The hotel is beautiful, however more the newest.
The shower's wall has recognized rust and should be changed.
The cleanliness but it has not suffered! Carpets were clean.
An expression of me required document was free of charge!
Friendliness of the staff was exemplary. Probably the chief receptionist seemed a bit arrogant and controlled the staff something obviously.
But so very recommendable. read more

For a few days stay is enough the hotel from.
A longer aufebthalt i would not recommend, there the breakfast nothing at all to offer and the atmosphere rather rough.
The dishes general ok, but not very varied and taste and quality are not very good.
The best is the location of the hotel. It is located directly at the main station and only few minutes on foot of all the important sights away.
The staff are ok, but not especially friendly, rather distant. read more

Business hotel between the railway station and the city centre. The hotel is very well arranged with 160 rooms, both as a smoker- and non-smoking rooms. The state of the hotel is in general good, but the lobby rather sparsely equipped, and the breakfast restaurant with the buffet is very small kept in comparison to other ic hotels. By the proximity to hall and Erfurt is also the guest structure very international, but mostly german-speaking guests in the hotel lodgings. The location is perfect. The hotel is located directly by the main train station and with the tram just three ... minutes away from the Anger and thus the portal to the center away. With the room card you get at the same time the hotelticket, valid in all erfurt public transport to the day of departure. read more

The location is great: next to main station
However it is a typical 'Intercity Hotel'. Small room, even smaller bathroom and since a shower in. Has what of airplane bathroom.
Small tv with a very poor picture (analog cable-tv). Bottle of water a for €3.70 offered.
2 small (maximum 1 meter) single beds.
The negative highlight wi-fi: 15 € on the day, slowly (under 1 mbit/s) and breaks constantly from.
On my complaint but to the calculation declined, that was nice.
There is a big difference with the staff: on the way there rude and snotty, for the return ... trip very friendly and helpful.
Highlight was the breakfast buffet: choice and quality: everything super!
In short: room failed but the remainder was correct. read more

Positive: ordered quiet room received
Negative: unfriendly women at the front desk ( if a guest the hotel enter, then they should be host also regards!) , it was when the payment reprimanded, i already on arrival a company address register must. They wanted to pointless diskurtieren... (the guest is always right!)

Not recommendation the inter city hotels in Erfurt ( despite really excellent location at the train station) has essentially three reasons: 1. the staff are ( as mentioned in other reviews noted) tend to be rude. When I check in came, was the receptionist just with something and wanted appear to finish. So far okay. They let me to wait a while, my then 'one moment', around me then again a while waiting to leave. My question to the tiefgaragenzugang (, whether it special hotelkarten specifie) was plentiful snippy answers. Not a good start. For breakfast I had just taken ... a seat, as a service herbeieilte and perch ' your room number? ' requested, before it halfheartedly a ' good morning! ' hinterherschob. 2. I had on the basis of tenders, according to business -room 'quiet to the inner courtyard' beach chairs, booked one, but got one to the square leading. The research on the internet I determined, that also larger room the square leading as a business -room prostituted are. 3. especially but I had a non-smoking rooms, only to find, that by the ventilation system in the bathroom ( a rather bad plastiknasszelle) the cigarette smoke other guests attracts. I thought it was so uncomfortable, that I my gear rausgeräumt have. The hauptstörpunkte. Apart from that there are also the pros: my room had a very nice long pulled windows, on the bed I surprisingly good sleep and in things cleanliness I nothing to complain about. The breakfast however I was a bit lifelessly felt, with good approaches ( for example good tea ), but also weaknesses ( for example vile rolls, like in another review already criticized). The underground car park with 11 Euro per day for guests definitely not a bargain. Short and good: the hotel is for a business short stay not completely unsuitable, but I would not go back and for a one time vacation it would for me not at all in consideration. read more

The hotel is central at the main train station and has the best transport links. Public transport ticket is included! The breakfast buffet is varied. Restaurant available but my stay not really busy. Several conference rooms available. Parking garage too expensive. read more

Slightly antiquated intercity standard. Staff muffelig and special at the front desk quite slow. The hotel's own parking garage was never usable, as it was always overcrowded. The rooms way too small with ancient effective carpet. Surprisingly I thought it was good the breakfast: fresh, with a good choice and tasty! Nevertheless: it is in the 4-star hotel for that price far better houses! read more

The hotel offers a great location, as it is right next to the main station is. To the hotel also has a small and public parking garage. The price for hotel guests is 11 Euro the night.
The rooms are already run-down and the mattresses rather hard. In the room is a mini bar ( beware prices!), a tv and an enclosed closet. Unfortunately no safety deposit box available. The bathroom is very small and freedom of movement is a foreign word. Nice is however the red light lamp, the instead of a heating serves. Unfortunately is the time only ... limited adjustable (like a küchenuhr ). Depending on the location of the room you can hear the lifts or the announcements from the train tracks, so unfortunately a downside.
The food selection at breakfast was good and everyone found something, only the service is somewhat inflexibly. During dinner we had the choice of 3 main courses included pre and refeed. I was with the food satisfied and full.
All together a hotel which I for a short(!) trip would recommend. read more

A very clean, good city hotel with a very attractive breakfast buffet, very central location at the main station for a city trip or business trip can only be recommended! Hotel should urgently renovated. The rooms similar more like a 2 star standard. The corridors are on the walls dirty. From the floors to mention (yuck). The lifts stink.
Breakfast buffet is for this price the last (meiden). Stay in the train station breakfast. Funny, at the breakfast is the days come we encountered as a general funkiert.
I know also other ic hotels, these are on the reconverted into. If Erfurt, then book another hotel read more

Was all in all OK! However room was bad! Cigarette burns in the curtain! Room windows from the inside very dirty! Stirnabdrücke and many other things not recognizable what it was! Garage is not included and costs 11 euros per night wonder what has everyone! TV in the room very questionable for 4 stars and bad picture! read more

For the hotel speaks the location and the free ticket for public transport. The hotel is clean and well-kept, is in spite of the location with closed windows in the room quiet. Breakfast was plentiful and good.
Unfortunately like it is in the following not so very: the mattress by a particle board instead of slatted frame supports, correspondingly bad I slept. Room nearby the lifts should be avoided, since the Maschinengeräusche to the room moves. On warm weather you have the choice between fresh air from outside ( associated noise) or peace and thick air air conditioning inside. Wi-Fi ... is subject to a charge and expensive. In my opinion match this hotel good three stars than four.

The night in the right at the train station and very central located hotel was for the one night completely okay., the room was in my eyes large enough and above all very quiet (view of Willy-Brandt-platz), the comfort a four-star hotel adequate. I have with other words slept very well. The breakfast was against an only disappointment: there were by far the worst rolls of my life - all sorts were sticky and tacky. The baker, the responsibility was, should its work immediately abandon. Also apart from that I know from my many Vortragsreisen breakfast buffet, the much attractive ... are. This also applies to the dry and little dedicated Dienstausübung the on this day present Waitress: warmth and charm look different! Noteworthy and therefore definitely erwähnende exception was a kind, younger cook, in one of their inspections of the buffet on my carefully pretended request with a smile a freshly cooked Fünfminutenei prepared-the saving grace this apart from that little celebratory breakfast. read more
