We had a good break. Only one negative is the often annoying and loud music the entertainment, you have within of the premises not the possibility to 'escape'. Repetitions of buffet were not a problem for us. As all inclusive-guests we were evenings at the pool bar in good hands, the international audience was very pleasant. With the public buses or rental car one comes well in all corners the island, the mix of relaxing and landscape/culture explore searches, has the correct starting point. The hotel complex is manageable and clean and matched our opinion a hotel this class. In all-inclusive was: breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as snacks between the main meals. After: o'clock gabes nothing more. Drinks were generally all ( apart from cocktails and choice of whisk (e) y mixers). If the only water from the tap ( this is also for all soft drinks used ) too much to chlorine tastes, must for a liter flat water from the bottle of 90 cents ( all inclusive) pay. To the guests, of which we knew where they were: french, English ..., German, Poland, russians, slovenes, austrian, Italian. So everywhere ago. read more

    The rooms were not dirty but our opinion for a four-star hotel not clean enough ( we liked it not that much mind, since we anyway only for sleeping were there and the beds apart from the severity of the mattresses nothing to complain about was). The cleaning were cleaned daily and the towels each second day changed. Beach towels for the pool respectively beach were offered. This costs however somewhat. The in the room existing safe cost us for two weeks 40,00 Euro. A small (but sufficient)- unbefüllter - fridge was in the room.

    The topic catering trade should be between of the pool bar and the restaurant distinction: The food in the restaurant was good, but not very varied and hardly greek. Once we have a greek evening logged on (the us all inclusive 15,00 Euro cost has), we were able to normal buffet in the restaurant hardly see any difference. Sometimes had - especially evenings - briefly to a free becoming table to be waited. The snacks in of the pool bar are generally slices, cold and warm toast, cakes and ice. The longdrinks and cocktails with the alcohol not saved. The staff had however not a problem so that after the first sip something juice /Cola after-pour.

    The staff were consistently very friendly. We basically with all English. French is also most of the spoken and some understand also German ( especially in the restaurant area and at the front desk). Particular emphasis should be on the staff in of the pool bar. Very friendly and it was a lot of time for us taken ( if not especially guests on drinks waited) and us much on Kreta told. The two pool-tables be able to play, you had to a respectively two Euro ( according to table) insert. A pharmacy respectively a small medical center with amongst others German speaking staff are easily reachable on foot.

    The two pools were always clean and well-kept. If one a couch liked, but you should early in the direction pool go, because starting from the late morning it was because of the numerous with towels reserved loungers sometimes difficult to get a seat. There was every pool ( a bit hidden ) shower facilities. The only real downside this hotel was the entertainer. The music was beside of the pool bar partly so loud, that one not times more in of the pool bar converse could. Luckily had the but the owner of the hotel in the second week received and even interfered, since the hotel management seems that no problems had, that the people in your room fled. From this time was the music pleasant and you could get more conversation. The sea was great and apart from two days with somewhat higher waves also quiet. A free beach to reach you should however somewhat time, since on of the hotel everywhere loungers there were, for you pay had to (6,00 Euro).

    The distance to the beach we found not disturbing. If one the trouble makes oneself, to the immediate area to look at, you will see, that there is a way to the beach there, at the no 10 minutes, even if you there through the complex a other hotels must go. But that has apparently never someone to bother us. To the hotel has a small supermarket, the until: o'clock was open. You get the bare essentials ( drinks, snacks and sweet, cigarettes, magazines and newspapers). A tavern is in the immediate surroundings. Further taverns and shops are within walking distance reachable in a few minutes. If you at the beach arrived, offers itself in the direction east longer walk on the beach along a street with a few shops and taverns at. A trip after gouves is also on foot possible. Apart from a church and a few taverns there is however not that much to see. We booked through our travel guide a south -Kreta-round trip booked, which we for archaeological interested absolutely recommend could. The airport in Heraklion is by bus in 10 to 15 minutes to reach.

