant is catastrophic. Tablecloths were not changed over several days. Table-ware and cutlery were very dirty. Floor in the restaurant was slippery in many places because of meal remainders. In addition still another a very high noise level and crowding come in the restaurant. Buffet was often not refilled or with longer delay. Pools were long not cleaned 2 weeks. Plastic ... cups, Weingläser, meal remainders and sand were not to be surveyed in the water. Being and screens because of the beach were already occupied before 6 o'clock. In order the dinner in the 3 A-la-carte restaurants to reserve, had to employ itself one for at least 1 hour. Service generally very badly: Unqualifízierte, unfriendly and overtaxed coworkers without language skills. Cost-performance ratio is not correct. We were very much disappointed. read more

Altogether a beautiful holiday village plant, the atrium beach disappoints however in each regard. Above all the offered meals were hardly to be undercut in variety and quality, equally these were cold. The dining-hall was in the cellar, in which not even a window was present. The so-called speciality restaurant in this hotel, which one could book within the vacation for one evening free of charge, was in the ground floor with sea view, in addition, the meal emerged there as culinary disaster, so that we in the middle broke the meal off in the main course. And had down ... played, had changed nothing had not seriously taken complaints over the meal with the all route travel line. The Personl was not particularly friendly except few exceptions and worked gene FFS. We would never book this hotel again, nor we would drive again to Bulgaria into the vacation. read more

A new (however not yet finished) hotel in a quite large plant with still different hotels and mansions, beautiful from architecture. There in the last year only open the furnishing is in a good condition. The nationalities like elsewhere also, thus Germans, Russians, Engländer and a few dutchman of everything without problems. The being because of the beach are without editions such a thing we ever did not experience!! read more

Forget which in the catalog are located. The hotel is generally dirty. Staff totally makes excessive demands of (pupils) and unfriendly. Nobody speaks German and also with English does not get ahead one not. They understand not or do not want not to understand. The “clean” bedlinen and towels for the hotel are stored in a hall, where the walls are fully verschimmelt. Much are enough for waiting periods at the reception. With the breakfast there were no cups (too few), then evenly coffee from the paper cup. Meal badly. Table-ware not cleanly. read more
