We were pleasantly surprised about this hotel. The cleanliness was great and the room was cleaned daily, as well as the towels were changed. Even during 1- wöchigenaufenthaltes was the bed linen changed. The food was varied especially we loved the beautiful salads. Also the restaurant was very clean and it was much attention was paid to the geschirrnachdem we had left the table always cleared quickly and, if necessary, the tablecloth changed. There was also a wide selection of drinks.
The animation was however not especially especially.
Because of this that the hotel not directly at the beach is ... he was only reached over steps or over a larger detour but that was not important for us. read more

We were due to some negative reviews really looking forward to the hotel especially on the food. But we were really positively surprised. There is always something for everyone, from daily fries and noodles on fish, Gratins, different kinds of meat to a large salad buffet. It was furthermore always something freshly on counter fried or Sunday Also dessert was abundant. Of course, the noodles or rice as in most tourist countries somewhat sober, but this is you at the table yes good salt-)
The double room was very decorated in a modern style and by the size also ... okay. Especially the bathroom was very nice! In spite of the size of a large shower and washbasin/ toilets also have found their place. The rooms were cleaned daily and the towels also changed (we have but also on the floor put). Tv and air conditioning are also available, the safe there are at the front desk for a fee ( price but OK).
The location of the hotel is great! Despite lots of bars, restaurants, clubs and so some shops, is no noise in the room to hear, as it is a bit above is convenient.
That is why the way to the beach also definitely not suitable for anyone. Already, since downhill-) but back it goes only up and the remaining way over stairs to top ( nevertheless only about 5 minutes). We were so well the entire day at the beach, were at noon but the food in the hotel. This shows, that it is feasible! ( less for older or baby carriage) but there were a longer way around it, takes but also a bit longer.
What the beverages regards, you should the day the beverages always at the snack bar by the pool get, as above in the main building not always someone is.
At the front desk it is at night not always definitely with so good German language skills available, but check-in and check-out it was nevertheless. Otherwise all of the staff always friendly been.
In the slavey are mostly East Europeans, but prejudices to eliminate. They were extremely friendly and accommodating. With the time you found but also sufficient German. Furthermore is any age group represented, which gives one to the whole one pleasant ambience gives.
Because we very satisfied were and nothing to moan about had, the hotel we can definitely recommendable! read more

A tollest hotel - quiet but close to all the action... Can only be recommended-was in many hotels and this has me very much! The hotel is clean and newly renovated. The staff at reception spoke English which was enough. The food is also good - although I not outstanding but good for special get like to please a high class 5 star elections - the food was for the category good!

Overall it was okay. We booked a few weeks before the trip i booked and were positively surprised. The hotel is relatively modern, what the external appearance, as well as the furnishing wise. In the outdoor area there are three different pools and a terrace the food, as well as a, the indoor bar. Everywhere there were some small stairs, even the pools are located on different levels and also in the hotel itself there are often hidden steps. It is this, that the steps not always the same level-of stumbling. But there is also modern elevators, on all six ... floors to reach! At the front desk you can get a small safe rent, where one important travel documents, cell phones and cameras could store. In the hotel there is also a minimart and an internet corner (cheap, and the connection was also good). read more

Personally, I would not again this hotel take,
Almost no German been there.
Food was also not the bringer.
The rooms were good each morning change of towels.
Staff no German and as good as no English.
The beach away is actually.
Shops are right on the hotel,
If you partying and at night again comes must
A detour since the back gate from 23 o'clock is.

Excellent hotel for young people or families;-)

Bars and restaurants are close to the hotel;-)
The hotel is very clean & newly renovated.
The rooms are beautiful & modern decor.
Some thing to complain about is, is the taste of the food.

This hotel I can unfortunately not recommend it. Already at the beginning of the season as bad tempered staff, I don't in the late season be on the move. The communication is also rather bad at best it worked with English Zweiwortsätzen. With us in the room got stuck the bathroom door, so staff pop up had to open the door. The door was until the departure also not repaired or in any way commented that it projects.
The only nice people there were the maids.
For the food one must also drawbacks. Everything is edible but again and again ... the same.
For example there were for breakfast three types of sausage Lyons, liverwurst and Putenformfleischwurst and that every morning. Cheese only 2 sorts cheese and cheese. The remaining meal times repeat in a similar way. I think the one that could be improved. read more

