Hotel right next to the sea, particularly praiseworthy would be of great view from the restaurant on the pool and at the same time on the sea, really something special. Well arranged with 123 rooms, size of the room was for us as a couple enough. Everything worked, is every day cleaned, every day change of towels. Was pleasant the all inclusive-service. Mainly were Russian, czech and German guests in the hotel, isolated heard one austrian dialect. read more

The hotel is in a relatively good condition. The furniture have the best years behind itself. The hygiene is reasonable however nothing more. The mirror in the drawer and during its not even cleaned. The beds were depending on the maid tidy left or almost not at all addressed.
The average age is 55 +. The eisten guests came from the eastern countries (Russia, Slovakia). read more

With the rest of 06/21/2012 30/06/2012 we - the young couple. If you want to go to heaven, then you is here. Very nice, cozy and quiet place. Almost no animation - and well. Beautiful sea, excellent cuisine - both Greek and European. Attentive staff: girl waitresses, maids girls - always friendly and good at their job. Receptionist - is generally a separate story. Helena and Muya always happy to help and solve all your questions and concerns. When we said goodbye to Helena, we had tears in our eyes. Lows in the hotel, we were not looking, and, in ... fact, they have found.
Naked elderly German women on the site (as someone wrote) we have not seen. Women who sunbathe topless on the beach just came across a copy of unit shipments - but it is not surprising, this is normal for Russia.
In the rest, everything was just fine. Number remarkable, direct sea view, a great balcony. Everything is clean, new plumbing.
The main contingent of tourists - it's the Italians. Most of them here.
At respshene available scooter or car. We took something, and then - no problems have arisen. The Greeks and the great ride with this though and quickly but quietly, not nervous, not signals.
We want to come back here and be sure to Rhodes again in this hotel.

I was there last year (2011). If you are looking for silent place for holiday this is correct place. The beach is very close. However, if you prefer a pool then you must wake up very soon in the morning to book a deckchair (because it is free). I was preferring a beach and I paid 3E per whole day, for couple it was 6-8E. I also asked for some tips on travelling. The Girls at the front desk were amazing. They advised me many tips - road and boat trips. They also arranged a rent car for me for ... very good price. One thing I didn't like was separation of people regarding their nationality at the bar (the barman prefered people from Germany or Rusia, Czech people were like outsiders) and if you didn't put some coins into the glass for tip then the barman didn't give us a smile.
On the other side, I'd also recommend a traveling by car or motorbike and visit nice places like Tsambika monastery, Seven Springs, Batterfly Valley, the highest mountain Attavyros, Prasonisi. and towns Rhodos and Lindos. read more

We were in our holiday at this hotel. The staff at the reception was always very friendly and courteous. We felt like staying with friends. Also the food was always so, that always found something for our liking. The buffet was always quickly refilled, drinks, there were enough available and the service was mostly be friendly too. The room was always in a clean condition. For bathing we mainly saw the clean beach. The bus stop directly in front of the hotel was very flexible. Unfortunately we mostly with the other guests coming from eastern european countries not communicate well. ... But that did not impact on our holidays. read more

Beautiful area with rooms in poor condition. We had a lot of complaints in our room the unfortunately ignored. 1 Open Elektrodose over the bath 2. 3 Mold on the ceiling. No shower curtain, no holder for the shower head 4. Cockroaches in room and restaurant area 5 Much too weak air conditioning 6. Window for the ocean was not more transparent 7. beach chairs at the pool were not available ( Dauerbelegung by towels) 8 Bathroom in poor condition with damaged tiles. 9 No bathtub drain out the bathroom (over the drain in the floor of the Baezimmers) flooded. ... 10. Very friendly staff (! ) The by us T4 flaws unfortunately could not be turned off. read more

Very nice setting and very friendly staff. As well as the invitation to tender fit by the tour operator. Only negative was that the air conditioning only from July turned on upon request. Kolymbia was very nice, I would highly recommend this is a bus ride with the bus line to Rhodes and Lindos. The Busfahr costs 3 euro per person. read more