Generally you should initially mention, the hotel lavris and lavris paradise generally in a komplexx are. The food, the pools and the animation is for both kategrien (three stars/ 4 stars) identical. The types of people were while we were there ( August/September) very mixed. German french English and russians. The all-inclusive offer was very good. The food was varied. During dinner the chef daily a course before the eyes of the guests prepared. Every 14 days there is a greek evening with live music and extra large choice of food. The drinks offer ( alcoholic) was also very big. ... Wodka rum Brandy Gin tequila Ouzo Raki and all spiritiousen for mixing. read more

    Our room was very modern and had a balcony with a view of the sea. A fridge the very usefully turned out. The room was clean and well cleaned. Air conditioning and hair dryer was also good.

    Very good we enjoyed the pool areas. There is a big pool in the upper hotel area, the swim invites. There was also water polo and soccer, as well as entertainment program offered. The 2. Pool was smaller and served as peaceful oasis. Both pools have a separated shallow pool. Loungers and umbrella were sufficiently available. The animation was ok. There were only 2 animateurs, because of were it to be desired,. But it was very varied( fire show, choice the mister lavris, music quiz, fakir show, audience that joined). For people who somewhat animation wishes hen it is just perfect, no dauerbelästigung.

    There the airport Heraklion very nearby are the clearly planes to see and hear. This was in our opinion but no major nuisance. The beach was about 10 minutes on foot away. The paths to the beach has one very fast out. In the immediate area some restaurants/ bars.

Unfortunately there was no real beach in the town. Is very centrally located from the Sehwürdigkeiten ( Agios Nikolaus, Matala, Knossos, Lassithi level), car rental hello was at the beach cheaper than the offers of the tour operator. Staff speaks fluent German, French, Polish/Russian. Food is unfortunately not very Variable... Breakfast actually always the same... Drinks at the bar for not all inclusive guests very expensive. Who a quiet vacation in a cute hotel, is right at home here. There are 2 amazing pools (a smaller quiet and a larger where entertainment took place) The staff is very friendly. In 10 minutes you reached a shopping street with many shops and bars. The rooms were clean and we had everything that we needed. The pool bar was perfect and the staff there also. Evenings were always small animations, was really funny. From the greek evening we were rather disappointed. The buffet was not badly much exceptional than otherwise. The atmosphere was great ☺. The appearance of ... the greek dance group was initially nice, but the music was way too loud and heard them not to dance. Two hours always the same (was boring and annoying with the time) and the dancers were a bit pushy (part). If so which like, then liked it ☺. It was not our cup of tea. Only at the beach and with the meals i must negatives rating. The beach is in about 15 minute walking distance (but what i didn't thought was dreadful). The beach itself did not please me. The water was very dirty, lots of seaweed. The food in the hotel was not diverse enough. You can tell, i on this vacation mostly spaghetti with tomato sauce fed. All in all the hotel i would definitely recommendable. If you are not all too large have expectations perhaps as with us the first holiday, then it is great. Was really nice ☺ read more

It has a slightly smaller size of the room, but it was fully sufficient, if you don't the whole day in the room spend. - the bath was not clean and the shower's wall was broken (not lockable) - we had all inclusive.     ' beach = from the hotel complex, 15 minutes one must run and it was awful. Is not a normal away, but a mountain of trash and dirty sand leads. however the beach is very great. Better sandy beach and ocean was super! the water park nearby is not recommendable, as it is very old, tyre is broken, slides old. -party is one of great, with the taxi you are in 15 minutes, it is everywhere Discos and bars directly at the sea. - nearby there is a massive shopping street where you can find anything. However the vendors not bargain.

Larger complex, part the room was 2010/2011 renovated. We had a room that was not yet refurbished, nevertheless was the condition perfect. Room small but sufficient, bathroom big enough, with hair dryer. change of towels all 2 days, on request also daily. cleanliness -well with the cleanliness took the cleaning lady not sure, could have been better. we had all-inclusive better, rich and tasty it could not have been, a downside the temperature was, it needs to be worked on. staff in the restaurant, front desk and the entertainers great.     about 10 minutes the fine sandy beach, the every day cleaned. 2 chairs and umbrella 6,00 euros per day. the landlords were nice and accommodating. right on the hotel there was a small supermarket -was enough. excursions were offered from the travel agent. We had a rental car and ourselves the island looked at.

