Because of the cold weather in Belgium we booked a last minute via Neckermann online. We couldn't have made a better choice! This hotel was very good, the staff were always friendly and happy to help with whatever you desired. The All-in formula really meant All-in (no extra drinks on the menu you did have to pay for). The drive from the airport was about 45 minutes and we got a welcome drink right after arrival. The hotel has been refurbished and everything was very clean. When we went, there were mostly German and Belgian guests. read more

    This is your typical hotel room, a good size, clean and with a mini-bar, safe, tv and balcony or terrace.

    We mostly ate at the main restaurant. There was unlimited food and drinks. You didn't have to be worried that your favourite dish would be gone because you weren't fast enough. They refill constantly. You could find traditional Tunisian food in the Tunisia Corner as well as French fries or a variety of salads. They made a special effort on Friday night with a candle on every table. The kitchen staff works very hard and they always greet you when you come by.

    The staff was very friendly. They understand you whether you speak English, French, Arabic or German. They even speak a little Dutch. Our room was very clean, so we really don't have any complaints! We didn't use any additional services except for the taxi service. The taxi driver was contacted by the hotel. They know who to work with, this man was very friendly and refused the extra money we wanted to give him for his kindness to show us around.

    The lobby has free wifi, so you can check your e-mail or use your smartphone. The connexion is very good, we even saw people Skype with their family. Although we don't have kids, we could tell this is a kid friendly hotel with a good Mini club and playground. The beach was clean and we always had a sunbed, but the hotel wasn't fully booked, so that might have been the reason why. The animation team is great! I've been to many hotels were they have entertainment teams, but never as good as this one.They know the names of most of the guests and make sure nobody is left out. There is a disco in the hotel, but if you want to the animation team goes to a disco in Sousse twice a week and you can join them so it's safe. The team is the main reason I would visit this particular hotel again. Best animation team in the world!

    The beach is right behind the hotel and is the cleanest in the area. The hotel is located between Sousse and Monastir. So you can easily visit them by bus. We visited Monastir and El Djem on our own. (We came to relax mostly, so no big excursions) We went to Monastir by bus and for 2 Dinar (€ 1) you can go there and come back to the hotel. El Djem was wonderful! We reserved a taxi instead of doing the excursion with the travel agent. For 80 Dinar he took us to El Djem and showed us around a little and after we went to a Roman museum, which was free and worth the time! There wasn't a lot of nightlife in the direct area of the hotel, but the animation team goes to a disco in Sousse twice a week with a bus.

It was worth the money. We were very comfortable. We have already during of the vacation a homecoming thought. The hotel is not too big. Okay it was off season, and perhaps occasionally not more than 210 people present. The first week were still lots of young people there. The last week there were more the 'older' generation. But bearable. The hotel is however very suitable for children. read more

    We had a family room with a view of the sea. It consisted of two huge rooms with a large double bed. The department the room was a wanddurchbruch in width. In other words there were two individual hotel rooms joined together. Accordingly were also two balconies were available, and a bathroom. The rear rooms could be seen as' master bedroom ' call. A large double bed about 2.40 times 2.0 meters with a huge blanket. Beautiful blumenglasbilder on the walls and a 'bureau' and had small closets. Everything with a light laminate shifted. The front room has a double bed consisted of two single beds with two to large blankets. In addition, we had danoch a comfortable sofa. Every room had its own tv. Especially what mattered, the romos and the bathroom were absolutely clean and it was cleaned thoroughly every day. The best proof i had, as from our kids toys under the bed and i have to postpone it. It was a very light dust layer, but it was not worth mentioning. But was not older than our zimmeraufenthalt.

    On the whole one could say, that the food 'is good. We mainly in the main restaurant eaten. You always find something a tastes or changing offer. Furthermore, that it every day (afternoons and evenings) a small highlight was. It is outside by the grill, or indoors. Inside there was for example freshly prepared omelets, Paella (delicious), fresh bread, fried eggs etc. Outside at the grill there was ábwechslungsreiches the offer for shortly. Besides one could fresh pizza after your own be wars, or doughnut for lunch or afternoon crepes. Every morning there was freshly squeezed orange juice. You could almost pilot and it was right in your glass tilted. The al-a-carte restaurants we didn't try. We liked the main restaurant. The beach bar was ok. As well as the express. It's for the hunger in between. But we never had, as the rest of the offer genuinly was huge. You must be aware, there is no pork. But beef, lamb, fish and poultry. However very delicious... Oh, the dessert buffet is not to be missed... There are thousands of calories, but delicious... Cakes, pudding, pies, pastry, etc. But of course, there is also fresh fruits and salads

    So our son (almost 5) was the kids club absolutely loved it and every day there. Until the hauptbetreuerin sousou vacation spend has. Afterwards even for two children a support offered. Kudos. Sousou is a tital liebeb wife and can very well with the children umgehe'n and makes also very much with them. In the morning, crafts or played, then it went together for lunch, then lunch time and it will be a film looked. The entertainment in the hotel and at the beach we found very good. The people are all very pleasant and höf'flich and not pushy at all. All had their fun. Unfortunately had the beach entertainers the last week vacation spend respectively the weather was very windy. The pools are very clean and are also cleaned every day. Especially the newly landscaped pool area with the huge slides looks really great. There you can also long laps, the slides brought also a lot of fun. However only from about 12 years permitted or a certain size. The swimming pool is great too. Water temperature of at least 30 degrees. Everywhere is always a lifeguard present.

