Hotelier controlled unbidden room Ayurveda – wellness – feel good hotel? Can definitely not be confirmed, the sauna offers maximum capacity for 3 people, the outdoor area is also very cramped, additional towels need to be requested. The sauna only on request in use taken. Before the dinner to sow kidneys must be well planned, as guests with half board on time no later than 7:30 P. M. at the table to sit. The standard room with winter garden it was a dark longish hose with sash windows at the end – hardly any freedom of movement. The upholstery ... on the armchair are equipped with stains soiled, the bed linen had holes in them. On all these things but we had generously ignored, if not the hotelier our room unbidden entering could have been, to see, whether we towels (the in the remaining very poor quality – also holes were) in the thermal pool (there was from the hotel a coupon for that!) It. At a late hour we were greeted by him very unfriendly and pushy the speech provided. Its round justified he domiciliary. We have never experienced before. We are across the Ayurveda-Advertising the hotel has become attentive. When booking we were told, that the Ayurveda-department on vacation is. But it was said, that it ayurvedisches food was. But it was a bad joke. Pre and refeed were with the' normal' half board identical and the main course should a-not bad tasting-curry sauce the impression from Ayurveda wake up. Not the approach the idea of a special compilation of the meal after Ayurvedic terms on three try. And for breakfast was far and wide nothing Ayurvedisches in sight. Apart from the stay was but quite pleasantly: nice, friendly ... staff, clean room, the sauna small, but lovingly decorated with candles decorated; free access to the internet. read more

    On foot it is 20 minutes to the center from bad harzburg, 30 minutes to the train station. The bus goes of a stop around the corner from the hotel, fare is in tax included. Quiet residential area, with salmon housing in the neighborhood- but it didn't bother us.

Because of an advert we drove without large more knowledge of the city and the hotel for a short break (3 days with night and half board). We found a quiet and ideally located small hotel before (forest and city centre on foot easy to get to, bus stop convenient on the doorstep). We felt from the start in good hands. The food, especially in the evening, was excellent and diverse. That applied also for my wife as a vegetarian. The evenings at the fireplace were comfortable. And the in the price included a return ride to brocken rounded the ... very positive picture of the break from. read more

The hotel makes a very good impression. It all looked very well maintained and newly renovated from. Due to the small number of rooms for a very informal and quiet vacation enjoy. We had a comfort room booked, which consists of 2 rooms (bedroom and living room) and 2 bathrooms was. Everything was very clean and the rooms added a comfort atmosphere from. We would like to highlight, in the bed excellent nights sleep and neither noise from the street yet other noise were disturbed. read more

    It was a treat! There were always 3 course, at our Candlelight-dinner evening even 4 and we have to say it was always delicious. Especially pleased us also the kind Arranging of the dishes. Although Mr meter always alone in the kitchen was, he has thoughtfully cooked and with small things as parsley, balsamic cream vinegar something for the eyes done.

    Because of of the great service we would like a seventh sun distribute. The good Seelen the house Mrs R. And Mr meter every wish was anticipated and immediately fulfilled. Also other hotel guests confirmed our impression and felt by the two also very good pampered. We felt already on the first day very comfortable and on the final day we were sad, that we had to drive, even though we had a night extended had. Here again a very big thank you to the two good Seelen the house Mrs R. And Mr meter!

The hotel was found in good condition. The transport was very positive and pleasant. Especially good and the two bathrooms were large double room. This is a duplicate, because I don't know whether the first mail arrived. Slight departures are possible on the positive side. read more

We had booked a standard room, it was very small and dark and the spider hanging from the ceiling. The slats should note all of the beds is sufficient. to adjust it, our room was unfortunately not the case. read more

Big plus for the hotel is the very friendly and courteous staff, which the guest a comfortable family atmosphere. The leisure activities at this hotel were well-kept. You had the impression, for permanent improvements that the owners are trying to concentrate their efforts. The guest notices these immediate because, for example, that the room with new tv technology. Highly recommended for families is the lower suite, which includes three rooms and overall very generous. Several special problems and searching for solutions requests. All in all, we felt very well cared for and the house with very good conscience recomend it! read more

From the 28th of October to the 5th of November 2009, we booked a double room "comfort" with Ayurveda services. The hotel made a good impression from the outside. The staff at check-in was very friendly and helpful. The room with flat screen TV corresponded to a 3.5 stars hotel in every respect. As an improvement, I would put an ashtray on the balcony. The cleanliness was good. Breakfast and dinner were best. The average age of the guests was between about 40 and 65 years. The hotel was well-organized and modernized without exception which was owed to ... the owner couple. read more

    From the 28th of October to the 5th of November 2009, we booked a double room "comfort" with Ayurveda services. The hotel made a good impression from the outside. The staff at check-in was very friendly and helpful. The room with flat screen TV corresponded to a 3.5 stars hotel in every respect. As an improvement, I would put an ashtray on the balcony. The cleanliness was good. Breakfast and dinner were best. The average age of the guests was between about 40 and 65 years. The hotel was well-organized and modernized without exception which was owed to the owner couple.

    The location was totally quiet. The nearest supermarket was located about 3 minutes by car away. I walked 10 minutes to the city center. But a bus also stopped directly by the hotel. The drive was for free with the visitor's tax.

We stayed here for the second time and again very pleased with the hotel. It is a delight, with attention to detail the food being prepared. It was correspondingly tasty. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. The hotel itself is situated on a less busy road, the relaxation very. However you must run around wintersports to at least 10km. ( Torfhaus) even better tracks can be found in the Sankt Andreasberg about 25 km away. Then was a sauna at the hotel duty to prevent soothe sore muscles. read more

The hotel, which is very rare to find, the service more than satisfactory, room, just the whole area was in a Very good condition. The reservation was a package of the hotel with program over the Yuletide to reason. Price/performance ratio (half board) have voted. The stay was very pleasant. Bar and restaurant areas were superb Management and staff very friendly and helpful. All in all a round thing. We'll be back. read more
