Old hotel, room with a few design furniture upgraded. Floor white painted...
Bathroom circa 20 Jahrelt! Food and breakfast good. Had the feeling in a nursing home to stay. The piano player you can only with a overpriced drink about 20 minutes endure. Wellness area disappointing! read more

The rooms are not at all renovated the look like the hotel developed is nothing and I 234 €paid a night and I also still another upgerede otherwise it would be still expensive. I go as not again, the Switzerland has other beautiful stains...! read more

the complex consists of several buildings, but most of the rooms as apartmentRoom may have been mentioned. The complex the buildings were recently easy renovated however not everything. The main building has undergone a facelift by ' Strarchitekt ' to gate. The cleanliness permeates everything through. It will breakfast, half board or full board offered however you can also in the renovated rooms cook for yourself, there is still a small kitchen available is. ( however is the entry in the thermal bath not locked). The complex is very young and older guests visited. read more

We have stayed in this hotel for the third time and were thrilled by the times before still unique thermal baths, in which we always great from the hustle and bustle relax. We had a very nice, renovated and modern rooms in the hotel Selva. The food (six courses) in the evening was outstanding and the breakfast buffet was great. We will definitely stay here again. read more

The SPA we found uniquely beautiful as a guest of the hotel, you can swim even at midnight in the thermal baths, a uniquely beautiful and romantic experience. The hotel was for us to get used to-modern atmosphere-retro style-old. Somehow everything and yet nicht's. we had a newly renovated room and that was nice (although the style was rather cold, because everything is white). The bathrooms are also in the new room wasn't newly renovated and was extremely small. The food in the red chamber, was sensational. Once there was a Desserbüfett-this was the best, as we had never experienced ... before. The breakfast buffet is very generous and varied, which we did not find so great, that one fried eggs, scrambled eggs etc. had to pay extra. For the price, I believe, should all be included eggs. Respect the three minutes eggs can you do it yourself, there are six minutes but (because of the height). Sumasumarum, we enjoyed our stay, especially due to the hot springs and, because you are a hotel guest, the SPA outside the public times can be used. read more

Ideal for Wellness short vacation. Fantastic bathroom Peter Zumthor, which in the morning is reserved exclusively for the hotel guests.
The 6-course à la Carte menu is very good value for money. 15 points by the Gault Millau rated. The morning buffet has a wide selection entirely convinced.
The room 'Selva Stucco' red is small, but fine: Design furniture, Bose-sound system, valserwasser, small balcony and shower with underfloor heating.
Highly Recommended! read more

The vacation was one nurse great. Best Ski Conditions. There is nothing else. Almost deserted on the slopes.
No lined up on the elevator. Mountain View from the roof (3000m) great.
And then in the thermal baths. You must have seen!
To the hotel: I was given in the first so-called ' outside houses 'a room with twin beds. Slogan: 'feeling in the sea mountains' (still from the 1970 years). Was not to my taste! On my complaint I was given in the house Zervreile on the third floor of a newly renovated corner room with a double bed. I ... was very pleasantly surprised. (I am not quite sure. Whether it was apartment number 376)
The bed was so arranged, you see the mountains. A tv, a safe and a hair dryer were there. The ' linens 'was great (only the bathroom is newly tiled).
The staff was friendly and helpful.
I can only recommend the hotel read more

We stayed at the hotel Selva two double rooms. They were newly renovated, not so big, but for two nights it fine. Everything was clean and was cleaned every day. Dressing gown and slippers were ready. Also the tv, which we had ordered, was free of charge. A small balcony was also, of course, as well as valserwasser.
The breakfast buffet was very good. Large selection of breads, meat and cheese, fresh eggs, there was everything the heart could desire. Only fried eggs, scrambled eggs or you had to order it and pay it yourself.
We never ate in the ... thermal baths. We have stayed at the La cucina restaurant just vis-a-vis the thermal baths. So good pizzas and recorded as such there, we ate rarely. Price/performance ratio agreed completely. Also there were very fine meat on the stone, relatively inexpensive. Unfortunately, the staff was not so customer friendly, but not too bad.
2x we were in the evening in the piano bar. Was very pleasant and nice, the staff was friendly, the whole time, as well as the service.
In the village vals is not much. The shops close very early. Either we were in the off season or vals has not opened yet after Touristenzeiten. A Shame.
The driving directions in vals is long, in part. Very small (especially if valser trucks driven to come).
We have a gift coupon and so we recovered. The next time we will certainly not go so far, in morschach, Schinznach could always ride or so. Because the most important thing for us at the Wellness we missed very. It didn't have any mineral water sources. The bathrooms were nice and especially, but after 1 day you'have seen this. Also there was a lack of comfort, since everything was very modern and rather cold is built.
We had booked a full body massage, this was pleasant, but not as relaxing, as was pressed shut right. read more

The hotel is too expensive for what we received. The rooms in the outer buildings are small and have separate beds and are 60er's style and are not comfortable. The hotel prides itself with a new design, there are only some of the rooms and the hotel front desk was styled. The breakfast buffet is very good and wide. The design of the thermal baths is a matter of taste, but in any case it is something special. However, the rooms are too small dimensioned and drinks or food in the thermal baths would be very useful for longer stays. read more

Disappointing compared to Spa archived

Hotel is part of the Vals Therme complex, which in the main has been beautifully designed. However the rooms are from the 1960's, extremely small and lack any character at all. This would normally be ok, but the room price was extremely high therefore resulting in low value for money.
The only good things about the room was it was clean, and you could (eventually) get to the thermal baths without going outside. Overall - felt like a very very expensive youth hostel read more
