The hotel complex is (according to information locally) on a former plantation. The park is very nice and well maintained and the rooms (two-story buildings) are spacious and attractively decorated. The staff is extremly accommodating and helpful. The menu choice in the à-la-carte restaurant was rather small, but the food is excellent. The buffet-restaurant was great and very varied. However, you need the wherewithal, because everything is a bit more expensive as the european standard. read more

We were on three islands of the Seychelles and in the kempinski felt the best. The kindness and courtesy of the staff and the nice surroundings are wonderful. In particular, we were very pleased, that our silver wedding with a free upgrade which was and we with a heart-shaped beautiful delicious cake in the room were surprised. But on the time a very sincere thank you! Ps: the constantly noticed high incidentals you in every other hotel the 4-and 5-star area of Seychelles... read more

We have in this hotel only one night spend. It is a huge area with lots of small and dark rooms. The rooms are functional with a small bathroom and a small, covered balcony, very dark. The bed was very uncomfortable and the air conditioning was too loud! Everything in the minibar was free. The pool was relatively to the guests very small and you lay like in a sardellenbüchse'towel on cloth'. The staff was very friendly. Was ok for us the value for money not. read more

The kempinsky is located in the baie lazare somewhat remotely directly on the fine white sandy beach. The swimming possibility is at low tide somewhat limited. The large pool made up for everyone. The rooms are big enough and are well furnished. The staff as well as at the reception, as well as in the restaurant is very friendly, helpful and competent. We had the half board which in buffet form was presented. The offer was varied with daily changing theme of the kitchen; the quality of the dishes excellent. The kempinski is the former ' plantation club ', that means parts of the old hotels are just applied, rebuilt, renovated and therefore fulfils in some areas had not idea of a newly built 5 star hotel (such as for example the kempinski in istria). Undisputed is however the great location with the beautiful beach (clean!). The rooms are on individual houses, so that the guests on the large, beautifully landscaped grounds spread out well. To our travel time domierte the russian-speaking audience. We were just 2*1 night as and for the purpose of 'one-night stopover' we found the complex ... ok. The rooms we thought it was good, the food in the à-la-carte-restaurant, as well as the breakfast also, but, what we did not like: Not so important, but the lobby makes a rather 3 *-impression; the cushions and carpets are already partially. Stained, the distribution of the spaces unclear, the furnishing and decoration works as thrown together and not like a cast iron. Check-in was the first time without any smile (exception: the lady, the us on the room led), in the 2 time in perfect for that. Not anymore, the calculation of the wi-fi access (6 Euro per hour), other 5 star hotels provide long free access (for example raffles, p. there). A bit annoying was the nightly live entertainment in the buffet restaurant, so a kind however under owner, sometimes with singing, we were surprised, that it still is ☺ at least, they have also 2-3 creole songs sung, that was then at least temporarily a little authentic. Quite annoying but it was the condition the liegenbereichs cards the pool - closely, some guests had radios walk (!), stained upholstery, cigarette butts in the sand-brr. Equally unpleasant the changing rooms in the gym, just dirty (for example the banks, the spaces between the holzstreben only dirt stared) and a 5-star hotel not worthy and not at all a kempinskis! read more

    Nice, fully newly renovated. Plentiful toiletries in the bathroom, comfortable bed with a view to the outside, everything was good. Furniture partly. Difficult to clean, as we have already at the dreckfallen to the shower the outside and the wicker the terrace/balcony chairs to see begins, is therefore with the years not be better and the building my only 2012 open. Gravel bed directly in front of of the terrace - so you just made look-however not cleaned up (beer, plastikschnipsel, butt).

    There is a bar, a buffet and an à la carte restaurant. Breakfast in the buffet was really very extensive and the quality was good, for example freshly squeezed orange juice, a wide choice fresh fruits and many other more-as does the german-swiss influence through. Downer: the eggs before the restaurant prepared, we were very early there and the area still not use of course danced the birds in (!) The pans around, but didn't bother us, until the first guest a egg roasted to have wanted... The à-la-carte restaurant was, hm, indian-asian-creole. Our meals were delicious and outside sat it very nice under the open sky. From next door (the buffet restaurant or the bar) echo the solo entertainer over, a shame.

