Huge clean standard room on the ground floor with enough large terrace (bargain- rentnerzimmer ) in next distance to the beach, but in the greatest distance to lobby and main restaurant. No neighbor to hear. Small walk-in closet with check-in baggage counter, enough drawers and clothes hangers, free, easily usable safe. Bathroom is beautiful with a large shower and bathtub, hair dryer and fluffy bathrobes. Air conditioning was quiet and effective. 4 german speaking tv channels, flat screen tv about 32'.

Every day a massive choice meat, fish, vegetables, various side dishes and salads. The dessert buffet was wonderful. Ingeniously prepared and beautifully presented, weight gain guaranteed. The quality of the pool was good. The pool restaurant offers lunch burgers the comparison with the well-known market leaders easily bearable. Various pizzas and pasta dishes, sandwiches and steakgefüllte chives hold from a visit from the main restaurant from. Half full glasses immediately refilled, sometimes, without that you noticed. Beach chairs were very comfortable, thick mattrasses. Umbrellas large, effectively and on wheels. The front of the reef and water, the sand and stones, left and right building sites, but no disturbing construction. The sandy beach begins directly in front of the hotel and was cleaned regularly. We had a deluxe room, more than enough! Giant bed with 2.40 metres wide. Separate walk-in closet with a safe. Minibar was re-filled every day, flatscreen tv, balcony big enough enough. Was cleaned daily, on request in the evening still the turn-down service.

The breakfast could have been somewhat more diverse, perhaps once again salmon as in the last year, or other sausage/ham. Otherwise we very satisfied with the food, everything was hot, everything tasted excellent. Maybe you could only the dinner not weekly repeat, but more choice. But that is complain about of a high standard! The staff in the main restaurant is very attentive, it will very quickly the beverages served and cleared away the used dishes. After each guest the table cloths removed and new hung up on us. There are different theme nights like for instance egyptian or Seafood. Sometimes there is live music, but always so quiet, that you talk to.

The service i can only say: 6 well deserved stars! Starting at plaster column to the manager, all really friendly, helpful and competent. Particularly the young gentlemen, the toilettendienst provided, compliments!

Enough space to pool and beach, although the so-called pool boys angreife -if you are not careful, you suddenly no sunshade or stool more, since another guest of this suddenly urgently needed! Have serious discussions, was in the pool and my screen was removed, although was evident, that the space was occupied. After some back and forth i got my umbrella again. This is not a 5 star hotel. Otherwise these guys very helpful, clean the glasses and accompany any, it wishes, to a place. The boys from of the pool bar are phenomenal - here especially hany, khaled, Hanni - the always around the pool walk did us at the temperatures really sorry, but always a smile on their faces! Toilets are unfortunately still a problem, from the beach very far away and with a total of 3 damentoiletten inadequate!

We are returner, and we really liked it once again. This year were very lots of russians here, you unfortunately not the level of the hotel ' style-to put it mildly. Whether it be from the inappropriate clothes, or versuchweise' above without ' loungers by the pool, or behavior of the food/drink, however therefor the hotel can't. We love the peace and quiet this hotel, that is why we are again and again! Only criticism: the deep chairs on the balcony the vip lounge and at the pool bar! Horrible, the sofas are so deep, you can hardly without lumbago high. This the guest manager complained, he promised, to change this. Unfortunately in the 14 days not happened, but hopefully the next vacation!

From the airport with private transfer, we were about 30 minutes. The next best shopping possibility was the sunrise center / Cleopatra Basar. Here simply with the hotel-shuttle bus drop off and for 30 pounds. With the taxi back to the hotel drive. Wide selection of smaller shops, where it really everything. The shops in the hotel are simply too expensive! Left and right next to the hotel are still unfinished buildings, a ruin of which in the summer 2013 to be given, construction noise or other noise was but never to be heard, apart from a few planes landing, but they didn't bother not really.

We had a deluxe room with appropriate access to the executive lounge and the sky pool. The rooms are comfortabely equipped, are equipped with a large bathroom, a king size. Bed with 240 centimeter wide and other seating areas, lcd tvs, coffee and tea making facilities, a small walk-in closet, as well as a small terrace (or balcony) with a table and two chairs. Whether the size of the room with the specified 49 square meter so is true, is rather to doubt, but 40 square meter are it anyway. In the deluxe rooms and suites is the mini bar also daily with soft drinks and juices replenished.