My wife and I stayed there in late May 2010 a very relaxing break at this hotel. Especially we liked the fact that there was no entertainment, further the really very nice location on the beach, there were always enough free beach chairs. bus trips to Rhodes town and Lindos was easy to make. One hand downer was the lack of air conditioning ( was known at the time of booking) and does the mosquito menace ( bug spray can be purchased in the hotel shop). The kitchen can be described as average, but you could actually always something for ... their own taste. Especially I commend the two receptionists wula and Elena, who speak perfect German, almost satisfy your every need or desire are also very optically erfeulich read more

The hotel was perfect for us with only 123 rooms. Therefore, the area had a manageable size, all ways - to go eating, to the pool, to the beach etc. - were only a stone's throw away. We quickly felt at home, since you didn't have walk long to scout everything out. Advantage: the holiday started immediately! Our son went playing football with other children straight away, in the evening at 8.30 pm. Wonderful! The area was clean. The park could be turned into an oasis with a bit of love for details!
Most guest came from the Czech ... Republic, apart from that, it was a mixture of Germans, Swiss people, Italians etc.
What made a positive impression was the behavior of the guests. There was no one with an overloaded plate, annoying reservations of pool chairs or any other terrible habit which had spoilt my holiday before. The servers pointed it out immediately in a friendly way if someone came to dinner with short trousers or topless.
With "Less is more!" I mean: Who needed lively parties on holiday was wrong here. We told us every day that the atmosphere reminded us of our rucksack holidays in Mexico etc. You found relaxation, since you weren't always disturbed by overstimulation (entertainment) and since you could just enjoy the beautiful location - always sea view. We flew back very relaxed after 2 weeks. The all inclusive catering was really cosy here. In Turkey, we've seen quite a few holiday-makers vomiting drunk at the bar in the evening (5 pm)! Everything was normal relating to this, although alcoholic drinks were served until midnight! read more

The hotel at first made an acceptable impression, but already on the second day we realized how bad hotel we eigemietet. The cleaning of the rooms was so some tolerance, a look under the bed and so many corner I would save yourself. The hotel was located directly on the beach, but this is only about slippery tiles and a staircase, the shower area on the beach are old europallets. Pool was actually very acceptable except the kasssiert EUR 6 per day. The Lutania Beach is a smaller hotel in a very pretty bay Kolymbia. There is a pebble beach, therefore, bathing shoes not bad. The hotel can we say, it is 19 years old and it has already been renovated and dated. Next, the bathrooms Grundsaniert. The rooms had their own pool, you don't need really and the money you can make better use. Why, because the hotel direct beach location and these pools only in the morning sun. The view from the rooms is not pretty, it runs directly on the tennis court, there is no sideways. Ocean views from ... these rooms. At the reception we were greeted very friendly in our language. We had a family room with ocean view, a dream. All rooms have a telephone, TV, fridge ( self refilled), and a hair-dryer, electrical adaptors are not necessary. Room cleaning and new hand towels daily. The new guests arriving at the hotel at night, a pizza cooked. No one has to hunger. On the general food we can't complain, plenty of it and we found it there was a great variety. The breakfast too little selection, as described here, we can only say you have not home more on the table and something different every day. Ice cream are all day to self-service. Unfortunately, we have to say to the pool, the place is contained lots. In our first week was the water was still ok, but then the hotel was full of and the pool water always milkier. Surprisingly comes every day a man at the pool and on the beach and has a receipt for the pool chairs. We booked by ( Neckermann) and there was that the pool the beach chair. We again with our guides arranged and these costs were then taken over directly from the tour organizer. You would expect in a all inclusive hotel for the beach chairs on the pool money may require our opinion is not the right way to guests. It is in the hotel and they weren't allowed, from the snack bar glasses and drinks or food, to the pool or on the beach. This controls the boss still personally. Now that is endless argue, but you are in this hotel now time as tourists and to the rules of the hotel. The soft entertainment in the Lutania Beach is not annoying or pushy. We booked through the hotel booked a rental car for 1 days, but you can also in Kolymbia to book a rental car or scooter. But be careful not to fully comprehensive insurance, without excess for that! We recommend the island but two days the rental car. I recommend an excursion to Lindos and Rhodes. It is also better without a rental car, as you both things with the bus (for 3, -€ p. P.