    Gym not used, comment on the changing rooms see above pool nice long, optically not the rage, but good. Beach clean, plenty of beach chairs, cleanliness likewise above see.     Very nice from a 'green hell' framed, a clean bay with a great sandy beach. Very peaceful location, no street noise. To the airport with the taxi about 30 minutes. Environment not explore, since only one-night stopover.

A 5- sterneresort, very quiet location, without neighboring hotels, room with exclusive decor, mostly on 2 level with a terrace, 20 meters to the beach, super -service in all areas, excellent kitchen with german chef, at least 2-language staff very friendly and helpful, beautiful outside pool- kids, wonderful climate and warm sea water, not so salty, however without any possibility the entertainment in the evening, though from time to time chapel, but no one is, since the bar price too expensive and mostly families with children or young couples. For traveling alone a little too quiet; at the magnificent relaxation ... miss you 6 days and after sun down really a bit entertainment. It would be nice, if the hotel management for the 9-hole-golf course would undertake and a shuttle bus there decorated. read more

Great place with a wonderful long sandy beach! Perfect service! Very polite staff! Also the breakfast, buffet & à la carter restaurant convinced with a great choice of meals! As the title says, great hotel, great location, unfortunately there are but otherwise not much in the area. Since we only breakfast had, we all had meal times in the hotel take, as in appropriate distance no possibility was available and that means in this case, spending a lot of money, as it is in such hotels so is. What does that mean, under 100 Euro/person is not very much to do. But makes up the snorkeling at the beautiful S 'beach, there are a lot of colorful fish can be seen, but also sea urchins and smelled, that means ... without bathing shoe one should sandy part of the beach didn't leave. read more

Remarkable is the friendly staff, at the breakfast-and dinner buffet there was not to complain about. For the birthday of my man there was a cake, thank you very much again for it. The rooms are very nicely furnished. There is enough sunbeds in the shade, the impression of reserved loungers is stop it, that obviously not more required towels were not cleared away. The guests expect in a five-star hotel, that the staff this over, the staff expected that the guests the towels and get forträumen, see which claim prevails. Amazing hotel for relaxing and if you don't have the complex to leave, because it is very isolated! A breakfast buffet, that until 11:00 was open and really all piece plays. Massages for great prices are the best recommendable! read more

The first impression of the hotel on arrival definitely not a 5-star resort. Directly in front of the front desk/lobby there is a large car park to the reception, the impression of the lobby after entering rather a better 4-star resorts. The lobby is simple and it is missing simply at the variety of decorative, revaluing accessories, like one it from a 'kempinski' is used. It arises from the start unfortunately ... a bit subpar impression, which unfortunately with the tours on the grounds confirmed again. No 'hook' in the design the hotel, no garden accents (as you in the remaining very many other hotels this category on the island find can). For effects in the evening: funzeln instead of soft spotlights. You wasted optical highlights like for instance the lagoon, rocks or decorative trees because of obvious savings in the wrong place, it is really a pity! Alone the beach is from dark no longer possible, because he simply dark and not lit or accented dramatically illuminated.     The rooms are real 5 star standard! Very big, with a large bathroom, spacious shower, good design and a simply gorgeous bed with great mattress and duvet, and laundry! Absolutely unbeatable! We had a room with hill view-good nevertheless and nothing to complain! Our demand for an upgrade to lake view was promptly met. However, we were a extra charge of 75,- € a night just too much for the facts, that the new room though to the sea located, the view however completely of shrubs and bushes that they covered, which in the remaining with a variety of rooms this type of case. This should be a consideration, if you this category with a certain expectations bay!

    A word at this point still for the price: it is certainly all Seychelles-visitors know, that he does not ' cheap-island ' as a travel destination have chosen. However we found the prices in the resort for dinner (circa 70, -€ p. p.) , as well as the breakfast (50,- € per person) - without drinks (!) Really inadequate. Ultimately we were happy, a rental car locally to have taken (from 35,- € per day directly at the airport to get). Thus we could every day in a different restaurant for about a third of the kempinski-price dinner (without drinks, mind you). In the remaining the argument, that is, everything from the mainland are flown must rather pleaded. Or is it about for fish, seafood, salads, vegetables or water to? ;-)

    You should be aware, that the Seychelles a pure relaxation guaranteed. Shopping, entertainment or creative possibilities for the evening are absolutely limited! A rental car that's why very recommendable (it is best to place at the airport from 35,- € per day).

