The hotel was very clean, staff friendly and tried hard. Food varied and good. Who peace and relaxation want is there in good hands. Comfortable, comfortable room, predominantly ground level. Annoying are only the mosquitoes, which at night the rooms board and the night's sleep disturbed, by the hotel but ' mückentücher ' made available. The food at the buffet is adequate, it is something for every taste, but culinarily not with the Canary Islands comparable, rather simple kitchen but tasted excellent. Very friendly and always cheerful staff, unobstrusive and very dedicated entertainment. read more

The size of the hotel was great. I never had the impression from 'mass'. The audience was international. Circa aus 50% of the guests came from France, 20% from Portugal, 10% from Italy. From the german-speaking area came about 10%. The whole area made a clean impression. The staff was very young, friendly and helpful. read more

    Room with a view of the sea, however somewhat limited. Size of the room was adequate and always clean. Toilet and bath were not 'high-end' but everything was hygienic ok.

    The food is typical for all inclusive services. Was alright without large Enthusiasm trigger. The food was not always hot, But nicely arranged and all in all but ok. We ate all meals in the open enjoyed. How often in southern was very seldom in gesellschaht of cats and sparrows- Not disturbing at all. At all times was the atmosphere very relaxed, never gave it crowd at the essenstresenn or waiting periods. No food in shifts! No fighting for tables.

    Great atmosphere. I am no friend of this ' Freizeitbelustigung', but here was the crew really great. The events in the evening we ignore actually always, but since the remote location of the hotel a little variation good deed, was the entertainment very amusing.

    Directly at the beach. The southernmost hotel at the beach (of only three plants). In the port only long sand dunes and great beaches. In my view the best stretch of beach. No worthwhile destinations in in the area. No restaurants under 8-9 kilometer walk or taxi.

The hotel complex is situated on a slight hill, the via steps and/or a path to the beach leads. The whole complex is clean and neat. The rooms could have been a bit more spacious, but no 5 stars. Food is excessively good and al is almost unbeatable. Wlan corners are several times to find, but without their own laptop you are lost, because the network from the hotel computers are always bother us. Hardly any russians, rather belgian, german, italian, finns and swiss. read more

    We had a room with a view of the sea and you had to watch out, that you don't from the balcony falls to the sea to see. Yes, good, but it was to see. The rooms were very simple and not very big, but one can also other categories book. Air-conditioning we had not and are also not like some other sick. The mini bar was always with water and Cola refilled. With the television programs and their play we were not happy at all. Not a single german program worked perfectly. If one came in the late afternoon from the beach or pool were on the only 3 german channels ZDF, KIKA, a news station even satellite, only disturbances and you could not understand and little to see. Late in the evening, at 21:00 hours it was better, but nevertheless we have never experienced.

    There was a main restaurant and a restaurant, which one per week visit (à la carte) and mostly fish dishes. At the beach bar there was non-alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and small snacks. At of the pool bar however, you could be breakfast, limited food for lunch or in the afternoon to it in the main restaurant the dinner gave, à la carte of small and larger snacks. The food was amazing and really very good and diverse. Also with the drinks there was nothing to moan about. Also occasionally came the staff and had soft drinks, sparkling wine, cocktails, ice or iced coffee and hot chocolate at. Everything was really very tempting and good. The kitchen was european and very good. All kinds of fish, from salmon (at least 3 times per week) across the atlantic ocean. The soups were great, linsersuppe like at home. Chicken, lamb, beef, pork, hock, turkey etc. Only the sweet dishes were a bit scant, the may a little bit more. Also fruits and the ice cream was very good. We gave tips gladly after so good and courteous service given.

    Everybody was super nice, friendly and courteous. During the 4 weeks i saw nobody, perhaps no desire or frustrated has done his work. It is truly a fun and caring folks. The best you could get by with french, portuguese way. But many have either in english or german tried and also tried very hard. At the front desk, pool or beach bar and in the restaurant was always someone german with me converse could. The cleaning of the rooms varied and sometimes a bit could be better, but was okay.

    The entertainment team made a lot of effort the vacationers to converse, had constantly new ideas and surprises in stock and were never pushy. She always had an ear to lend, tried everything alright was and were very efficient. At the pool and the beach were always enough sunbeds available, of course, still the reservierungsverfahren applied. The beach was clean, well maintained and high waves guarded.

    The hotel is right from the airport around the corner, is however not disturbing, if sometimes a ferienflieger or hotels. The view from the hotel to the beach is breathtaking and one can it with the food or the baden in the pool enjoy. To the beach you down a path, or custom steps less than 5 minutes away. With the taxi for 10 €to sal rei (15 minutes) to the island's capital city. Shopping, night life and restaurants are close to the hotel hardly. Only sand and water, but to relax great. With excursions it is such a thing. Reservations are hard to get, because only TUI has a plane available and the is fast. Why the other tour operators, such as Neckermann, its, FTI etc. Not involved, is me a mystery. The demand on other islands to fly is.

