In the sauna area there was only a small hot tub-would be a pool have been nice. This gave it in the other area, but the water in the outdoor swimming pool was for the season (march ) nothing special warm! Internet, we found very expensive - 8 € for three hours (it gives in many other hotels already much cheaper or in the room price included in the price). The breakfast buffet was moderately stocked - for this reason we booked on the buffett declined (would have 16 €per person). In the area in arrach is not much-if you ... other restaurants to visit would like, must one the best almost 15 kilometer further to Bad Kötzting go. Our room was relatively big - actually two rooms, living room with kitchenette and bedroom separate-we were surprised. read more

The immediate vicinity of the hotel is disappointing (industrial area). The hotel is partly a worn impression. Spa area is ok, even if the pool way too small and too loud (hall) is. Partly must long paths through unpleasant cool course be completed. Hotel lacks the atmosphere for a wellnesshotel. Wellness -bathroom was way too hot, it should be a thermometer be used, so you don't thermostatic control. The food was rather moderate, the room for the buffet was for the number of guests too small (long queues). read more

For a 4 star hotel not recommendable!
The food was extremely bad and almost only from ready. The dishes were mostly only lukewarm and the atmosphere in the dining room reminded of a cafeteria. We then against an extra charge in the restaurant eaten, as it was a bit better.
The spa was way too small and often crowded. A pool chair was as good as never to get.
Conclusion: for 2-three stars maybe ok, but never ever 4 stars. We will not come again read more

I have never seen so much nonsense (salads, side dishes) at once experienced anywhere. Against an extra charge we have in the restaurant eaten, because it was better.

We were for 6 times in the last 12 years in this hotel and it was in the last 2 years have improved (sauna area was partly renewed), more variety during dinner and breakfast. Highest praise was the friendliness and the service the complete staff, wishes like other duvets and a additional pillows (in different quality and size) were within a few minutes. Although the hotel was very busy, we found it nevertheless in the field the room and in the treatment area quiet. Our booked treatments top and the staff really recommendable! Only to complain about the of the sauna and the relaxation area for the size of the area too small is, therefore we could this part of our stay not because it was too full. We traveled with children on a extended weekend of just relaxing. Unfortunately were some of the staff very hnfreundlich opposite the children, other again are on the kids received. Offer for children in the restaurant while you eat, you will not find here. In other 4 stars hotels, ausgelobt than family friendly you will find something. The swimming pool is for the kids too cold and even for us to wind down esperos village were too cold it.
The food was ok, we have croissants missed and the diversity at the buffet we didn't four stars worthy.

My girlfriend and i have a short time-out retreat. We were pleasantly surprised, about so much friendliness and willingness to help with the staff, the large selection at the buffet and the sensitivity of the employees, the us often already a desire fulfilled, before we it in words could. We have been the 3. time guests in this hotel and would come to this hotel again at any time, for us a special atmosphere and flair and local boutiques. We booked the offer 'break '.
My online reservation was very pleasant answered.
But what was most surprised, was, as you on all my wishes and i complete satisfaction fulfilled.
So i booked a room with the request, it on the first floor are may, which i in the restaurant charivari like a window seat and i ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife, in this' break ' birthday. ... The state then also as requested on this day in the morning on our table with a nice decoration. At check in everything worked out very well, the frontdesk was very friendly and it makes you feel like you are really welcome. Even my wunschparkplatz in the underground garage i get. Overall we were very satisfied with the whole process and thank you again for everything, especially, as one on our desires dealt.

Everything was good, clean and functional but without attention to detail. Dining area like the name already says like a hall. 2-he tables we only 2 piece discovered. No fixed the table assignment with breakfast and dinner in the restaurant winter garden. Food in buffet form good hearty but unlovely presentation.
Room size and furnishing was okay. Bathroom (bath with a shower curtain) all in ' krankenhausweiß' held, too few storage space.
When we booked kat. Costs bathrobes and towels extra.
The value for money is ok. Overall, it seems the hotel more masses than on class value to insert. ...
Our summary: as three stars hotel a unreserved recommendation for 4 stars, we have had more airconditioned like for instance bathrobes, towels and slippers in every room type, fried eggs without an extra charge (the surcharge free scrambled eggs and hard boiled eggs were unfortunately a culinary impertinence) and fixed the table assignment. read more