The big plus in this hotel, the food. Except for one day (the day after the brilliant gala dinner) we were with the lunch and dinner very satisfied. Also the breakfast is appropriately designed.

Has the hotel but even with an outdoor terrace with whole 8. tables, but for dinner had not been set! On demand on the first evening but was confirmed, that also on the external terrace service is carried out. The buffet in the restaurant around 18,30 opened, one waits just on the outdoor terrace until 19 o'clock or get cutlery and served at the buffet and hopes, that soon somebody came and fägt, what you wanted to drink ☺ on the next day we knew well, then that Mahmoud, the us really excellent service, only at 19 o'clock his service in the evening in the main restaurant accession. Two large main pool, one with seawater and a heated (very pleasant) fresh water swimming pool, as well as two smaller pools. Nice wide sandy beach with limited beach chairs number of. At the beach there is plenty of space available, for the guests with appropriate couches and sun screens to provide. What us not at all pleased, is the loungers situation at the two main pool, where one even at 9 o'clock two couches can get, you feel the whole day as in a farming. But this seems so desirable to be, that lots of guests already at 5 o'clock in the morning with towels was armed on reservierungstour go. The entertainment in the hotel is essentially the whole day visit to the chairs the brillenputzers, the hairdresser, the massagenanbieter, the offeror for pedicures and manicures, kosmetikanbieter, providers... Annoying without limits...

For egyptian standards a hotel medium size of the upscale 5-star category with appropriate pricing. By taking into consideration the price performance ratio was however our enthusiasm contrary to many other reviews here in limits and we would this hotel sure not again for a one time vacation book. Who in the winter 1 week relaxation with sunshine and refined setting, the can objectively this hotel certainly quiet conscience be recommended. Bookable is this hotel for guests from 16 years and in this respect this area also for couples designed. However, you should know, that also in this hotel the guests from Eastern Europe, as usual in the pack with the well-known negative repercussions. Very spacious rooms (deluxe ) in very good condition. Ocean view. Separate kleiderzimmer. Bettbreite 2.50 metres. The furnishings in the deluxe-rooms include bathroom, toilet, separate shower, lcd tv, internet access, balcony, air conditioning, minibar (was always refilled), coffee and tea making facilities, telephone, hair dryer, etc. Very spacious room and bathroom. Very clean.

5 restaurants, 4 bars. The food is very versatile and extremely well prepared. Presentation of the dishes very appetizing and beautifully prepared (mainly the dessert buffet). The kitchen style was european (tables always with very clean cloth tablecloths napkins.) There are no hectic atmosphere. No long waiting periods when ordering. Very speditive treatise of the staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff. To customer requests without any problems a. It is mostly english spoken. The cleaning of the rooms to no complaints occasion (very clean cleaning).

Little to no activities. The condition the beach chairs, umbrellas, showers are in very good condition and very clean. The beach is very clean kept. Sunglasses, reading glasses etc. Are from the staff by the pool like at the beach cleaned. During the day refreshment towels spread. The staff is attentive, also by the pool on customer requests' wishes. The pool bar has a wide selection of drinks. Very clean pool bar.

Wireless internet access at the front desk. All-inclusive amenities excellent. Average age about 45 years. Swiss, germans, americans, british, a few people from Russia. During an allocation of a deluxe room there is a possibility, in the executive lounge ' appetizers' and drinks evenings (24-hour service). Access to the sky pool. Laundry 1 time per week. Various forced.

By a boardwalk from the private beach away (walking distance). About half an hour journey time to the airport. Very quiet location of the hotel.

Amazing! No matter wether in the morning, at noon or in the evening massive choice and there is something for everyone.

Service excellent. It is all taken and if you had problems (no cold water we) will immediately took care of it.

Hotel sets on great entertainment no value, but on the ruhr and relaxation. The pools were large (2 definitely) the heated pool was great, since it for us was a bit too cold for the season into the sea to go.

It is a great hotel where you really still the guest to spoil understands. Pleasant number of rooms and the whole hotel area not too big, but nevertheless very nice and geosszügig. Cleanliness 1. mixed guest structure, but unfortunately to our period a bit more russians were there, which were still completely acceptable were. Really still a hotel in Egypt, where you very good certain to go.

Location of the hotel super directly between Hurghada and Makadi Bay. One drives from the airport Hurghada about half an hour which for us very nice was it in sahl hasheesh was not crowded with tourists, such as in Hurghada. Pleased also the promenade, where one could enjoy beautiful walks.