The hotel itself is in a good state and the cleaning ladies are nice. The rest of the service personnel is however totally overwhelmed and unfriendly. On once you could do no English and German more.
Otherwise was the pool bar only one only day. The rest of the days you had to the indirect way to the snack bar to choose. Also the terraced area there is a bar (5 meters away), but even for all inclusive tourist costs money. Would you as all inclusive tourist on the terrace for a drink you have to one floor below to ... go to the only bar in the hotel to arrive at the one also something to drink/food.
The so-called snack bar was very poorly stocked as long as there at all sometimes to eat. The majority of the time is the food there is' all ' been. Under a snack bar I imagine a place in which I, as a all inclusive tourist constantly somewhat small food. This was definitely not the case.
For breakfast lunch and dinner makes daily a fight to get a seat/table on the terrace. You could also inside in the dining room food, there it was but steadily so hot after 2 minutes perspired. Air conditioning in the dining room none. So that we did us only desired, still a table on the terrace to find respectively sometimes also a quarter of an hour wait. read more

the complex is nice the rooms (the normal ) are also very large and modern. The hotel doors seem a little unstable and in the fridge was on arrival mold, the was very disgusting and from the staff it was also not poured out. My conclusion: Hotel condition very good, staff very unfriendly, many Russian families in the hotel, the food was often cold or not but. all inclusive alcohol: beer was fine the rest ERS bad since we from the hotel management pulled over the table, I would advise to another hotel. read more

So, are back home, but our 10 day holiday in the slavey hotel at the gold beach was really great: the staff are very friendly and always tried very hard. Our double room with sea view was for two persons and two large suitcases really large enough. The shower was also a good size and very clean (and the hand towels and beach towels stainless always great-> no joke!) (always buffet) the food is for 2-3 days only great, but there is not much variety (is however not tragic, as there are so many great and, above all, very reasonably ... priced restaurants around it is). The pool area is divided into three levels: There are three pools-> great, because not everyone in a squeeze small pool☺To the beach it was about ten minutes walk (over stairs). CONCLUSION: ALL IN ALL A VERY NICE HOLIDAY; IRELAND STANDARD TIME ON HOTEL DEFINITELY WELL WORTH A POSITIVE RECOMMENDATION! read more

My best friend and I were a week at the hotel Slavey. The hotel is beautiful and also clean. The staff is a disaster but! The ladies and gentlemen at the front desk are unfriendly, barely speak German. A smile can wait on you. Also the exchange office for the exchange of money, closes a bit early, so you just want to go out at night if you, go somewhere else money must. The food is for Bulgaria quite good. Meat is cooked fresh in front of the guests. It is each day a different selection. Also the pool is ... good. read more

Reconditioned plant. Equipment simply, no 4 stars. The way to the beach amounts to 10 minutes. Partly cumbersomely. The word “cleanliness” must surely again again be written for the hotel! All inclusive? Also over it the hotel line could think times. Naturally positively for the guests. read more

Gosse plant with endless dark courses. 2 large elevators in resounds, 2 small (3 persons max. ones) elevators. To reach the small elevators primarily used around the dining-hall, what leads to longer waiting periods. The well plant in resounds is maintained badly, the water gleams oilily and throws to blisters - Pfui! Unfortunately there was NO WARM WATER in all rooms in the travel week. The hotel was einzigst positive in our vacation. From the built volumes, the interior arrangement as well as the rooms this house corresponded 4 stars to a category. Cleanliness left to be desired however. In the dining hall as well as in that lobby bar the tables were often not cleaned. Here we seized to the self-help and us off at that lobby bar a cleaning cloth to wipe give to let. We had come at the beginning of of Octobers over penny of journeys into this hotel. A quite large house, which might be always overfilled summers with the 3 external pools probably. Since we traveled with our children, who should have their own room, we gemailt before that we would have gladly rooms next to each other. Has problem-free folded, even with sea view. It notices to me with the evaluations that in September (in good weather) most seem to have been content and in October most (older) guests were dissatisfied (=schlechtes weather? ). I think, the hotel can nothing for the fact that the weather is bad and most shops already closely had. However one ... had the feeling that one avoided, when eating to the season conclusion still after to already sometimes buy (e.g. Goods again and again Mayonnaise and Ketchup everything. Guests were all German, seniors or families with children (autumn holidays). Had themselves a few young people also errs, those might have been rather disappointed, since at the gold beach dead pants were. read more