The hotel was the beginning of 2012, is located about 25 minutes away from the airport. Everything was very clean and the staff is nevertheless very pleasant. Which noticed was, that there are many german-speaking staff. The chef is also a german. That's why in urgent situations use if you didn't speak english. The weather on the Seychelles at this point just incredible. Lots of sun from the morning until the evening. The humidity was very high. The rooms are all top equipped with coffee and tea making facilities. The rooms were twice a day cleaned. The cleaning ladies came ... barefoot into the room and honestly, you could really enter, simply because everything was clean. In the evening you got per person a bottle of water cluttered. The breakfast was just brilliant. Everything abundant. Especially the orange juice was a bomb. I have never been so what nice drink. We booked half board and that was also enough. All-inclusive you should book it if you just in the hotel to remain. Which however was not so good, were the prices. Very overpriced. One number for a tin Cola 5 Euro. But it is just a 5 star hotel. Postcards you should at the airport get! What recommendable is, that a trip. Every day a partner of masons travel. And great excursions in the plan. read more

The kempinski was the last stop of our island hoppings (3 islands). For us it was a beautiful conclusion, since the complex great renovated and everything very appealingly designed was. The rooms are bright and friendly equipped and beach is right in front of the door. We had lagoon view and direct view of the sea receive, which of course very pleased. Also whilst checking out one has very accommodating shown, as we had at 20:00 hours were picked up we could until 13:00 o'clock the room keep. Evenings we were on request immediately and immediately a room ... for showers made available. As in all reviews to read is the value for money with the drinks and food simply inadequate, that we knew however before and could therefore be-then this is the trouble on vacation not so big-). In the two previous hotels were the prices much cheaper. read more

    The size of the room is ideal! From the first minute, you feel at just probably! Decor is very modern and super comfortable ( especially the bed!) rain shower, terrace, flat screen... Everything available! The view => a dream... Lagoon, sea, granite rocks etc. Direct from the room to see. The first minibarfüllung with Cola, petrol, schweppes, beer, Fanta and water is free of charge. As well as daily tea, coffee and 2 small bottles of water... What else could you want?

    There were 2 restaurants and 2 bars. Breakfast buffet was very rich and very tasty (!) with excellent service! Have 2 times dinner buffet used, however, once we very disappointed and once very satisfied from the price-performance -proportion were. With the so-called show cooking you have to waiting times of up to 30 minutes calculate tips. The room service is whereas very recommendable! The beverage prices are a bit annoying, I understand that for imported drinks as Cola, petrol etc. More must ask, but for the local beer around 400% (!) more than for example Maria' s rock cafe or 600% ( supermarket) understand I really! The one must not import!

    The staff are very friendly and absolutely great! All speak super English. Cleaning of the rooms (2 times a day), very efficient and polite! We have the laundry tested and were very satisfied. Price with european laundries comparable. Complaints: Had blood stains on the fresh topped ceiling, which we however first at o'clock noticed. After a short telephone call, immediately the cleaning of the rooms and cleaned the whole room again! Wow

    Pool with great quality of the water and perfect length, as well as deep! Unfortunately no extra shallow pool... ( very relaxing, this reduces) Loungers, umbrella and towels are sufficiently available. Beach very long, nice and with great sunsets. At the end the beach is a enclosure with huge turtles, as well as horses.