I have with friends a vacation around christmas time for the christmas stress at home to be missed. The island Boa Vista and the hotel are very recommendable. On the island there were only 4 large hotels. The airport is 10 -minute drive away. You really had a very, very long; sandy beach for walking go. The beach is in pristine clean state, chairs were also abundant including umbrellas, unfortunately the waves were very high, usually only red flag and as it was really very risky (at your own risk ) into the sea to go. The excursions (safari) we have Germany from already booked a fascination. If you stay here no ' power - your own fault, here we have know the country and its people. The ... hotel is small and visible, the rooms outstanding, beds perfect, only a problem was generally, therefore we had also a room change (unfortunately in vain as the same problem was), as the shower through the tiles to the outside world is (probably defective plumbing) and the bath mat was therefore every curtained pitty is wet.     The rooms are although quite simple but nevertheless tastefully decorated and of a sufficient size and our balcony we had a great view on the ocean. Bathroom and toilet are also large and clean, what we were missing was a shower curtain.

    Except the main restaurant there is still a topic restaurant, which we didn't make use of, there the selection and quality from the main restaurant perfectly our needs met. The cuisine has a Touch the spanish. Nice the possibility on the terrace to food, with a fantastic view of the sea. The main restaurant was crowded at any time and there were always layd tables. Also the pool-snack bar provided for the small hunger a manageable number of dishes of good quality. The offered alcoholic beverages were delicious, especially some of the cocktails.

    In the hotel there was a large sport offer, the early in the morning starts and for the whole day runs. The entertainment team was friendly and competent however not pushy at all. The beach section is very clean. But unfortunately we had during our stay no possibility swim in the sea, since there was always the red flag hung. Empty beach chairs there was at the beach enough (perhaps, because nobody into the sea could ) by the pool you had already a bit for. But we always 2 beach chairs for us, even if we late to the pool came. The pool itself was very clean, perhaps a little too cold and offers a magnificent view on the atlantic ocean.

    The hotel is directly at the long fine sandy beach of praia de chaves, for lonely beach walks ideal. The small airport the island Boa Vista is only a few minutes' drive away. But there is hardly any noise from starting or landing airplanes. The next town (sal rei-capital the island Boa Vista) is about 10 kilometers away and can only by taxi be achieved. Shopping and night life is thus hardly possible. There are also restaurants nearby the area not.

    The room was big enough and sufficiently furnished. Unfortunately, i did a large mirror was missing, but easy in the room, for example behind the door, be criticized. What a bit strange was, that the doors also from the outside a normal door handles had. For many perhaps a little scary, for us but important is the television. We could daily the hours afterwards found, that one from about 4:30 p. m. local time no front desk had. So from 8:30 p. m. again everything was relatively normal.

    The distance to the beach is 'relativ' close. The way down is of course good to manage, but at lunch in the blazing sun very strenuous. What bothered us the most, is the fact that we for the first time in all our years formal were forced, before breakfast our to reserve chairs. Since we had a view from the balcony directly on the whole pool area had, i had to every morning from 6:30 o'clock witness, as the run on the loungers began. Here could the hotel management react (we have the Riu experienced, that staff the reserving sunbeds cleared and i think the also okay.). That it in the hotel area not many excursions there, we knew from the 4 years before.

Everything was ok. The food was great, rich and delicious. The room was big only the shower was a bit small and cramped. The beach is wonderful. For the handicapped people only difficult to reach. It is either over many steps or slope. They speak german at the reception. The staff are very friendly and sometimes even a little bit german. We felt very good in this hotel. The next town is 10 kilometer away, and the taxi costs 10 Euro and 10 Euro back we found that is a steep price. I had forgotten the toothbrushes, cost 5 Euro. ... Everything is very expensive there. The hotel is very good for holiday-makers who are in search of peace and quiet and with great pleasure at the beach walking. The pool and the view of the sea are great. But there is no environment, so that despite universe inclusive with evening entertainment at least after a week of the desire for change arises. In the december we are unfortunately from the weather not were so spoiled. Had 5 of 7 days clouds. For this the hotel can but nothing. Nevertheless it was warm! There were mostly german in the hotel. Since the sun is not so much seemed, was the fight for the sun screens not broken. However i believe, that it, if you don't occupied, it is becoming difficult after 09:30 o'clock to get a shady place. Cleaning of the rooms good to very good., cleaning of the balcony almost always very good, towels in the room ok., unfortunately is missing ... in the room another mirror to put on makeup or a vollspiegel. Besides are the lighting conditions not good. I think it in the evening a bit too dark in the room. Read this in bed only difficult. Towels for the pool there are in the afternoon from 3:00 p. m. at. Shortly after 13:00 o'clock our room already move and thus also at the pool could, we have unfortunately until then no liegenhandtücher receive. The restaurant good, good food, unfortunately we have the microwave to warm the food only later discovered and the microwave is also lay around carvelho a cookery from the guest not self service. The food even only lukewarm. It is so pleasant, but my wife likes it gladly warmer and the microwave liked to use them. All inclusive-wine is drinkable but no product which i at home would buy. Beer and soft drinks for yourself i don't find a problem. The 5 stars hotel not. Why the coffee machine at noon and in the evening was covered i don't understand. Gladly i drink in the evening to the sweet dessert a coffee or espresso. The specialty restaurant we because of the child, we had one for everyone, we didn't use it.