    The beach is directly behind the hotel's garden. No 2 minutes. Is cleaned every day and Ali ensures that order. Also angespültes waif is eliminated. The next towns of monastir and sousse were a nachgelegene train. About five minutes walk. Outside the hotel entrance is a trolley. From there, you could also a booth tour in monastir book. Sousse is lots of small streets and shops. There one also much addressed because of buy. But nevertheless nice. Monastir is greater, extensive. Has indeed also the small streets. There is also a shoppingcventer' where you Euro pay for. But didn't use it. We the mausoleum looked at and the city tour were made. Is worthwhile really. One comes into places, you would not see would. Unfortunately we could the castle le ribat't have to watch them... Well the entfernungn to the airport after enfidha is approximately two hours. But you can at least something in the area see - the airport is completely new and super nice. At the airport from monastir land also still aircraft. But the noise didn't bother us at all. The are perhaps not even a minute, where you hear planes. But it is really interesting to observe...

Receptionist was slightly rude, we complained about the broken safe was included, but unfortunately remained the safe broken. Cleaning ladies on the rooms had somehow the whole day used, so you during the day not to be room could, besides was in the entire area always cleaned and to impossible times (the dining room and the toilets breakfast time) The food was okay, but tasted very after nothing, salt and pepper were on the tables and definitely necessary, so that the food halfway enjoyable was. The hot water (it is actually tap water?) Tea and the coffee was often only ... lukewarm, possibly was the reason the we both stomach problems had. The prices in the hotel's own bazaar were absolutely impossible! We have in monastir bowls for a few Dinar bought, the bazaar 50 Dinar should cost. read more

One resort is an older hotel, the partial renovated. The staff are all, extremely friendly without exception and very motivated. A huge area with almost unlimited possibilities. It is situated in a very peaceful location but there is a very convenient bus service twice per hour to sousse. read more

So we were with 7 adults and 3 children since, the weather in the November was perfect, we could every day into the sea. The water and the beach was perfect very clean. Also the animation was also actively. Rooms were very large and tastefully furnished. Only the high chairs in the restaurant need thoroughly cleaned are. All in all we were very satisfied because the hotel also it was not crowded. We would come again read more

We were a week in the autumn holidays. Over the friendliness, willingness to help and cleanliness we can't complain! However you from the weekend noticed, that the hotel a little overwhelmed is, we had to go on plates and tables in the restaurant wait. The queues, to freshly squeezed orange juice or fried eggs to find, were too long. If you at 10:00 o'clock at the beach wanted, there was no chairs more (in the many tourist is, the my always and everywhere to reserve) If I basically twice at the same corner have a vacation would, the hotel ... I would another time visit. read more

Large large area, with very many different encouraged (sports, bath -, quiet areas etc. ) The service is in this complex very big written. With every question or the smallest complaint ( once happened), was immediately at the front desk response. We have for certain before, Tunisia again to visit. If the One Resort Monastir or even better, we are again guests. read more

Particularly to mention i would like the large walk-in closet, in the a family their urlaubsbekleidung good could store. The hotel is very big and offers much. 2 pools and in addition the aquapark. This is for families with small children the pure fun pleasure. Everything is clean and very neat. read more

Who beautiful and relaxing beach vacation want to experience is right at home here. The staff are consistently very friendly and has good mood much contributed. The entertainment team offers a varied program, especially the evenings are very professionally developed. The beach is very clean and maintained, there were always enough chairs available, although the hotel was fully booked. read more

More than a vacation in One Resort Monastir we will not make. The rooms are although really Good and clean, however the restaurant and the quality of the dishes are more than bad. Also the Much praised mrs. B. we can only say, that their friendliness only fake is; as long as you After the talks, is all well, god help you if the, you criticises, in this case, it will be very good. The self-service in all areas is really an impertinence, the plastic cups are simply Disgusting, the food is an impertinence! Only saving grace is the evening ... shows, the entertainers Are great and give their best. Also with us the hotel was overbooked. Only after fight at the Front desk we got after a few days our booked room. - in short: once and never again! read more

The hotel was really great we fly 2013 definitely to this hotel again. The aquapark was great you could well lie and good slides go down the slide. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very good and with a lot of variation. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The entertainment was very nice and friendly and the shows were really great. read more