    Is located directly on the long coarse sandy beach. Distance to the airport about 25 to minutes by car. Next bus station approximately 40 minutes on foot away. The capital Victoria one drives about 45 minutes. (about 1 hour with bus) on foot is the next town difficult to reach, since steep mountain road. No shops respectively restaurants in the surroundings! Excursions only with the hired car ( we recommend), taxi (expensive ) respectively over tour operator possible. ( we don't recommend)

The hotel complex is the expectations at a five star hotel. The low construction on the complex didn't bother us. The types of people are international. The public street for the hotel is about one and a half to 2 kilometer away. You are-as far as the eye could not on foot go on a taxi respectively the bus rely on. We have once the hotel bus to Victoria taken into account ( costs 600 scr for 2 persons / back ) respectively at the hotel a half-day trip - island tour 4 hours - booked (costs for the taxi ... 100 Euro for 2 persons). The hotel complex is spacious and very well maintained. The lagoon in the complex really pleased us. read more

    We had a room with a view on the mountains booked. The furnishing is new and is in our view the specified standard (5 stars ) the room was spacious and always clean. The first minibarausstattung was free. The offered late check-out 4 hours (12 hours until o'clock) we found however somewhat overpriced ( half of the room rate of 250 Euro).

There one can eat well (2 persons inclusive a drink for 60 to 70 Euro).     The staff are very friendly and helpful. In the hotel there was a lady, who speaks German. Room service was very good. My wife had a during our stay birthday. On the next day there was a delicious cake on our room. Again many thanks to the hotel for her attention.

    While we were there, there were enough chairs and umbrellas at the beach available. We had however also the impression, that the hotel not fully booked. The hotel pool is very nice. There is a possibility free loan of bicycles ( however probably only to the use in the hotel complex) respectively for snorkeling. The quality of the water is very good. The beach corresponded fully our expectations a seychellenstrand.

    The hotel lies at a very nice beach. The airport you can reach with the taxi in about 30 to 40 minutes. As outlined above, is one outside of the complex on a taxi respectively on the bus rely on. With a public bus we are however not driven. Trip and entertainment possibilities in the area there are a few.

    As in the pictures of the hotel. We have sea view booked, but also the beach was beautiful. The rooms are anyway right! When it rains, videos on demand free be watched. The kingsizebetten have for sleeping like on clouds invited. There was a shower bath. Who wants to bathe, therefore into the sea. Air conditioning was silent and could at night be used. Rest of the equipment was five stars standard ( safe, coffee, slippers and so on) Spa is expensive, but simply wonderful. :-)

The local beer about € 8 plus vat per person. T&S. Tip on our last evening in the restaurant at the staff vertreilt, which we especially friendly found. The atmosphere we found very pleasant. It was a pity that in the pool area the beverages not active were offered. We have therefore also not much consumed.

Friendliness, cleanliness and the personal care we really enjoyed. The locals were partly very outgoing and we have the conversation very much enjoyed. Services were according to the 5 stars. Because of the unexpected bad weather in September we want to have after a week leave. With condor ( very recommendable, because of Frankfurt a direct flight during the night) this would be okay, but unfortunately the hotel is not on our suggestion, that we had a voucher for the balance and in 2013 to redeem. Now we are looking to us for February another objective.

    No animation, no disco! :-) who on the Seychelles shop can on praslin overpriced black culture pearls to buy or the best another destination book. Protection from the sun and mosquito spray should in any case be brought! Access to the internet costs extra. But there is a room included printer and scanner for free use. The hotelgymnastik was very good and we have some male trained. The pool was approximately 50 meters long and narrow. We also have some trains pulled. Chairs and sunscreens are sufficiently available. Beach was absolutely typical for Seychelles - with granite rocks bordered! Water depth for the staff swimming at high tide suitable. Shoes are because of stone fishes and coral recommendable! With the canoe you can toward reef paddle and clear water admire. A very highly recommended trip was the nature walk with the guide achilles. Can for €15 per person right at the hotel be booked. The fruit, the game in the jungle growing fascinating and delicious!     The location is dependent on the expectations and the ideas of the own holiday. With a car you can on the left the small island in 2a 3 days explore! The hotel is on foot somewhat away from the pub shops. With booked half board this is but also unnecessary. The beach was directly in front of the it has and therefore is no hike necessary. Entertainment possibilities we have not searched for or even miss it. With the offerer mason's we a trip to praslin and la dique done. Expensive and recommendable. About € 200 per person seaworthy should you in the rough seezeit are, to not only over the reeling to hang. Especially the beach on praslin named anse lazio was impressed by and is also because of the virginity by lack of tourism one of the most beautiful at all. The capital Victoria one must have not seen it, unless you want to the fish- and vegetable market and spices buy.
