We were for the 3. time in heiligenblut and again very pleased. For us, this is the ideal time. Everything fits, especially the food is great. The staff are very competent and friendly. One always helped us. We are coming again next year! read more

Hotel already for years be renovated. The they promised us after every stay. The rooms and bathrooms are unfortunately not more recommendable. The food is unfortunately not so good anymore. Shame, shame, this was different. We were regular guests We now but determined not to go. read more

A good hotel, that you definitely recommendable can. The food was very diverse and tasted excellent. The waiters, as well as the complete staff were very hard and helpful. Room service was without each Banstandung. The location of the hotel was lonely Spigtzenklasse. We will come again. read more

    The furniture is somewhat outdated, also the toilet and the bathroom a bit small, but it works. Small tv, telephone, small balcony - everything there that you need, stop a bit small. But it handed us, were anyway only for sleeping in the room. Cleaning of the rooms very fast and efficient!

    The food in buffet form was delicious and diverse; the staff with serving a drink and the clearing away the plates very quickly! Every room had his own fixed table; the table that way every day forth this. The was very relaxing, no matter when one wanted to eat, the own table waited patient. We have the whole week feasted, a big compliment to the kitchen of the hotel! Daily regional but also international treats. Something for everyone. Replenished constantly and very fast; it was always everything available. Great service!

    Very friendly staff in the dining room, quick and thorough cleaning of the rooms, nice reception staff. The child care was great, our kids were enthusiastic - amongst others also from the large trampoline on the hotel's playground.

    The pool area should soon be renewed. The present pool is a bit small, for children it was enough. For laps too small. About the cleaning also here nothing drawbacks. Kids club super; our kids (8+5) were inspired by the offer. Access to the internet worked perfectly in the room; is from the hotel free of charge made available.

    Shops locally; more shopping with more and larger stores for example in 35 minutes away Lienz. I think a prior by car recommendable so buy mobile to for instance times at the beautiful millstatt (about 1 1/ 4 hours drive) to drive can.

The booked room had we did not receive. We had a family room (= 2 double room with common Vestibule) booked, we got a bedroom with very small living room, very small bathroom. In the living room a completely useless sofa bed. Service in the restaurant was good, food was good. The rooms made an overall very worn and Renovation-needy impression. read more

The hotel is very peacefully located however for children a paradise. Children's playground, care, indoor pool and pets corner. Service is good, very nice waiter Josef he is always in a good mood. Very accommodating in all. The rooms are clean. The buffet food is very rich, as well as the selection of drinks to eat. Always fresh fruit in a good choice. You had enough freedom of movement in the garden and lawn for sunbathing available with sun loungers. Indoor pool very clean also the baby pool. read more

To have this price no better room expected. Nevertheless the room the purpose, as i do something Wanted and not in the room the whole day live. The food was still excellent and my opinion 4 star standard. Have stayed in this area one of my best vacations. Großglockner, 's möll valley, reiseckbahn, glacier and so on read more

    We had a standard double room. Relatively small. A double bed, a small seating area, a closet and that was it. The rooms are badly soundproofed, because our neighbors we constantly in the early cough hear - not so great. And on the other side was a families with a screaming child. The bed was also very hard. I guess, that it was an old springy wilmington. The kopfposter were a cheek. So thin, that it exaggerated is it as polst to describe. We had in the morning always neck and back pain.

    Buffet. The food was plentiful and top. Due to the many guests one comes however not around, the various items in the queue to stand.

    You get a table quickly assigned. The waiter is always ready and the beverages not long in coming. The staff comes mostly from Hungary, but it was no problems communicating. The table the us has been assigned was very small. Just place to sit. In case you to eat a salad wanted and drinks and possibly wine, then it was a tight squeeze at the table. Best one away the unötigen table decoration. The plates were always immediately shood around.

    Well, the sogennant wellness area was a bit poor. The rooms are relatively small and compact chairs were anyway all occupied. In the pool releangt one only over a ladder, so nothing for infirm or old. Since that water for us was too cold, we also not for a long time in the wellness area on.

    The hotel lies steep below the mountain railway. On foot is the mountain railway but only with a diaphoretic hike to reach. The ski bus goes conveniently located right of door way. That is why my errachtens the location very good. Regarding the entwfernung the cross-country skiing trail I cannot say anything, because at that time in the valley no snow was.

Hotel is the value for money reasonable. Room for a family with 1 child way too small. The buffet in the evening was always very good. Unfortunately not directly on the slopes (ski). The staff are very friendly. Swimming pool and sauna are very worn out. read more

Room reasonable but very small with plenty of storage space. Buffet in the evening was always super good food. Breakfast was top wide choice everything you need. We were already for the second time there. in the winter sports region were always little people. Overall impression was positive. read more