The hotel itself was very clean. The rooms are newly renovated and very beautiful. which leaves something to be desired the food is:if you like spaghetti, is the place to be, they were available in all variations... :-). Otherwise the choice of restaurants and bars very bland. At the pool there were enough umbrellas and beach chairs, or these are very very quickly. The way to the beach takes about 15 minutes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. read more

We booked the hotel lavris paradise and had also demands for a four star hotel, which were met. The staff was friendly, helpful and flexible, the area was super nice, not too big, but the quality of the drinks was not our taste. But everyone found something in the selection. Only the way to the beach was somewhat difficult, as he was not marked. After a few days and asking the guests one explored the shortest route, but still accounts for 10-15 minutes walk. In summary we can say, Crete is beautiful and we would stay again in the hotel ... lavris paradise. read more

A great hotel with great staff! They are all very friendly and help where they can. Especially the entertainment staff is great! At the right level and nobody will be forced " " mitumachen. Well suited for children, miniclub and a children's pool. In the tavern next door is it good Greek beer and cocktails and live music for 2 €. read more

Overall the hotel is for the price good. The food includes lots of food reginale, it is always fish, sometimes even culinary things such as the octopus. Actually is always what for each taste and also the selection vary on a daily basis, both at dinner also at lunch. The animation is very nice and offers an all-day program. Also the pool bar is in the all inclusive offer was more than adequate-detected and also very clean. Unfortunately it is in the name-Cola vending machines only for the all inclusive guests. It is two larger pools, as well as two ... children's pools. The water is always very clean and also the size of the pools is large enough. Great hotel with very nice staff. Walk to the beach about 15 minutes. Quiet place with a few bars and supermarkets (no party place like malia). Holiday only to recommend a short break. read more

The competence of the staff in their ability to take on the hotel. The asteria bar, a Greek, right next to the hotel is very recommendable. Very nice hosts, price/performance ratio was right. The beach is for people away to the not so good to foot are something far. read more

The hotel is a mid-range hotel lavris paradise in the I me very comfortable have. Food was varied and tasted very good. The room in Lavrs are more spacious than in lavris paradise. My room was clean and was also daily well cleaned. The only negative for me was the older waiters in the dining room, he is arrogant, hectic and has no decency. read more

A great holiday! Thank you to everyone at the hotel, you made our stay an unforgotten experience! The food was delicious and there was something for everyone! The rooms are nicely furnished and in great condition! cleaned the room every day and they changed there are also daily towels, no complaints! The staff is very friendly and helpful! Some of them spoke German, but with English you always got along, with hands and feet, leaf and pen, everything worked! We love this family-friendly hotel wholeheartedly! We booked the hotel for a week. The area was very nicely designed, several small units instead of big concrete blocks. There are two swimming pools. The larger pool is right next to the bar playing music, the 2 Pool was a bit small, where you can relax very well and you had your peace. The rooms themselves were partly newly renovated and very nice, some are you very old. At first we were assigned one of the old rooms, after at the front desk, a newly renovated room requested also managed without a problem. We felt very comfortable in ... the new and modern rooms. The bathroom is very small but very modern and clean and for a week holiday enough. The beach is about a ten minute walk back but put in order, as it is well worth it. The sandy beach is very clean and the water crystal clear. Umbrellas and beach chairs are available for 6 euro per day. In the immediate vicinity to the hotel there were countless restaurants and souvenir shops. You can also rent a car on every corner or book tours. For a longer period of time this is also recommendable, as the surrounding areas of the hotel is not very appealing scenic (trash, zig shells, the not completed). The food is ok, from the 3 Day it was still quite boring, so we were quite relieved only half board. For a week seaside holiday the hotel is ok and also recommendable! read more
